Staff was amazing , gave us extra towels as I was there for surgery the next morning and had to shower twice, offered them without being asked ! Hotel is near the airport yet super quiet , clean and the ac is amazing ! Well lit , well kept, grounds ... it was a pleasure

Very clean! Lots of room, very clean restroom, had an iron, ironing board, hair dyer, coffee. Quiet night, cold AC, cold fridge & a freezer section. Bed a bit hard, I could hear next room normal volume conversation lol thin walls.

This location is excellent, the staff very friendly, room was spotless very clean. My checkout was extended another hour allowing me to finish some business. Be better if they offer shuttle to the airport, waiting for uber is a little bit to long.

The room was good size, the bed was reasonably comfortable. The price was good. The staff was difficult, the place had a kind of rundown, dirty look. The towels were thin, no stopper for the tub.

Do not book here! The staff behaved discriminatory towards me after I reported their behavior to my booking company. The housekeeping staff is the wife of the manager, and she was exceptionally rude to me when I requested my room to be cleaned. There was visible mold on the A/C unit so I asked for a different room because I have asthma. I was denied a different room. The toilet backed up and they wouldn't even come fix it. They made me come downstairs to the office to get the plunger and told me to fix the toilet myself. I was yelled at by the guy that told me to fix the toilet. After I'd already paid to stay, the manager yelled me stating that I couldn't stay there anymore due to playing music all night which I didn't even do. I feel that I was treated discriminatory due to the color of my skin as well as reporting them to my booking staff. I left and found a better hotel. Do not book here!

I didn't like the fact that I got a smoking room when I asked for non-smoking. Also, it looked like some undesirables were loitering around.

Nothing! I booked this online saying it was pet friendly. When I arrived that night at 10pm the attendant was very rude. He asked if I had a pet and I replied yes. He said"No pets! You cannot stay here!" I explained that it said pet friendly but kept refusing for us to stay there! We left looking for a room at night on a Saturday!!

Requested a handicap room bottom floor had reservation for same and when I got them they told me that it was already taken. Had a great deal of work getting wheelchair up stairs to room. Will not return.

This place satisfied my needs, however added some insult to my existing experience. I was delayed in Houston overnight from midnight until 7 am. No hotel vouchers were offered by United because it was weather related. The location of the hotel was theoretically convenient, however the increased charges from Lyft were quite high for traveling 3 miles from the airport. My expectations were low but the condition of the room was lower. The smell of mildew was overwhelming, there was a rather large, used condom floating in the toilet, and the shower floor was still wet at 1 am. I went downstairs to the first desk and was given a different, cleaner room. I only saw one millipede under my comforter, so I removed the comforter and slept in the center of the bed. I was able to shower and return to the airport a few hours later. So far, I’m okay and don’t see any long term issues with my stay.

My second time there. Its a business trip that i wanted to keep expenses down so i stay there. Not a 5 star but its not priced that way the people that run it care and are nice

They had snacks, ice, microwave, a mini fridge, cable, free Wi-Fi, and connections. ? the only thing I didn’t like was the location was hard to find on maps for companies like door dash and Walmart.

Location was alright but the pool had no water and the place look like it is not really nice, it looks run down. Oh yea, and it doesn't have breakfast. The outside look run down, and the pool wasn't available

It was clean, and perfect for friends to get together, love that it had a table and chairs also that it had a microwave and fridge and the staff was very nice. The pillows we're very flat so it was hard to sleep, and I saw 2 roaches with eggsacks run across the room I was able to kill one of them but the other got away but I don't know where it went cause it was dark, Other than that everything was great.

My stay could have been better. 1st night, dudes hanging out, smoking, drinking, talking loud, kids playing and screaming, loud music, at midnight. Next morning, police came to evict somebody. 2nd night, domestic disturbance, couple yelling, loud rumbles led to lot full of police after 1a.

Check in was fast and easy but the gentleman working there was not so friendly. The room was pretty clean when entering. The bathroom walls and toilet look like there was pee streaks from the last few visitors. The pillows were as flat as a pancakes. The beds creaked every time you roll over. Mold ( or black residue) n the bathroom shower area!! We only needed to stay for a few hours!! We had our own blankets & slept ON TOP of the comforter !! Never ever will we stay there again..NEVER

The room wasn't too bad to deal with for one night but it could do with some repairs. The refrigerator was dirty inside and behind it. The shower had the empty shampoo and used soap from the last person. There was also an old chair with fabric seat and back that was really dirty and should have been thrown away. I will not be staying there anymore.

I have stayed at this place several times this year for it's cleanliness and ease of reaching restaurants, stores and anything around the area. It is a good place to stay. Sometimes you get noisy neighbors but I don't blame the hotel for that. Overall I will keep staying here and will recommend to all my friends.

Never did stay sure to when booked I had booked it for a day before the date I needed an not even 2 minutes later when sent the booking it say click here to change dates or cancel booking so I clicked it only to be connected to customer service thru chat an too be told that my dates could not be changed due to the booking had already started.. so I requested a refund an was denied so I asked if the could just move my dates to the correct one again denied so lone behold they received a payment for a booking that never got used an will not offer a refund or a credit I was also told by one of the agents via chat that I should try Expedia next time cause they don't charge there customers any fees...

