Pretty cheap place to stay. Nothing special. It was clean and cool. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and all of the electrical outlets were very worn out. Didn't eat breakfast because it was extra. Would stay again.

It came across as an economical option when I booked it on a last minute requirement. The front desk help was amazingly understanding and helped me out. The room was very nice and te bed and shower were very new and upgraded. Having the restaurant/bar on site was very cozy and handy not having a car. I would recommend this hotel over the others on the same 4 blocks that cost 30% more

Parking is easy. Right across the street free or pay $25 for garage. Make sure you have GPS. and your phone set for travel. Places are hard to find..

We booked this hotel because everything else was booked. It wasn't terrible, but it was in pretty run down condition with very sparse rooms. It was impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone to reserve the 'free shuttle" -- genuinely took over 30 mins just to REQUEST it. Then, the 'free shuttle' they promise never came-- it is one teeny van that pretends to service 10+ hotels, so if they fill up with people at one gate, they just never pick up anyone at yours. Save your time and sanity and just book a lyft to another hotel further out from DFW. (The front desk attendant was very nice and lovely, but so slammed because it was so busy and the corporation had her working by herself at peak times.)

It was ok, for a nights' stay. The pool is inside, did not get in or the hot tub. Wish, they had a out door pool. Restaurant was way too expensive on premises. They need to clean up on their craftmanship. Paint and such, just slopped on.

Location if I really need to state something here. The staff: They threatened me by calling ICE when I asked about the 6h extension of my stay - even though I was on a business trip with a valid ESTA - really bad behavior.

Everything seemed fine on the surface until actually staying for a couple nights where I had to be transferred from two separate rooms because of bugs.

Good for a DFW layover. Efficient free shuttle. Comfortable bed and pillows. Window AC a bit loud, but provided white noise. Bathroom and shower small.

It was amazing for the price. The treadmill wasn’t working and the pool deck floors were definitely needing some cleaning as well as the shower, but everything else was great. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel was consistent. For the price it was nicer than some places that cost twice as much. Just needed a little attention to detail in those few areas.

Maybe they can add a whatsapp means of communication for international traveller's to make communication just a bit easier and more efficient.

Airport shuttle was prompt and very easy to find. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Didn’t use the restaurant or the pool. Only thing I would say is the bathroom was very clean but maybe needs an update.

Hot tub and pool was nice. You getting what you pay for. Just bummer it’s no free breakfast you have to pay. Staff was nice and kept everything clean.

We had an extremely short stay, however the staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean it smelled amazing when you walked in and throughout the hotel. Which is very important to me. The room was clean. My only complaint is that it was very warm in my room even with turning the air down upon arrival. The air works, you can definitely feel the cold air standing in front of the unit. I’m not sure why it was hot throughout the room but we had trouble sleeping due to this. I would stay there again.

They overcharged me for one of my rooms at check-in. I pointed that out and he said that he fixed it so that the correct charge would show once it went through my account. That the overcharged amount was just while it was pending. Once it settled in my account, it was still the overcharged amount so I went down to the desk and they said they would give me a credit in 7 to 10 business days. Other than that the rooms were nice, clean and we enjoyed our stay. I’ll let you know if I receive the credit.

The front desk receptionist was phenomenal, she was very responsive informative with her information. Unfortunately, that is where the goodness ran out! Room and hotel are not in the best, the room is definitely outdated, shower pressure was weak and a bug was found crawling in the bathroom. Definitely will not be staying again but they do shuttle to airport and you can pay a cheaper parking there compared to airport. Plus the front desk lady was awesome

This is the widest shower I have seen in any hotel. There was no hot water and the shower head was clogged and doesn’t operate properly.

the water pressure in the shower was almost non existent, it literally came to a stop and then a couple minutes later started working again, this happened in our room and my in-laws room.

This hotel was a lifesaver when my flights were canceled and I was stranded overnight. My room was clean and comfortable, very fairly priced, and convenient with a shuttle to/from the airport.

The staff and pool were very nice and beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was also a great amenity. The bathroom was a bit rundown and we did find a dead bug on the floor by the bed. Overall it was good for what we needed it for. I wouldn't plan to stay for more than an overnight, personally.

Looks better in pics. Electrical wall outlets loose and would not hold plugs. Electrical outlet for heating/ cooling unit was also loose and looked like it had shorted out. We had to wiggle it for a while to get power through the cord to be able to cool the room. Shower was the worst. Barely enough pressure to wash and it kept stopping and starting. Water only lukewarm.

The problem I had in room 133 is the out lets was not working. The one by the sink and it I tried to plug my phone into the lamp outlet (both) it did not work.

We, and a few hundred others, were stranded due to bad weather and canceled flights. Clarion stepped up to the challenge. The manager said he would go buy diapers for one family with young children, even though they were suddenly slammed with a sold out hotel. That's above and beyond.

