It was a clean and quiet property to stay for a layover. Convenient to airport and quick fast food.

Clean room and belonging was safe while out of room very good air condition and shuttle back to airport was great and fast

I got stuck in Austin and never made it to Dallas. When I asked for a refund they refused to pay me back even thought I never made it that night to the city. Made claims and have proof of getting stuck and have yet to be reached out my refund. Do not recommend their services if they don’t provide good customer service for circumstances you can’t control.

Location was great, beds were comfortable, staff was amazing!

They provide a free shuttle to hotel from airport. That saved me cash on a Lyft. If you try to use Lyft or uber minimum $30 to go anywhere. That saving covers half the cost of my room.

I was looking for a place to stay as were all the other American Airlines passengers whose flights were cancelled at DFW airport last Sunday. I was basically out of options, bc everything was booked up near the airport. I wouldn’t have chosen a Motel 6 normally, but I was so pleasantly surprised by the great staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds and just the overall comfort of this stay plus room seemed to be all updated. Would easily stay here again. So affordable too!

It was clean and neat The staff was horrible they would not let me extend our stay the first the guy said that we could only stay 3 days because I had pets and it was not posted anywhere in the building yet they let another guy stay with his dog because we returned after one day of leaving the was still there when came back that day later we were going to extend our stay and the girl told us that the manager said we could not extend our stay with no reason why. Being that we had the money to pay for the room and also me and my daughter are homeless right now and it’s like they banned us for no reason at all, just and all around horrible experience, I will never return to this Motel 6 again that just wrong and I believe it was a racial thing. You get a thumbs down motel 6 north

The pictures of the hotel are deceiving. Not nearly as nice. The towels are very small and rough and no shampoo is provided. Ice machine available but no water fountain. You have to buy water from vending machine. Plan extra time to get picked up and dropped off with shuttles because they go to several hotels and all gates at the airport.

Cons: only 2 flat pillows available and firm beds. Not a comfortable nights sleep.

No problems, slept well

The plug next to the bed was too loose to hold my phone charger so I had to use the one in the bathroom. The fan from the AC was so loud I didn't hear my alarm. I did appreciate that they didn't make the bed with those thick comforters which are also your sheet so you have to run the AC cold to get any sleep. I felt sorry for the woman working the desk having to tell customers at 10PM they would have to wait another hour to get to their room.

The check in was quick and easy and the room was clean, but those are the only good points. The hotel is very basic and expensive for what you get which is essentially just a bed and a toilet. There is no breakfast and the walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in the adjoining rooms. On top of that, housekeeping started their rounds about 07:30 on a Sunday morning. They were so loud in crashing about and shout talking to each other, I’m sure they were trying to wake the dead. Not to mention the loud bad singing! I felt like they were trying to encourage us to leave. Staff did the bare minimum to check you in and out. Other than that, it’s not their problem. Spend another $10 and get a better hotel.

The rooms are a bit dated but clean.Pick up from the airport was terrible. Waited 1.5 hours and finally gave up and got a taxi for $37. They did a great job getting us back to the airport

My arrival was delayed and I was afraid that the shuttle would not be able to pick me up past 11pm. I called the hotel and was walked through how to to get to another terminal (because of construction at Terminal C) and it was difficult and faraway to get to the Shuttle Pick-up area but the nice shuttle driver did come and pick me--and a bus load of others--up past the 11:00 end time. I was so grateful to be the first hotel drop-off. The hotel was basic, no shampoo, etc, but clean. A good night's rest and close by. A good, basic place to stay for a quick overnighter.

