    I had to call the hotel twice and waited an hour for the shuttle. I was told to stand in one place and the shuttle stopped at a different location 40-50 yards past where I was told to wait. I should have just taken an Uber.

    Great, beautiful place, nice outdoor patio and a clean accessible pool that’s open late. Airport shuttle was very punctual. We were stuck there for 2 nights after our airline (AA) screwed us. The hotel was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

    immediate availability and airport transfers included. I had to wait 90 minutes for the airport transfer they offered, then in the morning the transfer was full so ordered a $30 UBER back to the airport. The room was ok, but smelt of stale air and the AC unit was noisy. the bed wasn't that comfy. Its a budget airport hotel.

    Stayed because my flight was cancelled. There was ONE person checking in upwards of 40 guests. Knowing a weather event was going to occur, appropriate staffing should have been addressed. My room was freezing cold and I could hear the person above me walking.

    We (and many other people) were stuck overnight in Dallas due to weather-related flight issues. When I searched for a hotel, I used filters for one with a free airport shuttle and breakfast provided. I selected this Courtyard hotel rather than less expensive ones, because my husband thought it would be nicer. Not! The airport shuttle did not come and no one would answer the phone. Other attempts to contact hotel resulted in connection to a useless bot (AI). We and another couple had to take an Uber to the hotel ($$). Hotels dot com gave me the choice to pay an extra $32 for breakfast, and since my husband always wants breakfast, I did that. But there was no breakfast provided - I paid $32 for exactly, precisely, nothing. Breakfast was entirely a la cart pay for everything - for just my husband it was $20. Shuttle back to airport was every 45 min even though website said every 30 min and hotel is supposedly < 4 miles from the airport. At check in, the one person present was of overwhelmed and the line was nearly an hour wait. The exercise room was okay, although only one of two treadmills worked and the attached TV's did not work at all. All in all, it may be a nice enough hotel, but it was NOT as advertised and NOT what I paid for. After a frustrating day of delays, sitting on grounded planes, having to make back up to back up plans, etc., the last thing you want is a frustrating, costly hotel experience.

    Very nice and newly renovated property. Room very cozy and staff very nice. Bistro is a nice option since there are no food options within walking distance. There is nothing at all within walking distance except the Aloft. Pool available and a very nice courtyard! Quiet. My only complaint would be the airport shuttle. Not punctual at all.

    Even though the shuttle didn’t start running before 4:30 am, when I could not reach a taxi for pickup, the shuttle driver took me to the airport at 4 am. I was deeply appreciative for the effort and kindness of the staff. They are all very wonderful!

    Nice big clean room Staff was not helpful. Airport shuttle never came. We called property at 10pm and were told that the bus will come in 25 minutes. We have waited 1hour. Nobody was then answering the phone. We took a taxi and paid $45. We were not reimbursed. Not a good experience with a child after 10 hour flight.

    I would not recommend leaving your car there when flying. When we returned from our trip and called for fan to take us back to our car it took 4 phone calls and 45 min to finally get someone to pick us up.

    Hotel staff during check in was very courteous. The room was very clean and inviting. I selected this hotel to relax at the pool and breakfast. To my surprise breakfast is not complimentary. Just heads up if you read services the way I did.

    Nice hotel. However I was disappointed with the shuttle service. I called several times after arriving to request shuttle pickup. Over a half hour period they never answered the phone. I had a family member call from home and they said they never got a request from me. Also note that the shuttle only runs every 45 minutes. So when the shuttle was full during the time slot I wanted to leave, I had to get an Uber because 45 minutes was too long to wait. The hotel and room were very nice.

    The elevator didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. I had no shower gel in the shower. I reported an issue with the toilet and had to ask multiple times to get it resolved. I'm not sure what's going in there, but it definitely felt more like an economy hotel rather than a Marriott Courtyard.

We finally took a $45 cab. When we got to the hotel the receptionist was the same person on the phone and was still pretty short with us.

They just tell you E10 and E38. I had called them back once I realized the issue, was told approximately another 20 minutes. When we called again (call number 3) after 45 minutes, and had attempted to ask yet again about the on-call shuttle, were told an adult would have called back (shocker we are adults and did exactly that). It was at this point the general manager hung up on us after becoming overly rude and attitude ridden. Save yourself travel hassle and get the rental, or order the Uber/Lyft/private taxi.

    Check in process went smoothly..I did have some trouble finding the location as I am not from Dallas so the gps was kinda finicky…I tried calling the front desk to getting betting direction it did take about 20mins to get through to someone & they just kept repeating the address that didn’t really help but as far as the facility it look great nice and clean..& comfortable…I did not eat anything as everything was closed when I around around 630pm…Took the shuttle to the airport in the am and I definitely would book again if I ever return to Dallas

    I did not like that we were required to pay $10 just to park on private property, which I don’t understand. The person who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming at all and seemed irritated. I also requested a higher floor when I booked and paid for the room online, but we were still placed on a bottom floor. Overall, the check-in experience was disappointing. Got to move to the 3rd floor after the 2nd night.

