The room is clean, but it’s a little far from the airport. Had to take an Uber to the hotel. Staff are friendly.

Hotel was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. However, once we stepped inside the room, there was a musty smell. That was the only side down to the hotel.

Good bedroom The shuttle service is terrible. Don’t book this place expecting a good shuttle service. Also, the front desk agent who assisted us was rude and impolite, which made our experience even worse.

We stayed here after a very late night and a canceled connecting flight. It was a last minute book and it did the job. Restaurant is open til 10, we grabbed something right before they closed. I was thankful they were open because without a car, there was very little option for my travel weary kiddos. Small selection and it took 40 minutes for mediocre food. Shuttle was nice, but they leave at the top of the hour instead of every 30 minutes, which would have been nicer. Front staff was fine, but not particularly warm or friendly. I would have liked a free continental breakfast, but last minute, it was nice to not have to sleep in the airport.

Room was great, modern and comfortable. Very welcoming and kind. Pretty big location and close enough to the airport, making it very accessible. Didn’t personally use shuttle, but driver was very friendly while I was waiting for my ride. Overall very satisfied.

The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that clearly I would not have booked here. Had I known that I ended up spending 60 extra dollars for nothing. The room was nice but because of the bad experience, I will never come here again and what airport hotel doesn’t have a rotational shuttle????

They didn’t answer the phone, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of their airport shuttle and had to pay $50 for an Uber from the airport in the middle of the night. The staff at the front desk was arranging a shuttle transport when I was checking in and she told me that their policy was to take care of a line at the front desk before answering the phone. So basically if they are helping someone at the front desk, they will not answer the phone. I understand the theory behind it, but at least pick up the phone and ask the person on the phone to hold. She then told me that there was a manager on site if I wanted to talk to the manager. Like WTF, why can’t the manager answer phones if they are on site. The manager wasn’t at the front desk helping people at the front desk. Their was hair and pubes all over the bathroom, there wasn’t a TV remote anywhere in site, so I couldn’t watch TV, and half the lights in the room didn’t work. The cherry on top? The house keepers knocked on my door multiple times starting at 6am and then didn’t stop knocking until I answered the door, and then would apologize. Like WTF!? I legit just wanted to sleep.

Our room was extremely clean and new looking. The breakfast we ordered to go was fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and responsive.

Staff was very courteous and friendly. Stayed here last minute with my mom due to our flights to Chicago being cancelled due to a blizzard. Paid a reasonable amount I feel for the room we got. We did not pay for breakfast but there was free water available at night for guests from a dispenser and free coffee in the morning as well. Staff interacted with us and were so kind, the transport to the airport was a large reason for why we chose to stay at this location. If we ever needed to, would definitely stay here again!

I like the convenience of the hotel being close to restaurants and a bakery. There’s a Grain&Berry within walking distance that gave us the illusion that we are eating healthy while on the go. A Paris Baguette next door to help us undo all progress. A gas station was nearby to fill up the tank before returning the rental car.

The only reason it didn't get a 10 is they forgot to give a wake up call.

Got delayed 24 hours so decided to check in to this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and got us in a smidge early which was so appreciated. The room was updated, super clean and quiet. Would stay here again for sure!

Definitely would not recommend. The airconditioner was broken in our room which staff considerately remedied by putting us in another room but then a similar issue occurred with that airconditioner. Seems they need to update. The shuttle from the airport came one hour after I called. We were told 30 min and decided to wait and it took another 30 min. Staff were kind but this hotel seems like its really gone super downhill.

Hotel was ok. I really only booked here because it said it had an airport shuttle and we had an overnight layover. By the time I checked in, reception told me all the airport shuttle seats were booked, so I had to take an uber for another $45.

We Doordashed a delicious dinner and ate and decompressed in the living room of the suite before going to sleep in the bedroom on what felt like a cloud. I was shocked at the quality of the hotel for the low price we paid.

