    First room was broken and the staff are all idiots. Finally got moved and then they upcharge us for the room move. The breakfast was awful and the kitchen stove didn't even work in both rooms. In 2 weeks, no one came to clean the room or bring fresh towels. Was roaches.

    Kitchen Sink had sludge in the trap. Continental breakfast was covered in ants. Property had trash everywhere. Doors to property kept jamming forcing you walk around the property to get in the front entrance. The breakfast had only cereal two waffle makers (one of which had a broken timer), cold coffee, and watered down orange drink. This place is horrible.

    Very basic, no extras but very quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Would’ve stay again now that I know what to expect. It’s a bed and a hot shower, stay somewhere else if you want nice breakfasts and amenities.

    Very clean and affordable. Need more staff at the front desk. Tried several times to call to have the shuttle pick me up at the airport and there was no answer, had to take an Uber instead. There were no towels in the bathroom and only shampoo. No body soap or conditioner.

    This hotel is being renovated. The breakfast is awful, watery waffle batter had to ask daily for butter, syrup, orange juice, no eggs or bacon. The 2nd level smelled awful. The back door had to have something stuck between the locking mechanism so that people could come and go. They overcharged me on my stay from what I was quoted. The front desk employees were unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here I will never be back to this hotel. I’d give it zero stars honestly, don’t waste your money or time.

    Overall, we had a really nice stay at this hotel. The property was pretty clean for the most part, staff was friendly, and being pet friendly was definitely a huge plus for us. The only downsides were that we couldn’t connect to any of our TV apps during the stay, and the showers could’ve been cleaned a little better. We also would’ve liked a few more towels and pillows in the room, although we never asked the front desk so they may have been able to provide more. Aside from those small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

    I always look at the price so i don't expect a whole lot for $90. The room was clean, comfortable, and the a/c was very cold. It was quiet so there was no noise during quiet hours. The continental breakfast was scarce but had a few things..cereal, coffee, and a few pieces of fruit. If you're on a budget, this is a good place to stay.

    It was so bad that we had to leave the hotel at 1 am looking for somewhere else. The guy at the front desk was also extremely rude. We came back the next morning and we told him about the trouble we went through and showed him some pictures of the unit with bugs and he basically said it’s not his problem!

    This hotel would not give me a refund for a room I did not stay in because there was a water leak coming from the roof. The staff initially told me I would be receiving a refund but when I called to follow up they accused me of lying and not even showing up to the hotel. It’s best to just avoid this hotel because the staff is not trustworthy.

    The second I walked in I regretted booking. It smelled terrible inside, and stuff was scattered everywhere. Got to the third floor, and the smell got worse. Think wet dog, urine, and strong smell of spoiled food. My pillow case was dirty, or stained. One of the neighbors was smoking weed in a room, and the ac didn’t work very well, and the staff weren’t very helpful when asked for plastic cutlery.

    Cleanliness was okay but the bed thing really threw me off. There were also no kitchen supplies (pots, pans, plates, coffee maker, etc., etc.) though the place looked to be in the midst of renovations so maybe that’s understandable? Plus we were only there overnight and didn’t have to use the kitchen at all. Expected more since it’s an extended stay and they usually provide kitchen items or at the least a microwave or coffee maker. Stay was “meh.”

    I waites over an hr for the shuttle after Tony kept telling me 10mins. He had the audacity to get frustrated with me keep calling and started screening the calls and stopped answering. I had to get friends to call on 3way in order to get an answer. If he wouldve told me, the shuttle make rounds to different facilities and he'll be there i would not have been calling every 15-20mins. The only reason i was calln was because he kept saying 10mins.

    The building was under renovation so the halls we walked through to get to the elevator were cluttered with all the workers' stuff and messy. The room itself was very clean, but there was nothing in it. No dishes, pots, pans, silverware...(we had a room with a kitchen), No coffee pot or ice bucket or cups. Nothing to eat or drink with. No telephone in the room to call the front desk from. I was disappointed in that.