It was good for one night. Definitely not the cleanest but also not the dirtiest I’ve seen. The shower water temp was challenging to get comfortable but we managed. The front desk staff was friendly and the indoor pool was great. I didn’t realize how many hotels dont have indoor pools anymore. The location was close to Grapevine Mall which is where we spent the weekend. Also, the location seemed very safe since it was only other hotels and warehouses around it so didnt have to worry about foot traffic or sketchy parking lots. There was no breakfast . Pool was still a bit chilly. No breakfast only resturant bar. Expensive. Bed was VERY firm. Very limited parking. We almost didnt have parking after we picked up food. Other that that everyone was super kind and helpful.

Most everything in the room did not work starting with the outlwts, nothing was able to be plugged in. But my biggest problem was the fact the only wayer that came from the head was a trickle, we didnt notice the night 9f che k in as it was late but when we woke up ready to shower it was impossible....the front desk guy just kinda stared at me and said oh well im sorry for that its quiye an inconvenience and asked fot my room cards we literally just walked out my daughter still in pajamas

Horrible. No water pressure in the shower. Was in the room with a coworker and the bathroom door couldn't be shut all the way leaving a large crack you could see through. Beds were hard as a rock and the heater was rattling all night. I would've went and asked for another room but we were exhausted after getting in and had to catch a flight early.

We had to get up at 2 a.m. to catch the flight for the first leg of our journey only to discover the flight booked for our second leg didn’t exist. The website said we couldn’t check in until 3 pm; the hotel allowed us to check in at 11:30. We were exhausted. The hotel was clean, nice, and provided airport pick-up and delivery.

Hotel seems very old. Noisy A/C, and a broken towel rack in the room. But the check in person was wonderful. Very nice and answered all questions. Check out guy less so. Was on the phone the whole time we waited for the shuttle. And the shuttle driver took us to the wrong terminal.

Check-in was smooth and easy, and I appreciated having a first-floor room. However, there were a few issues I noticed that may be helpful for future guests: The room door was difficult to open because the carpet was too thick and didn’t fit well under the door. The shower appeared to be designed for accessibility needs, but it was complicated to use. The shower head would not stay secured on the pole and looked very outdated—almost from the 70s—and it nearly fell on my foot. Since the room faced the front parking lot, it was noisy late at night with people coming and going. Next time, I would choose a room toward the back or on a higher floor. The refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound throughout the night. Overall, the stay was okay, but these adjustments could make the experience more comfortable—especially for guests who are particular about their accommodations. Thank you for your time.

Airport shuttle was not easy to find. Two shuttles came by listing Clarion on the side of the van, but they said they do not pick up for that hotel. The second guy eventually called the hotel for me and then decided to pick me up anyway. Got to the hotel and they did not even look at me when I walked in. They took forever to help a customer in front of me. Never said a word to me. It is "fine" for a hotel if you are just staying over night for a flight, but would not recommend it otherwise.

Decent Inn. Customer service at the front desk was good. The Inn itself is a little outdated but we felt safe and the rooms were clean. Our room was a 2 queen bed and pretty spacious. My only complain would be the bathroom is a bit tiny and again outdated. My son and I enjoyed the indoor pool! The jacuzzi felt great after 8 hours of driving on the road.

Hotel supposedly had a shuttle from airport, but nobody answered the phone to schedule a pickup, so I took an Uber. Obviously, it was busy because tons of flights were cancelled at DFW, but that process could be easily automated.

The shuttle was easy enough to fine. The vehicle was filthy inside. I was not comfortable riding in it at all. The driver was nice and friendly. The room is very worn and in need of updates. The beds are lumpy and not very steady. The really shake when you roll over.

The room was very basic and didn’t feel clean. The toilet ran all night. The front desk person was not knowledgeable about anything we asked about. The TV in our room wouldn’t let us pick what to watch either, it showed the menu but didn’t let you select a channel so you were basically just allowed to watch whatever it chose for you. You can tell they tried to update some areas with paint but it’s like the old saying about lipstick on a pig. It almost made it worse.

There were roaches in the room not one but many!! The room had a stench of mold and wetness. When they moved my room that room had similar peculiar smell of mold coming from AC machine. The tv also didn’t work

I was disappointed. Upon entering my room, I noticed several serious issues that made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The shower water was lukewarm, there were roaches in the bathroom, and the carpet and fixtures were visibly dirty and poorly maintained (I have photos). These conditions were unacceptable for any guest, especially under the Choice Hotel brand.

Shuttle service was great. Does not offer a breakfast though. Found a roach in the bathroom but the beds were great!

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful..hotel was clean and had all the essentials...overall very nice visit but seems like the rooms looked dated and could use refreshing update..enjoyed the stay and the airport shuttle was very timely

There were live bugs in the first room we killed them but got a new room but the room smelled like mildew there was no breakfast not on the menu of the little restaurant either the bed was hard the pillows were small and lumpy the carpets were dirty there was no tub just a standing shower the furniture looked old and dated for the price I paid I expected better. It wasn’t the absolute worst but definitely not at the top of my list

Comfortable bed and nice staff however this place is outdated and nasty. Shuttle ride was good. No amenities near by.