We chose the hotel because breakfast was included as a package. We stayed there for 7 nights but received nothing, the manager claimed they won’t provide breakfast due to Covid. The property manager walks around with concealed weapon that can be seen in broad daylight. He called our room and threaten my young kids. Very disappointed!!

The hotel was decent looking on the outside but the inside of the room had a weird smell to it. Someone’s car alarm kept going off multiple times during the day. The bathroom smelled like urine and if that wasn’t bad enough the towels smelled molded. Would not recommend.

After I checked in the room later than expected and get ready to go to bed I pulled back the blanket and my pillows were covered in hair and the sheets had stains and stuff on the shirts as in you could clearly see they hadn’t been washed!!

The room was clean and friendly, so friendly a cockroach came to visit in the middle of the night. Also I had trouble with my key and after four attempts I was let in with the manager's key.

The night clerk was not warm or friendly. I asked about coffee or water and he told only in the am. After traveling a nurse needs a cup of cofee!

The lock on the door was broken off..so i slept with a table in front of it. Something on the wall by sink was broken off..maybe hairdryer? Bed was so hard. Missed having a coffee pot. In all fairness..it was a 2 star motel , so, i got what i paid for.

I worked all night and I told that to the front desk staff at the check-in so I could sleep a little bit more and do a late check-out. They didn’t cared they continue ringing the phone in the morning waking me up two times, before “late check-out” no consideration at all !!!! I even was so nice to give them a risk management advice, There something very dangerous to be happen in there I see a big lawsuit in the future and they’re didn’t care or They acted like they didn’t understand English! ... Anyways normally I don’t complain at all but this time, I know you get for what you paid for but 70 bucks, I could gotten a Name brand Hotel and no just a knock off one with so many issues. I’ve never had someone so inconsiderate to the fact that I got a room for the night but I was at work and I was needing it just for 5 hrs for sleep after work for that I should just sleep in my car and save me 70dls. LoL.

You need to be vigilant in the immediate area but there are a lot of options for restaurants and shopping in the local area. The rate is excellent for the type and condition of the hotel however, the hotel had a high occupancy during my stay and there was some outside noise until around midnight with people checking in. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and getting there is an easy drive. All in all, this hotel is a great choice for the price if needing a nice place to stay and I would definitely stay here again

I have stayed in a lot of hotels lately and none have compared to this property. Staff very attentive and accommodating. Had noisy neighbors after 10pm and they took care of it immediately then followed up with a phone call. Cleanest and most comfortable I have seen in a long time. O give them 10 stars. The only thing was not much of a continental breakfast.

The hotel I reserved was a non smoking with king bed and they had me down for smoking. They then put me in a handicap room that was the only non smoking room left..I slept in my clothes because I didn't want to touch anything and I had to put hand towels on the toilet seat so i could use the bathroom. And also it says that there are coffee pots in the rooms and there is not. Eww gross I checked out at 8am because I could not wait to leave.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a little skimpy but sufficient.

Very INEXPENSIVE older motor hotel. Good bed, large room, good bathroom, fridge and microwave, air conditioner. Not modern ascetic but very serviceable and clean. Free WiFi was reasonably fast but would fail with some frequency. (Nice) Manager indicated he'd have it checked. GREAT value.

I'm considering relocating to the Houston area and would be working at the airport if I do. So when I visited to have a first look around,I deliberately chose a hotel near the airport. I'll admit that I selected the room largely on price,but would do so again on comfort and value! Frankly I've payed more for less pleasant stays more often than I care to remember,and can't easily recall when I was as pleasantly surprised! Thanks!

Room was great. Wifi absolutely is horrible!! Average speed was 0.79 mgbs. Don't know how on the website it says the wifi was good/great cause it definitely wasn't!!! Don't stay here if you need the internet at all!!

It is literally within walking distance of a little shopping plaza that has a grocery store, clothing stores and places to get some food. Great place to stay and great location, would definitely stay again.

Needed a room for the night to attend a nearby event. Was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Seemed like a safe friendly environment. The hotel receptionist was friendly, hospitable, and reacted to our needs. The smoke-free room smelled like smoke. The room had some nice looking furniture upgrades and the room layout was nice. Originally thought someone had slept in the bed before us, but discovered it was just made lazily. The finishing touches like molding and trimming could have been completed better. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs to be cleaned. The in room refrigerator needs attention although our bottles were not effected. Breakfast was a fast style continental breakfast.

Small motel, about 3 blocks from restaurants, mall, etc. No shuttle...but when we tried to get a taxi for dinner it was a long wait, so the manager drove us in his personal car and offered to pick us up after....very kind!

I needed to stay here due to an issue with a flight. I was greeted promptly and given a key, but when I got into the room I was overwhelmed by the smell of stale smoke. The couch had stains on it and was ripped. The curtains had burn marks on them and a band-aid covering what might have been a hole. There were stains on the carpet, on the bathroom floor, the bedspread, and the the cover sheet (really gross). They were sold out so no use asking for a different room. My clothes that were in my suitcase smell like smoke as well. Not a great experience.

My stay was beautiful but they need to do something about small cockroaches in the rooms.
