The room was clean, but it smelled musty, like there had been a leak or water damage somewhere. Maybe it was the AC unit - I don't know. We stayed on the 4th floor. The building also smelled like bug spray.

My room was set up for someone else. Upon waking the next morning, found human feces on the wall in the bathroom. Smudges all over the doors and dirty cups for coffee. I was given 5000 Hilton reward points as an apology. Not happy. We had a long travel day and showed up to a dirty room. Hilton has gone so far downhill. Won’t be staying at another.

We had a fantastic stay this past weekend. The rooms were clean, the A/C was cold, and the front desk was very helpful and attentive. Specifically, Kayla was very personable and provided great customer service. The breakfast left a little to be desired compared to other hotels I have visited, but it's complimentary so it is what it is. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was huge. Fried/freezer, microwave, small kitchenette. Coffee machine. Comfy bed. Coffee, tea and filtered water freely available in the foyer. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport, great service. Complimentary breakfast. Great location for visiting the sites in the DFW area. There is no bar or restaurant here, however there are plenty nearby to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

We were there for only a few hours, an overnight related to air travel. It was an exceptional stay for that purpose. Everything we needed and attention to detail, like blackout curtain around bed to block out any annoying electronic lights. I loved this since I have trouble sleeping if there is any light in the room. I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast should be served at 6:30 not at seven. People are headed to the airport. It would’ve been nice to have grabbed a muffin or something. I waited for the shuttle for 90 minutes! Every time I called, they said it would be another 15 minutes. They should’ve told me that there was a problem and I would’ve gotten a taxi or an Uber. Once I was in my room, the kitchen sink leak requiring a plumber. I finally could get settled and relax close to 9 PM almost 3 hours after I arrived at the airport!

Had a 15 hour layover at DFW so we got a room at this nearby hotel. The airport shuttle, hotel itself, and breakfast included made for a great stay for my family.

The room was great and can I say that is the most comfortable hot bed I have ever slept on ! Holy Hannah, I wish I could have slept in. The only set back being I. Room 300 was the train noise that woke me.

The shuttle drivers and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room, pool and shuttle service made the hotel a great deal. We had to leave at 4 am to catch our flight, so a bad breakfast to go would have been nice. Otherwise, nothing would have made it better!

I arrived late due to delays and cancellations flying on American Airlines, the front desk lady was a sweetheart. Very fast check in, and she reminded me to sign up for the shuttle back to airport following morning. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay again.

Furniture looked very cheap. Only one small trash can. We actually left a day early out of our 2 days and went to Hyatt Regency at airport.

Trisha the evening receptionist was a fantastic host, we love her attitude. Did not like much. Room smelled like urine. Bathroom door does not have a lock and would not stay closed. Used a rag under the door to keep it closed. The main issue is the room smelled like someone pissed in the corner and it hasn’t ever been cleaned. For the price paid these items would be a minimum of not being an issue.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bacon was terrible. Possibly turkey bacon and leathery. The only egg option was egg bites. No hot cereal option. Breakfast could have been much better. It did not align with rest of the hotel which was very nice. Bed not so comfortable.

The room, the location, the staff. Fantastic. It was perfect. I cannot think of anything to improve upon.

Check in and the transport to the airport were good. The AC barely worked turning on and off all night. There walls were very thin. Lots of unmonitored children roaming the halls and lots of noise from upstairs guests all through the night.

Then, I go to wash my hands in the bathroom, open the soap box and it’s a pair of used contact lenses that fell into my hands!! Gross! Went to front desk and was promptly given new soap. Housekeeping should have caught this.

Great place to stay in the DFW area. It was about 10 minutes from Grapevine Mills Mall. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and personable. Breakfast choices were good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Don't book this hotel for the shuttle. It is worthless. Unfortunately that is the main reason I chose this hotel which is why I give it a 1 star review. And they did nothing to make up for failing to provide the shuttle service advertised.

The property was very clean. The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and nice! It was so refreshing to encounter such a nice person! I wish I would’ve got her name.. She was a darker complected woman. We would definitely come back!

This is likely the best hotel we've ever stayed in (both locally and internationally). The suite was immaculate, very comfortable, and supplied with everything needed. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was generous and satisfying, and the shuttle van from and to the airport very convenient. Jesus (the assistant manager?) and hotel staff were kind and helpful. This hotel is the next best thing to coming home/being home while traveling. My family has used Home2Suites before and found it an excellent, trusted brand. We will choose this hotel again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, hotel team!

You need to arrive early for breakfast. They do not replenish consistently. We had cold eggs and ice cold decaf coffee later in the morning.

We were there for a concert. It was an easy drive to the stadium and we found some restaurants close by. Rodeo Goat was one of the best burgers I have had.

Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, it didn't affect our stay at all. Very well located, close to the airport and with easy access to downtown.

Under significant renovations during our stay and the lobby and breakfast area are unavailable. Limited breakfast in a conference room. Still, they are doing a great job despite that.

I liked the quiet environment and the room is well furnished with every appliances one would need to make his/her stay perfect.

There was major remodeling happening at property and no real lobby to check in. We went through a side door entrance and found an employee who did get us checked in but it was a little confusing. Only one restaurant within walking distance so we door dashed. Room was clean except the soap bar was used and there was only one. Also they sell limited refreshments on first floor but they are way overpriced. Expedia rated this property as ‘wonderful’ but I would say it was just okay.

This was my second stay here, and it will not be my last. The shuttle from the airport was easy and quick. Check-in was fast and friendly. My room was spacious, clean, and had a great layout.

Expedia did not post that this hotel was under construction so it was noisy.

This was a new facility so everything was clean and imperfect working order. The front desk assistant manager was very nice and gave a very warm greeting up on my check in. Will definitely stay here again.

I was assured this hotel was pet friendly. I was apparently booked in the middle of the hallway with kids screaming so my dog began barking because of the noise. The property then threatened me b/c my fig barked. I found the treatment I received to be racist, discriminatory and I felt unsafe. It was awful.

This hotel is right next to DFW airport so it was pretty busy when I tried to check-in. There's also other two star hotels surrounded this area. My room showed wear and tear from frequent guests--paint chipped, crack in the bathroom tiles, shedding material from the couch. Ive stated in other Home 2 Suites that were in better condition than this one.

Construction in process and we were given a room immediately next to the construction area. Noise early in the morning, an unwanted wake up call. Not even told this was going to happen. Otherwise room clean and bed comfortable.