She made me call three times ! It took one hour to arrive Then she couldn’t find the reservation , confused names, couldn’t pronounce it ! demanded my ID , and demanded to see my booking confirmation on my cel Then she asked me to move aside, tapping her finger on the reception desk!! She mocked at me afterwards! And She charged a higher price for the room , not the price I booked with the app! I called for almost an hour at night to get picked up at the airport to go to the hotel. No one answered, so we had to pay for an Uber when the whole reason I stayed at the hotel was for that service. I will never be staying here again, was so mad I didnt even sleep there, the first day was great but yall ruined it with lazy staff.

Loud and kids up all night also, couldnt sleep much due to noise of the party....I mean "conference" the hotel was leaking in places, some of the flooring under repair. Some of the room was old and in need of repair, but was clean and smelt ok. So overall decent for the price, but i would not stay here again.

They were so busy checking people in that once I checked in they didn't have me in so I couldn't sign in to their internet. The elevators were broken and we had to carry all our luggage down the staircase. I booked a king size bed. They gave me a room with two queen beds. And I had requested a shuttle to the airport. But they never put me down for the shuttle. Thank goodness my son was able to come get us and take us to airport. Overall I feel they just missed the boat on my experience. Which is really sad since I always stay at the four points in Amarillo and they are amazing at that location

Elevator was out, so I had to carry my bags up the stairs to the 3rd floor, only to find that the room key didn’t work. The stairs and the side door to the parking lot were completely unlocked. Anyone could walk right in. Also, there was just one person on site at night and she was walking around the premises (for safety), so there was no one to answer the phone at the front desk.

Terrible customer service and facility. I was on a birthday celebration with my husband but was given a handicapped accessible unit instead of suite setting which we paid for.

There was only 1 elevator working and the working one was so slow we had a line of people waiting to get on and off. The coffee maker in the room took almost 5 minutes to make 1 cup and there was not any in the lounge for us early risers.

Overall my husband and I had a good stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I thought it was cute that the tv was programed to welcome you and tell you bon voyage when you leave. Staff was super nice and helpful. Very pleasant stay.

My reservation was canceled, supposedly due to their system being down and their inability to check people in. But i was told be others in the know, that this is the excuse when they have overbooked and there are no more rooms available.

My party arrived at the hotel after traveling from Europe and having our flight home canceled. We had been awake 20 hours, frustrated and exhausted. There were Many other people in line with us when we got to the hotel. I have never seen anyone at a hotel desk as efficient as the lady was at the desk that night. I think her name is Shenese. If I owned a business I would steal her from you because she should be manager and train others how to do that job. A welcome change after a bad day!!

Furthermore, the shuttle took an hour to pick me up from the airport. Computer systems being down is understandable but not having staff trained to handle it is not.

I got stranded at D.F.W. and went to motels .com and booked my room and the staff was excellent .They picked me up and got me back without a hitch and the girls at the desk made a good situation out of a bad experience..I will keep 4 Points in mind for future stays Thanx

Ended up here due to a missed connection so needed a hotel close to the airport. Bed was comfy which was nice . Not too many food options available on a Saturday evening but did go to the tiny restaurant by the bar. Menu was limited but food was good and fresh.

The hotel front desk is in the “conference center”, which looks like a converted evangelical worship center built in the 1980’s and somehow appears to only be accessible through random back doors. Let’s just say that if this is where your employer is hosting its conference, you might want to polish up those LinkedIn and Indeed profiles and don’t count on that Christmas bonus. We only stayed long enough to sleep, wake up, and take our daughter and granddaughter to the airport. We wished we could have stayed longer. Our suite was spacious. We will definitely stay here next time.

Airport shuttle advertised was not available. No one answers the phone at the hotel. Had to take $28 Lyft from airport. Long line at check in counter. Just a general overall unfortunate situation.

Construction around hotel but overall good experience

Clean, modern

I did not like the check in, staff is incompetent, and $26 dollars in supposed snacks, is just a lot. Also, no details are given about what’s included in your stay… nothing, they just want to get your money and that’s it.