This is an older hotel but it was very clean, the staff were kind and friendly and helpful. The shuttle was easy to get from the airport and back again the next day.

I signed up for a 0450 AM shuttle to the airport upon checkin. I was early. Ten patrons waited for a shuttle driver for a half hour before receptionist informed us they had no driver. Everyone has to Uber out.

We each had to get our own transportation. I reached out to Expedia to ask for reimbursement for having to pay for transportation to the airport and someone from the hotel lied and said I wasn’t in the lobby. They also told Expedia that they didn’t have any other complaints about the situation and I said of course they haven’t because everyone else is still flying. All I want is to be reimbursed for the trip to the airport, do the right thing!

Worked perfect for a night we had a layover since our flight was canceled. Shuttle service was another plus. Did not have to worry about getting an Uber for 10 people. The restaurant at the hotel was the wonderful. They even stayed open a little longer so we could eat after a long frustrating day.

Fire alarm went off before 4am so I checked out and drove home

Clerk happily changed rooms for us since first smelled very musty. Second room was nice and clean, but bathroom had pocket door that wouldn't shut all the way and no air vent fan. Other than that, it was affordable and conveniently located close to music venue (Toyota Music Factory). The indoor pool and hot tub were nice.

The hotel staff were amazing! Had a cancelled flight and didn’t eat for two days because of the stress. I found this place and boy am I glad I did! This place has a cute little hole in the wall restaurant bar. Let me tell you the food is killer and all homemade that burger healed something in me along with the fries and nacho cheese. Least to say, my stay was excellent.

The room wsa just "okay" but we didn't expect much as it was just a quick overnight stay to catch a plane at 4am and park our car there. The park & fly rates posted online state it's $6 a day for a total of 4 days and hotel charged us $10 a day and said that Hotels.com hasn't updated the charges even though they have tried to contact them several times for months about the issue. So we were charged an additional $16 than expected from what we paid to Hotels.com. Now at this point we would have been better off just parking at the airport, brcause we also had to pay an Uber $40 to pick us up to return to the hotel as there was no shuttle service back to the hotel

Check in was excellent. Room was pretty good. The bistro food was mediocre, it was freezing in there and the atmosphere was like a school cafeteria. Decorating one wall does not create a welcoming environment.

The first three mornings we woke up to our toilet randomly was broken forcing us to have to go down to the bathrooms on the main floor lobby. We had to switch rooms and the beds / pillows didn’t get any better. Half of the outlets in either room didn’t work and we were finding random beatles almost every day in the room. While the staff were friendly and the location convenient I do not recommend staying here longer than a night. This is not a hotel for a long stay or vacation.

I liked the atmosphere!

After a few minutes I received a call from the hotel informing me that he would NOT pick us up where he told us to go. Our car was there from the week before and we paid for to leave it at the hotel because we would be back. It was 1 in the morning and we’re not familiar with DFW. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I want my account refunded. The way he talked to me was very concerning.

Thanks for being accomadating. Just make sure that the rooms are actually being cleaned and bed sheets are getting swapped out. I found a bed bug and spider in a bed … it was scary but thankfully the hotel changed my room. When the girl changed my room she did have a rude attitude. I was able to let the staff know in the morning. Other than that they have been nice to me.

It was not worth $120. The first room smelled bad due to the air conditioner, and I spotted an unidentified creature crawling in the bathroom. The night manager was kind enough to move us to an upstairs room, which, at least, didn’t have an odor. However, at 3 a.m., we woke up to cockroaches crawling over the phone and nightstand. When we checked out, we reported the issue to the desk clerk, who assured us he would inform the manager and contact me. I have yet to hear back. They need to prioritize cleanliness—this was not a pleasant experience.

Second stay room 104 bed was better. We waited almost 45 min for shuttle to pick us up from airport and thr van smelt like exhaust fumes. We made two more stops at airport and then went to hotel. Woke up and we were needing to take showers. Well our room had 0 hot water so they opened room 107 and at first water was hot for about 3 minutes and went luke warm. So only husband took shower. Showers were needed after 13 hrs of traveling to get back home. We didn't eat breakfast so not sure on that.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was frustrated to see a TV screen in the lobby displaying the exact flight and gate information I had been asked to find myself. This demonstrates a clear lack of effort to assist guests. Check-in was equally disappointing. Anu barely acknowledged us, asked for an ID and credit card, and handed over the room keys with no additional information. I later overheard her coworker providing another guest with crucial details, including the morning shuttle service—information we would have missed if we hadn’t happened to hear it. When we asked for directions to our room, she also failed to provide clear instructions, forcing us to seek help from another staff member. I addressed my concerns with the manager, who simply explained that they were “very busy.” While I understand high-volume periods, that is never an excuse for dismissive and unprofessional service