    Do not stay here!!!!! Got stuck in Dallas due to weather and booked a room when flight was canceled. I called for the shuttle service and they never showed up. Had to call an Uber after 30 minutes of standinin the cold. I was told that there was a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport when I checked in. There was some type of work going on and had to walk through debris going down the hallway. I turned a corner and literally had to walk over a mattress lying flat in the hallway. The room was full of refurbished furniture and the closet door was a curtain. The bathroom was dirty, no water pressure, no hot water in the sink. I actually looked under the bed to make sure there were no fraf bodies, people, rodents, or otherwise. If I wasn't so damned tired I would have said hell no and demanded my money back. There must be at.least one competent person working there because the towels and bedding were actually clean. I guess nobody sleeps here because my neighbors were up all night. How do I know? I'm pretty sure the walls are made of paper with no insulation in between. I heard every word spoken from 9 pm until 4:30 am. At least they had a good time hooting and hollering. I asked for the shuttlewhen I checked out and was told that there wasn't one due to the weather. I guess temps below 40 degrees is enough to cancel shuttle service. I anticipated this and got up a half hour early. I had to call a Lyft to get back to the airport on time to catch my flight. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this hotel or whatever the hell that was and Booking.com would be wise to remove them from their website. I don't even like filling.out surveys and here we are. Never again.

    We did not feel welcomed by staff. In fact, we felt like we were an annoyance. First off, the toilet was not cleaned. It had TP in it and yellow urine stains on the rim. Of course that made me question the cleanliness of anything else in the room. “Breakfast” was a joke. There were 2 yogurts, old soft apples, bread, Tang (for those who remember that), and watery waffle batter that didn’t rise and cook well. As we were leaving to checkout, the person at the reception desk just pointed to the counter to drop the key off, he was to occupied in his personal conversation to communicate with us in anyway. BUT…we had a room for the night and for that I’m thankful.

I did call 5 times, twice I was hung up on by reception and other times I was told I was in wrong spot (though I was coutersy vans and saw other hotel shuttles) and was told driver on his way. I was there SO long, other hotel shuttle drivers got out to ask me if I was ok,

    The staff was not too helpful. Also, the elevator spelled like marijuana. Overall the hotels seem a bit shady. I just did my room. Also, when booking, the promotion said free breakfast, but there was no free breakfast.Just coffee. Was a bit disappointed at that as well.

    Staff was not friendly.. there was no breakfast as advertised.. no ice machine... no small cups in room nothing .. something went wrong with the cable and all we could get was basic local channels went down told the staff and I was told they dont have cable when I was clearly watching a cable channel.. they said they would come look at it and never did.. they had an area were breakfast could be served but no breakfast was served.. I basically paid $155 to stay at a place i could ve paid under a $100 for elsewhere considering the amenities they had.

    I absolutely love the new remodel rooms , also the location is amazing . It smells so good in the building , I had my 3 kids with me and it was a nice experience. The staff are great , place is clean and great , also prices are amazing . Nothing it was great .

    It was terrible! The staff LAZY! The room phone didn’t work The toilet wouldn’t stop running. Then on top of that it was roaches in the bathroom and kitchen I had to put my bags in the chair because I don’t have time to bring anything back home. I want a refund they need to close Hotel until they’re done remodeling it.

    The person at the check in desk was rude & hard to understand. I was put in a 3rd floor room at the far end of the hall. When I got all my stuff up there, I discovered it was a tap key door lock, but I was given a key card that needed to be inserted into a slot lock. So I had to haul all my luggage back to the front desk, to get another key. Instead he put me in a different room. My room had already been renovated so it looked clean & nice, but the bed sheets didn’t fit & the blanket had stains on it. This was an extended stay location, but there was absolutely nothing supplied for the kitchen area. When I asked about ice, he said no they don’t have that. When I asked about breakfast, he said all they have is coffee. Once, on my 3rd day there, I was stopped before getting on the elevator, so he could check my room number. It appears that maybe unhoused people were staying there also.

    Hotel is in very bad condition. I can’t tell if it’s under renovation or just they don’t care about the hotel anymore. Furnitures everywhere in the hallway. Guests should get a refund. Look at Google map reviews to see the recent photos posted.

    We didn’t really like the property. We were informed and it’s advertised on Booking.com that the property has breakfast included! This was FALSE information upon check in we were informed that wasn’t a breakfast included but coffee and muffins. When in actuality they had black coffee and no creamer along with no muffins!