We missed our connection from a plane delay and needed a hotel ASAP. This one had a shuttle and it was midnight, but it also had great reviews. Staff was super nice, room was nice and cool. More importantly, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The one downside was that breakfast isn’t free, but I’d still stay here again for sure!!

I would like to recommend to stay in the four point hotel .They have two queen beds in the hotel rooms. They have swimming pool and enjoy your stay. Complimentary coffee and water fountains. Thank you for the four point hotel by Sheraton Dallas Forth Worth Airport North.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was great. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle service was great too. The only complaint I have is that we got in late due to delays and closures at DFW and when we arrived at 10:30 pm we were informed that the restaurant and bar were closed. We were also told that pretty much everything around there closes at about 10. But I remembered that I had seen there was a fast food place not far. So we took off on foot at 11 pm to see what we could find. We did find a jack in the box. We had to walk through the drive through though as the doors were locked. And then after eating we went next door to a taco place and got a margarita to go - also through the drive through as their doors were also locked. It just seems to me that the restaurant and bar should be open a little later, especially on a Saturday, when they know that DFW had closed and that there were going to be people coming in late. I would’ve also expected the front desk person to be able to tell us that Jack in the box and the taco place were a quick walk. I’ll also mention that they were having some sort of party downstairs with loud music. We were lucky that we didn’t hear the music in our room but someone who was up on the 6th floor complained about it being very loud. All in all, I’d stay there again.

Party in the hotels ballroom till 2 am. Loud booming music that rattled the entire building and echoed down the hallways and staff refused to address it saying there was nothing they could do. Had to get up for a 4 am flight and got no sleep. Hallways dirty. Desk staff rude

This hotel smells so strong like bleach or something chemical and it was hard to get used to breathing such a thick smell.

People were away from the desk for hours when it’s listed 24 hours front desk service. Property was cleaned downstairs, but my room wasn’t when I arrived.

It was adequate for that kind of stay and I didn’t expect much. But it was a smelly hotel. The staff were super sweet though. Very Patient and kind and when I checked out the next morning, only six hours later, it was the same front desk clerk who had been there all night! She was still very kind! I think it just gets used for these kinds of hurried travel situations. My critique is that my room didn’t smell good at all.

Bathroom has a barn-style door. Shower did not have a door, but did not leak or make a mess. Plenty of pillow choices. Would stay again.

Excellent place to stay, considering I had to book the last minute and this stay blew me away. Love this hotel and the price was fair. Got to enjoy Dallas for 24hrs and the Hard Eight Pit BBQ was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and hotel were decent however, the bartender in the lounge came off as though he was bothered by serving customers. Such a cold and rude experience which left no doubt why it was mostly empty. They can do better without him.

The rooms were well-proportioned, clean and comfortable. I booked and pre-paid for breakfast but was told on arrival that breakfast was not included and would have to pay for it. Once in my room I checked my email confirmation which showed breakfast was included in my booking so returned to reception, as we also had trouble accessing the WiFi (it was a work trip so needed it). The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly and insisted the WiFi was working ok but, after showing her that it wasn't and we couldn't connect, she signed us into another option which I guess may have been one for the staff. Showed her the booking confirmation that included breakfast but she was undeterred and said it didn't matter what was in the confirmation as we would still have to pay for breakfast, explaining "you didn't book it with us, you booked it through a third-party, and they're wrong to offer breakfast - you need to take it up with them"! It was probably fortunate that it was getting late and there was a queue of people building up behind me as in the end we were given 2 complimentary vouchers. However, the breakfast was completely underwhelming and not good value for money.

I appreciated the free airport shuttle. Location is convenient to the airport. There are a couple of options for good within walking distance. Shower stall itself was nice and spacious, but the shower head is ill placed, it was difficult to set water temperature, and there was no way to fully close the shower area. This led to the bathroom floor getting wet. Body wash dispenser was empty.

I highly recommend this hotel. The room is nice, sheets are clean. I love the bathroom.