My previous stay was fine, but the shuttle never arrived for my follow up stay on my return. I had stayed previously at this Motel 6 a month prior and everything was fine. However, after waiting 45-60 minutes in the middle of the night outside at DFW for the shuttle to arrive for my second stay, I gave up and spent the remaining few hours prior to my early morning flight sleeping on the airport floor. All other passengers who arrived at the Courtesy Van location after me had been picked up by the shuttles for their motels by the time I gave up and went back inside. It was so late that all Security Lines were closed, so I had to wait even longer before getting back into the main portion of the airport. While waiting for my shuttle, I had called the dispatcher 3 times. At no time was I informed that I would need to wait perhaps for an hour for a pickup. Given that clocks moved ahead an hour that night, had the shuttle ultimately arrived around midnight, I would have had very little time in bed, before needing to head back to the airport for my early morning flight. I contacted Motel 6 5 times (2x via Booking.com, 3x directly) before I even got the courtesy of a response from the motel. I was informed that it was standard for shuttles to Motel 6 to take 40-60 minutes, and I would not be given the refund I requested.

Convenient location. Motel 6, so expectations were adjusted accordingly. Indoor plumbing was a plus +. Dreadful was the wait for the transfer shuttle. Over an hour wait, was told is was traffic at 2300. Shuttle was a mobile death trap. Hotel is better than sleeping in the airport, I think. Much like the shuttle, the property is in disrepair and is in need of an overhaul.

Parking was easy and safe, but I did not use their airport shuttle. They seem to have the shuttle request list at the front desk and the staff asked me if I wanted shuttle to airport at checkout. So, that means shuttle service is available and functioning.

Everything was as expected for a one night hotel due to an overnight flight connection. The Shuttle Service worked very well, I didn’t have to wait any long, and the two guys at front desk in the night shift were very gentle and helpful with everything I needed.

The room was very clean! The bed was comfortable and the room size was perfect! However there was a lot of noise going on all night long and I could not sleep. Might want to bring a noise machine.

Only 1 ice machine in the entire hotel and it doesn’t work. There’s only 1 microwave. So get In line if you need to use it. I was told I could walk over to one of the surrounding hotels and see if they would give me ice. Not the best impression.

The staff was pretty good. I stayed 3 days. The first two days granted were Friday and Saturday the other rooms were in party mode so it was super loud. The last night at approximately 4:00am the sprinkler pipe bursts not in my room but, down the hall causing the fire alarm to sound. Not conducive to restful sleep. The bed was comfy and the hot water was awesome in the shower. Likely won't stay there again when I work the next day.

I like this hotel, friendly staff, good price. Is my 2nd time staying here. I think every time I come to Dallas I will book here. The only bad thing is that the airport shuttle takes too long to pick you up. Last time I decided to immediately grab an uber instead.

Not a bad hotel but they shouldn't offer shuttle from the airport if they will never show. I waited 35mins after I called requesting pick-up. I had to take an uber.

This was a last minute booking when I missed my connection in flight and you get what you pay for. The shuttle was nasty and took a long time to get there.

Hour wait for shuttle from time called desk and given 20 minute shuttle ETA. Huge aggravation, I would have gotten a cab had I know I would wait an hour, this is is a big deal.

Toilet was leaking,look like it had been freshly installed,water took long to get hot,tv wouldn’t come on at first ,had to be unplugged the plug back up stayed there several times,this time wasn’t so good

We waited over an hour for the shuttle. Check in was quick and easy. You could tell building is dated. Room was clean but had “old” smell. All linens and blanket also smelled.

Driving into hotel was dark with a light flashing on and off over entry drive of hotel. Ok for an inexpensive night before a flight but I will pay a little more elsewhere next time.

When I checked in the toilet seat was dirty they gave me another room not super clean. Then house keepers came knock and open my room door at 9 that’s not ok

This hotel, as soon as you enter the door, it smelled amazing beautiful inside there. The Staff, extremely nice, pleasant personalities.

It seemed like a secure and safe place. Everything seemed acceptably clean. Check-in was quick.

Check in was easy but front desk clerk was not very inviting. Room was small and in need of an upgrade for sure. We just got a room to sleep and go to airport next day, otherwise would have gotten a hotel elsewhere.

