    This was my first time at this hotel and I found it very comfortable with a great staff. I was warmly welcomed at the registration and found the bar and restaurant personnel to be friendly and helpful. I definitely would stay there again.

    I missed my connection because my flight was re-routed.I made a reservation because the airline told me that they will not give me a hotel. They ended up giving me a hotel room. I tried to cancel my reservation two hours after I made it and they did not allow me to do it. I reserved with Booking and Booking told me that they will accept the cancellation.     Staff was great. Good dinning options at the hotel but super expensive. Room was good but maintenance had to come twice to fix the Air Conditioning and heater neither were working, but they got it taken care of in a two day span. It was still ok.

    Everyone was so great, I wasn’t able to catch his name but someone at the front was so kind when I asked for a late check out for me and my boyfriend since he had just finished his basic training in the army- gave us until 2pm. Absolutely amazing and helpful staff!

    The room was cold, and I slept in my coat. Thermostat doesn't seem to work. Used them for airport parking. After coming off a 7 hour flight I sat on a bench in the cold waiting 50 minutes for the marriott pickup van. He was unapologetic...saying he other drop offs. Never again will I use them!

    I reserved a king bed corner and I was initally put in a room with a double bed on a low floor. I went back down to request the room I reserved and the front desk staff gave me a hard time. I had to argue and pull up on reservation before I could get a king bed and it was not a corner room.

    The location was helpful for its proximity to the airport and the transportation to and from the airport. The staff were helpful and for the most part cheerful. It was freezing all night, we called the front desk to inquire (and trust me we are not the type to usually complain or inquire about such things, but we were miserable)... We were told that many others had said the same. We asked if maintenance had been called and we were told they had. We went the rest of the night without improvement. The price of the stay and being that miserable just was insult to injury, after a cancelled flight and no luggage to boot. We drank our $12 water that was in the room (not complimentary) and debated whether we should do breakfast (also not complimentary) or order room service (also high price and not great food). It felt like a rip off to pay for a supposedly high star hotel and have such a miserable experience. We had stayed in a small town Marriott just the night prior and it was absolutely the best - a lower star rating, much less money per night, and a wonderful breakfast included, not to mention we didn't freeze so hard that we couldn't even shower for fear of being wet in those temperatures. I will not be back to this hotel.

    In 2024, I stayed there & ate a cheeseburger from hotel restaurant around 11 am & got food poison b4 my evening 9 pm onstage performance. And of course, the hotel's phase was, food poison wouldn't happen in only few hours time frame. Even one of my teammates was a nurse explained yes on food poison could happen in a short few hours. But the hotel insisted not possible. In 2025, I went back for my last performance there. It took about an hour to check in my room by switching room after room due to not cleaned, or a massy bed, or key pad was low of battery, even sending me to a room labeled as hearing & wheelchair needed. I finally asked a front desk customer service to go with me to make sure they assigned me a function & cleaned room after running 4 round trips upstairs & downstairs just to get a room. Within my 2 nights 3 days staying at the hotel, I had to ask them at least set up my bed once & replaced the towels. Overall, it was a very disappointed services for the last 2 years since 2022.

    The hotel looks super nice from the outside and the lobby smells good but when you get into your room you just want to run away from the hotel.. the rooms are old, they smell like mold, the bed sheets were weat and had some blood on the bed sheets.Do your self a favor and look for a another hotel (i stay with 2 kids) worst night ever.

    The room was comfortable The property over all felt very dark and like a dungeon. Hated the carpet . We were starving and decided to eat at the restaurant as there wasn’t anything close to the hotel .The breakfast food tasted stale and the cereal container crushed the cereal . At $20 for cereal and croissant that were stale,not a good deal.

    My flight home was delayed at the last minute so I needed a hotel for the night. I was able to easily book a room on Expedia. Check in was very easy. My room was very clean and comfortable. I spent a wonderful couple of hours by the pool and had a great dinner in the restaurant. I slept well in a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Front desk are very u frendily and looks like they dont care and competely not welcoming. Unnecessarily charging $25 per day parking on the property and it is not a downtown or any upscale place. They are juat 4 star airport hotel. There was nothing mentioned as well. Just beware of booking this mariott.