    Traveling with my daughter, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe here. Starting with the check in clerk who continually hit on me and even followed me over to the hallway asking me to come see him later. Then there was someone in the hallway apparently on drugs knocking on doors. Not to even mention the room was so nasty. The back door exit which had a sign indicating it needed to stay closed for safety was propped open. We did use that exit when leaving to avoid the front desk clerk and literally stayed for 5 minutes and then just went to the airport several hours before we needed to, but that was a way better option than staying . I absolutely do not recommend.

    The place was under construction. Hard to find front desk, they were sitting in a closet. Trip hazards were everywhere & exercising equipment was blocking half the hallways with construction garbage blocking the other side. Incredibly dusty because of all this. Nobody was working most of the time & with the noise, it was hard to sleep.

    When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable and did not have any customer service skills. He just gave me a room key without giving me any direction on how to navigate to my room as the place was under construction and debris was everywhere and I couldn’t get around it. I had to go back downstairs to the front desk and ask how another way to get to my room. There was no phone working in my room and had to go back again downstairs to get the WiFi password, which should have been provided at check-in. No mention about the included breakfast posted online but based on the poor hotel condition, I would not eat or drink there. Hotels.com should have informed me about the construction as I would have never stayed there.

    Granted that the corridor was under some type of construction, that posed a risk of several objects on the floor and hallway that appeared very unsafe, they also said “breakfast included” but when it was time for breakfast, all they had was cold coffee. When I inquired further, the receptionist said (in a very rude way) “that’s the breakfast! Two other guests arrived the reception to make the same inquiry, and he totally ignored them. Would I return to this place? No! Would I recommend anyone making any reservation here? No!

    The absolute worst hotel ive ever stayed in. Service was terrible. After waiting 10 min for someone to show up so I could check in, they acted as if i was an inconvenience. Didnt check my ID to make sure i was the one that booked the room. Shoved a card at me and walked away. The room was filthy and unkempt. Folded washcloths in the bathroom had brown crusty streaks. The tub was molded with dirty soap trays. I pulled the covers back on the bed and the sheets were covered with hair, had burn spots and were dirty.

    Staying at this hotel was a nightmare, we had two rooms for my spouse, my two sons and myself. The man at the front desk of this hotel was rude (ANTHONY) from the time of arrival at the hotel throughout check in. We asked him about our room that did not include any linen for the pull-out sofa and he stated that because we arrived late that he was all out of linen. I then asked him how could the linen be out if the hotel has all of these rooms that offer these amenities... Just me asking that question made him feel the need to get upset and tell me that if you want pillows for the sofa take the ones off the lobby couch.... To make matter worse he then told me that if we got there we would not be faced with such matters... I eventually walked away to explain to my family what was stated , upon coming back he stated that we had too many people I then told him to look at my stay again as we do not have 6 ppl only 4 in my visit. In less than 24 hours all of our rooms keys no longer worked and had to get them unlocked at the front desk...This was the worst I have every experienced with a hotel stay , the rooms upon entering was very nasty, one of the towels in the bathroom had something smudged on the large towels that was folded up, I again asked for more towels and was told the same thing. Almost an hour after check in he called the room and stated to come and get additional linen for the beds... DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!

    This place literally had mold in our rooms. They tried to place us in a room that smelled like it and we actually got quite sick. When we were talking to the man at the front desk, he had his feet up and was texting on his phone and kept acting as if we were an inconvenience. We’re waiting on Monday to talk to the manager.

    It is an extended stay hotel under construction and noisy. There are signs apologizing but they need to let Travelocity know about the construction!! They say breakfast and shuttle on the ad but only coffee. I called in advance to reserve the shuttle like they asked but the lady said no need to reserve just call to get picked up. I told her the time of arrival. When I called they said no shuttle and the man hung up on me twice. At that time I had to call an Uber. I asked the man about any restaurants around and was told NO but there was. It sounded like I woke the man up and was in a bad mood, when I called for the shuttle. Don’t go there, until they finish the repairs. Also the water was shut off without no warning!!