    The receptionists on the night we arrived were amazing .There was no where to eat and one of them gave us some Indian food which was so gracious of her .we have never experienced that before .Plus the hotel was amazing will be back for sure .

    Staff was not welcoming nor proficient in understanding customer services. There was no information provided ex: that the pool was closed, the coffee bar was closed, outdoor parking if I needed a permit or not (I wasn't even asked if I had a car), check out time. There was no lotion provided in the room. I had to ask housekeeping as they were passing by and they had lotion, mouth wash, and other items that my room was neglected from. Overall, no conversation that took place between myself and the desk staff.

I called them because I had my stuff in the room with the do not disturb sign and my reservation was for two days. When I called it went to a busy signal and then I was talking with someone who was doing other things and almost sounded like they were at home. Then she hung up on me and I had to call back. She had no explanation and didn’t really reassure me other than “you should be good.” It was not professional and stressful. I had my laptop in there and was afraid they would take my things.

    Room service was as above and prompt. Everything about the burger and fries was great (esp the fries!) Beef in the burger was ok at best (seemed very frozen) and pickles weren’t an option! With me you can cover up a marginal burger w plenty of pickles! Breakfast was great! Overall I gave 5⭐️ because the staff was that and they can only work w what they’re given. Marriott, help ur people out w a product they can BRAG about not just know is edible…u give them something to be proud of and they will more than make up for the minimal cost increase!     Room was clean, staff was very courteous and helpful, but the mini-fridge was not functional and the AC had to be turned down to 64 (outside air temp was 55 and the room was warm). Unusual placement of the bed made the TV not viewable, while in bed, but the overall experience was a positive one. The location of the hotel was very convenient to many restaurants, gas stations and general shopping. TX was great :)

    The room is very noisy, with a constant loud hum from the air shaft. I called the front desk and they said all the room are like that. The air conditioning is also old and very noisy, the kind that's mounted under the window wall, but because it was so hot, I had to use the air conditioning, so for two nights I slept with the noise. The staff didn't seem to care. They were not at the desk most of the time. I was very disappointed at this Courtyard as I used to stay at Marriott Courtyards when I travel. But I'm now switching to Hyatt Place or Hyatt Regency, which are so much better.

    The customer service of Molly at the front desk made up for a terrible travel day. She was so kind. The hotel itself is clean and I really liked the Bistro eating area. It’s near the airport so of course you’ll hear planes and people getting up for early flights, but overall I’d stay here again.

I really appreciated the layout with two separate sleeping areas and a pull-out couch—it gave all three of us our own space, which made the short stay very comfortable.     The property was good however they do only offer limited shuffle service so be mindful when booking flights of arrival and departure. The pol area was good and no busy. I do wish they had an open cafe for late arrivals as this was an inconvenience being my family and I arrived late and did need a quick bite to eat so we had to Uber in food.     Unfortunately, I don’t believe the service was all that great, with the exception of my initial check in. I did not receive room service, towel service, I had to call the front desk on two separate occasions to request towels and on the second day when I called, the towels never arrived. I was looking forward to the pool as well only to find out that is is poorly maintained.

    Had to pay for parking? Had to also pay for breakfast? No thank you. Front desk gal when I showed up I made a reservation for 3 people, 2 rooms. The gal gave me the keys for my room and said “you’re all set” I said “wait I have another room” and she said “no you don’t” I showed her my reservation and she said “well it’s in the other persons name”. She never told me to mention my friends name and it didn’t say anything specific about it online either, she was not very nice. At least she comped us for the parking but please get people with better attitudes.

    Room was good and beds were comfy. AC was cold, but made strange water sounds and was loud. The toilet also stopped flushing, but was towards check out so no big deal I’m sure they would’ve fixed it asap.     I liked this place, easy to book as I did so in a rush after my connecting flight was cancelled. My daughter just had leg surgery, and the drivers were very considerate and helpful with us using the airport shuttle service and also we couldn’t ask for more with the room placement, it was close to the elevator making easy to access for my daughter using her walker. Only thing is that the room didn’t have soap to wash hands or even a bottle of water.

We tried to get lunch at the bistro but were told it was not open during the day - even though you advertise lunch being offered. A spider was hanging from its web right above the bed! It scared my girlfriend to death and it was hard for her to sleep given she was worried about other spiders above the bed during the night.

    I had to buy a charger and the charger I bought from the store was broken so I had to drive to a gas station for one. All the USB outlets in my room were broken. The breakfast was listed as free and was actually a follow up cost. Also, the Wi-Fi will randomly disconnect devices and didn't reach my room. Some of these are particular to my room, but even the wifi in the lobby will disconnect devices and it shouldn't be listed as breakfast included if you need to purchase it.

    This wasn’t a bad hotel but it didn’t meet my expectations of Courtyard Marriotts. It seemed like they took over an old hotel and tried to make it look good. The shuttle only runs every 45 min to the airport which was a problem. No shuttle after 11pm either.

    The front desk was awesome. However, the room had a musty smell mixed with smoke. The toilet had yellow stains on the seat. We stayed one night after a full day of basketball tournaments and left early in the morning. It would’ve been more hassle to change rooms. The balcony was nice. The bed was very comfortable.