    Too many issues not enough space. But I have complaints. Theft, shuttle issues, room that was a sauna and the guy that brought up the new room key said that the room we were in was having issues. Room 1838 ia a sauna. For ---$ for 2 nights not worth it.

    Very nice staff-Especially Johnee! She was extremely helpful with all my questions-changed my room when I didn’t have internet and even took my dinner order and called back to make sure I got it because the app was not working! She was GREAT!! The property was dated but very clean-the one thing I had a problem with was it’s very difficult to roll the suitcases on the hallway carpets

    Location and comfort Staff- upon arrival, front desk was fast to judge if I even had a reservation until I showed my confirmation from booking.com. She could’ve been a little more friendlier about it, but made me feel like I was not supposed to be there. We stayed at the hotel for work related activities. On the day that we were to check out, my husband took me to the last day of my conference early in the morning. Upon his return to the hotel, which was about 8 o’clock in the morning, they told him he was already checked out and he could not enter the room where our belongings were. They also gave him a hard time when he was going to eat breakfast. They were quite rude, thinking he was just crashing the place and they were reluctant about him going back to the room to gather our belongings way before checkout time. we’ve stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first time we received this kind of treatment. I’m not blaming the hotel. It was the staff that made it so uncomfortable.

    The room stunk, had an offensive odor. Could not identify it but they tried to mask with air freshener, carpet deodorizer. Also parking is 25.00 per night, but charge was waived. Breakfast is not free, with tip was to cost a 20.00 bill easy light meal.

    Room smelled dusty and musty. Linen smelled musty and had stains either from make up, ink or other unknown things. You can see the runway from your room AND you can hear the planes land and take off which wasnt disclosed on the website. Windows are definitely not sound proff. Don't STAY AT THIS LOCATION! I definitely do not recommend.

The price is reasonable, very reasonable considering that the food is good, the rooms are clean, the showers are amazing, and everything has a pretty new look to it. My gripe is small: $16 for two large bottles of water? That's more than the airport itself charges. Overall, I am very pleased and would definitely return if my trip is again ruined by American Airlines.

    It took more than one hour (and several calls to the lobby) for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. It was around 10pm when we finally arrived at the property, so the restaurant was closed and the bar was only serving pizza (cheese or pepperoni). The room 1124 was clean, but the double beds are really small and it was very hard to sleep with all the noise from non stop planes all night and traffic. The acoustic isolation in the room is very poor.

    Fire alarm in room went off at 2 am due to low battery. Took 30 mins and 2 calls to get someone to come to the room and fix!!! When I pay over $200 a night for a room I expect a little more! Won’t be staying at a Marriott anytime soon in the future.

    Hotel was nice and clean, but I will not be back anytime soon. They have no kids menu for their restaurant or room service and you have to pay for parking in their parking lot! I had to ask them….seriously?? We arrived around 9pm and had to check out around 5am to catch a flight, but still had to pay $20 for parking. I am a Marriott Envoy member, and I usually love their hotels, but this was a definite disappointment for me and my family.

    Fabulous! I had sprained my ankle on my trip. Staff was so very responsive, helpful, and kind. They provided a wheelchair & room that was convenient & wheelchair accessible. Linens & pillows were a dream. My pain floated away for the first time. Thank you all!

    My room was nice and clean, but when I went to take a shower, I noticed that there weren't any washcloths. I showered anyway and later went to the front desk to request a washcloth, where once again, i was treated like I was a bother. The gentleman behind the desk this time, didnt even bother to look up at me. He just called someone and asked them to get some washcloths to me. I went back to my room and a lady dropped them off a while later. I'm lifetime gold on Marriot, so I am familiar with how things usually work and I feel lile this was outside of the normal experience - I certainly hope so, anyway.