The floor was soaking wet because their conditioner was leaking.. the elevator farthest away from the desk smelled like cigarettes. The room was clean. The bed was comfy.. got a good parking spot.     Stayed here for one night after my flight was cancelled. Wish I had slept at the airport. Desk clerk at check in was such a jerk. One of the rudest men I have ever encountered. Bathroom was stained, dirty and gross. Couldn't force myself to use the shower. Felt unsafe all night and couldn't sleep. No stars.

    I checked in with my dog in tow after booking through this website I say was however I wanted to stay a couple more days so I went to the front desk to ask the lady how much for two more days. Instead of just quoted me the two days. She started to say well you didn't pay your deposit that's $100. You did it mention that you had a dog. That's another $75. I told her I had my ID and debit card out when I checked in with my dog it's leash in my hand with the dog attached to it right behind me. It's not my fault if your co-workers don't do their job properly. So how much for the room she's like well pay me the $175 first and then I'll tell you the second two nights price. Ridiculous customer service.

    The room had no water coming in faucet in bathroom sink and the shower faucet did not work The hallway had many holes in the ceiling To top it off the staff was rude when I went to ask the faucet is not working if there is another room and his response was very rude and he would refund. So I was there at 8PM checkin and have to figure out my reservation elsewhere and move to new place.

    We called for our shuttle from the airport and the staff person said to find our own ride. I called back after he hung up on me and he repeated the same thing and hung up on me.     I phoned from LA advising approx pick up time for free shuttle on arrival advised more than 45 minute dely and reception prompet me to take uber only 8 min drive.     We also reported that the hair dryer wasn’t working. All they said was they would “note it,” but no replacement or fix was offered. The hotel itself was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell of mildew and marijuana. There were no advertised amenities like continental breakfast, and during our three-night stay, housekeeping never once cleaned our room—even after we specifically requested it. The staff was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There was zero sense of customer service or hospitality. Overall, this hotel fell far below even basic standards. It was uncomfortable, unclean, and poorly managed. Avoid if you value cleanliness, service, and honesty in advertising.

    The hotel wasn't too bad, although the room keys did not work very well. Room was standard, don't think I would ever want to stay for an extended amount of time. There is too much competition in DFW area and this location doesn't work hard enough to compete

    Be aware, you must to call the hotel from the airport for a shuttle ride, a seeming long 15 minutes. The front lobby & desk area appeared fine, although, it is closed from 12am-6am, which limits some accommodations as well as transportation availability. I definitely felt less safe without a front desk agent. Shuttles are by appointment only. They must be arranged to go to the airport, especially before 6am. If you miss the shuttle to the airport, call Uber immediately! They will get you there faster. The property was ok in front & and the hallways but, the room was dismal. The old kitchen cabinet styles were cringy. I became very grossed out after seeing strange, thick dark drops splattered on the floor and near the wall behind the toilet. They could have been scraped and cleaned up!

    Shuttle from airport to hotel non existent, had to Uber, front didn’t like answering the phone, my first room key didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, there were no cups no water no ice bucket nothing in the room, cabinets were so old and gross looked like 1960s children’s furniture. Bed was very uncomfortable could feel every spring in it, ac squealed all night. Not somewhere I would have chosen to stay however my flight was delayed so late I stayed only because of how late it was and I was exhausted. Will never suggest this place to anyone!

    We called from the airport for the shuttle. We were told the driver was on his way, but it would be 40 minutes, even though the hotel is only a couple miles away. Got to the hotel lobby and there was nobody at the front desk after a few minutes, called the hotel again, and was told somebody would be there in five minutes. got to our room and the remote didn’t work for the TV. I needed to take our meds, but there wasn’t a cup glass anything in the room, but there was a refrigerator of microwave and a stove. No dishes plates no glasses cups no utensils whatsoever. call down and asked to bring up some cups so we could take her meds, and he said it would be a half an hour. Still hadn’t gotten them by the next morning. went down for the breakfast and was given a small bag of mini muffins and our choice of coffee tea or hot chocolate

    The room with the check us into was unclean the shower still had soap pieces in it and hair and when we called the front desk to ask them to move rooms they said no because we had already unpacked some of our stuff before we saw the room had been unclean and they said it was probably from us there was trash under the bed and once I started looking at the sheets I don't think that they were clean it was horribly dirty and disgusting. I am traveling for medical purposes with my family and we needed to be here 2 weeks we paid for 2 weeks in advance I am traveling with two small service dogs and upon check-in they accepted copies of their service certificates but this morning management came to my door and said that we had to check out immediately because we didn't have the original document. They're refusing to refund our money and when I argued about it they called the local police department and had me cited for trespassing this is the worst extended stay hotel in Irving with the worst management I have never in my life been more disappointed and disgusted with a Wyndham property.