Room only had one pillow, there were 2 of us staying in the room which we indicated when reserving. Staff refused to give us another pillow. I would literally never stay somewhere if I knew I had to share a pillow with my husband. 😒

The food options were not to good since it’s in an industrial part of town but the rooms are amazing. Loved it!

This is the best Motel 6 I’ve ever seen. It’s clean a reasonably priced. I drove 280 miles to catch a low intl’ airfare out of DFW. I’m spending the night here, and will catch my flight tomorrow using the free airport shuttle. I also paid $6/day to park at their parking lot until I return.

Smelly corridors, very noisy room (perhaps due to A/C. Front staff (late night staff, a young guy) unwilling to help or solve any customer issue. Got defensive right away instead of understanding the issue and to find a solution.

Property is well taken care of. You can tell the staff like their job. They go above for guests and property.

The check in part was great and easy but when we got back later in the night our card stopped working and it took us almost an hour to get a new one bc it was one person working with a huge line. From there WE FOUND A WORM IN OUR BED!!! we had two beds and we were so exhausted that we just slept on one bed. But I kid you not we woke up and asked for a refund and are in the process of that.

The hotel is old and very outdated. Really no services available. No bathing items, no blow dryer in rooms Towels feel like sandpaper. Cheap quality for paper items. Phone was not operational in room.

Arrived to the airport almost at midnight, and tried for almost 45 minutes reaching/calling the property to ask for the free shuttle service and nobody answers the phone. Very poor customer service on this regard... please erase from your website you have free shuttle service when it’s very clear YOU DONT HAVE SHUTTLE SERVICE between the property and DFW...

Property was good for an overnight before a flight. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious and quiet. Extended parking was very reasonable and easy to handle at check in. Only complaint was the shuttle. It didn’t show up on time and then made 4 more hotel stops to try and pick up people which 3 of the 4 hotels didn’t even have passengers. Maybe I should have asked but I feel I should have been informed it was a multi stop shuttle and I would have booked an earlier ride or found my own transportation. Also they dropped us off at the airport pick up location and we had about a 15 minute walk to the actual airline check in. Now I don’t really feel this was bad on the hotels part because I don’t necessarily feel that the shuttle is run by the hotel but I do wish it was information I had known prior to booking.

Shuttle is unreliable. Check in not the most friendly until the conversation between people behind the desk was done. I had to request bath towels for our room. Compared with some budget hotels this is better value. If timing for the airport is critical take an Uber for between $15-25 dollars if pre-booked. Good Thai food truck from late morning to midnight in the opposite lot is good.

Didn't have my reservation when I checked in, waited for over an hour to get it taken care of. When we finally got in the room we couldn’t wait to take a shower - only to find out the water had been shut off to the building. No coffee in the room or downstairs, and the airport shuttle was late. It wasn’t very clean - and there’s a hole in floor on the third floor. All around depressing stay. If I knew then what I know know - I would’ve been fine with them not being able to find my reservation.

I came back to my room late and was going to shower before bed since I had an early morning flight. Turns out the shower didn’t work at all. No water came out of the faucet. It was already late almost midnight, and I was tired. I knew it more than likely wouldn’t have gotten fixed that night anyways. I just did what I could with the sink and went to bed. Sometimes customers are willing to stay in a cheaper hotel for convenience and price, but thst shouldn’t mean not clean and broken. Couldn’t even do basic hygiene!

This was my third time staying at Motel 6, and once again, it did not disappoint. The price is very reasonable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate how convenient it is to the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service is a big plus. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I’ll definitely be returning again!

The location is perfect between the D/FW international Airport, Love field, Downtown Dallas and close to Cow Town stock yards Ft.Worth. We went to check out Jerry Jones Arlington $tadium and Ranger Stadium. Next time 6 flags and Glen Rose Dinosaur tracks. They even treated my service pet like one of the guests thank you guys

Long distance to fast food restaurant

Staff were very lovely. The driver to the airport had happy energy. Room was really spacious and clean. The walls in the hotel smelled weird and some towels had hairs.