    I had a late check in and the smell of cigarettes was lingering in the room and before I enter the building. That or some funky smell upon entering my room. I had to buy a candle to disguise/mask the smell. Also the “free breakfast” included was more of a “grab and go” highly disappointed in that among the other things.     Attendant not there when I arrived. Keys failed over and over again for every one I saw trying to get in their rooms. Shower and counters in bad shape. Screens torn. Refrigerator turned drinks to ice.

    The sheets were crusty, the bathroom was dirty, and i had a weird man follow me to my room and it made me very uncomfortable. and the staff was kind, but overall everything felt gross.

    This place seemed really old. The "breakfast included” was coffee and instant oatmeal. No extra pillows. I will not be staying there again.

    The “free breakfast” advertised is dry oatmeal packets with no hot water available, no spoons, and no bowls. A single packet of muffins was also available; not one packet per person, just one singular packet in total. Was checked in and given my key card to find my room was still dirty and uncleaned. Had to wait in the “lobby” while they tidied it up, which consisted of two chairs in front of the waiting desk. Granted it was a cheap stay, but you’re better off paying slightly more for better accommodations elsewhere.

    Please pardon our appearance as we undergo renovations until further notice. During this time, only a grab and go breakfast is available. I walked all floors looking for vending and does not appear to be any renovation activity.

    Rooms were absolutely filthy - our group had 3 - all very dingy and dirty - hotel had no breakfast whatsoever or coffee even though they had coffee pots in the lobby- no front desk clerk in the morning so no shuttle was available because there was no one at the front desk to call for it - either physically or by phone call from 430 till 8 AM

    Health hazard, they literally watered down the coffee mate which was of liquid water consistency. I’ve never seen that before from a CoffeMate large tube. I have a video of it. Cockroaches in bathroom and bathroom walls. Only oatmeal for breakfast with no spoons or hot water easily accessible. Hot water or spoons was not set up. They said they would put hot water in for the oatmeal but they did not. I had to get water in the back. They had to make coffee and that was not there when we came down at 8:30am. Note that this new ownership has taken on the name of Extended Stay which would explain the unacceptable safety standards and unsafe shortcuts they have taken.

    The night front-desk clerk came across as careless and rude, the hotel was smelly and very dated. One of the sofa beds didn't have sheets on it. Adjacent rooms don't connect to each other, FYI. Their breakfast is a coffee machine and a few oatmeal packets and hot water (which ran out, so it was lukewarm oatmeal for me), and muffins I'm told, but they were out. The morning front-desk person, to her credit, did try to help. I'm surprised it is still in business. They did have plenty of electrical outlets, which was nice, but that was the highlight of the experience. In the morning, we talked to a couple who had a very similar experience.

    Not great. A bit run down. There was leftover food in the fridge - really gross. When I called the front desk they said they had no housekeeping until the next day.

    The attendants of the hotel were attentive & welcoming. I would say the rooms for the price weren’t bad at all but would always suggest getting an updated look. There was a lot of dust in my room.

    There was trash outside of doors and was there for over 12 hours. Breakfast is grab and go which I was told by the front desk that it was muffins. They said it was served from 6-9. When we got down there at 815 there was nothing there or even a spot for it. They said they were out but when I questioned they suddenly had some behind the counter.

    Upon arrival the Hotel smells of musky odor. The rooms are spacious, but could use some maintenance. Microwave vent, and light fixture did not work. Bathroom vent, and blow dryer also did not work. Room had an Iron (that worked thankfully) but no ironing board. Rooms looked as if they had not been vacuumed in some time. Housekeeping never came to refresh our room. The 3rd floor window has no bars or screen covering so if you have kids it could be quite dangerous. On the upside the hotel is very close to the DFW airport and provides a shuttle. With that said you’re definitely paying for location, and not the quality of the hotel.
