Hampton Inn Houston/Humble-Airport Area, TX

This is my second time staying with hampton and I can honestly say I have no complaints! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and clean

Very average. We booked an accessible room, and none were to he had at check-in (6:30pm). Front desk was kind enough to upgrade to a suite for space at no charge. Property is dated; maintained, but just average

Had to book last minute due to missing flight in Houston. We didn't have our bags. Hotel offered free toothbrushes and toothpaste and other small necessity items. Also gave us a late checkout for free.

Room was cleaned abd parking safe. The card key for the room did not work for tge gym and the side doors.

They property doesn't reply to messages, there is NO free shuttle, the wrong info is provided and Booking says it is the hotel's fault. We have asked multiple times also to the upper management to cancel this reservation free of charge due to the wrong info (we stayed there on our way and this was on the way back). I am still waiting for a response, keep emailing. Booking also does not help to get our refund nor take any ownership of the wrong info provided, which is the reason why we reserved it for both ways (Houston was not our final destination) to begin with.

Bed was most comfortable ever! I appreciated that the breakfast was offered until 10. Staff super friendly. Breakfast could be improved by offering dairy/lactose-free milk options, real fruit jelly (without high fructose corn syrup), wheat bread, and oranges. I avoided all cooked/baked items because no ingredient list was offered, and I have food allergies.

I greatly appreciate that I was able to check in at noon at no extra cost. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortoble.

There is NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE to/from this hotel (the Expedia description is incorrect) which was a costly surprise for us. The hotel is generally clean renovated but, it was super noisy at night with traffic. The bathtub/shower was original and had soap scum and layers of coating peeling off. Would not stay here again. Staff was very nice though.

The room was very nice and comfortables. All of the needed amenities. But the staff is what really stood out to me. I needed a computer to use and the front desk clerk helped me with that. I then needed to print something out and again, the front desk clerk was extremely patient and helpful. There were printer issues but between the two of us we were able to take care of it.

Selected hotel as Expedia noted shuttle to airport included shuttle bus for ease of travel to hotel and back to airport. Was notified no shuttle upon arrival. No shuttle service for over 2 years. Had to take taxi which was an additional 60 dollars.

Great staff, super friendly, and comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Booking.com shows the wrong info. There is no shuttle service. And it costs about 80 USD back for 2 ways (to and from the airport).

The staff were great right from arrival to departure. Very helpful. Breakfast was good and varied. We wish that we had more time to have a leisurely meal. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet in spite of the gathering in one of the rooms off the lobby. Lots of room for parking. Easily accessible.

All spots, including the handicap spaces, were taken except for one was next to a shrub that scraped against my vehicle because it was overgrown into the parking space. It was frustrating to see two work trucks with trailers that each took 6-7 parking spaces. This location does not have sufficient parking spaces for larger vehicles.

Close to where I needed to be. Integral things were missing from breakfast and gym. Breakfast was missing multiple important things such as black tea and even MILK! The manager pointed to the little creamers and told me to put, “that milk,” on my cereal! She completely refused to even acknowledge people’s disappointment of the morning, just saying their shipment was coming later that day (when none of us would be there). I came back to ask her about all the missing weights in the gym (anything I could even pick up was gone) and the lady RUNNING the place simply said, “I don’t know anything about the gym”. I then took pics of the missing items for my review and overhead her reprimanding someone for allowing me to take these photos below, saying in the future not to “let people do that”. Just a little bit of kindness and acknowledgement of the concerns would have gone a long way. Very poorly run. Would not recommend.

Extremely clean rooms! The lady that checked us in was so nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. The beds are a little firmer than I prefer but wouldn’t keep me from staying again. ☺️ the road noise was definitely there but didn’t keep us awake. I will be staying again!

It’s close to the interstate and local cuisine It’s absolutely a disaster as I, as well others I witnessed, almost got into accidents trying to turn into the parking as well as leave. Just not safe.

The staff at this property were difficult to deal with, not very friendly and hard to understand. People were smoking pot in the parking lot. At 2am/3am, kids were running up and down the halls, people getting in arguments...it was bad.

The staff overnight didn't seem to care and used foul language in their regular conversation. The hotel was older, smelled, and was very humid walking in. I was highly annoyed because my flight was delayed. I ended up arriving around 1130p to find out my room was canceled without notifying me. They agreed to accommodate me but would charge me more for the night. I was super tired and ended up leaving to go to another hotel that was cheaper and alot cleaner. I still have not received my refund from booking.com or the hotel. They keep pointing the blame at each other and don't know who canceled my reservation. Super frustrating!

Room was very clean and smelled nice. It was more spacious than I expected. The TV is limited directv, not a smart tv, which I was disappointed in. The mini fridge was super mini and did not have a freezer section, so our ice cream had no place to go. The bedside tables were really nice with easily accessible power outlets and usb ports. Overall, it was a really nice hotel, but the lack of a smart TV is a big issue these days.

I don’t recommend this hotel, or lock yourself in the room and don’t leave any belongings.

In the middle of a truly terrible situation in Houston, after the hurricane, the stuff was patient and went above and beyond to help people any way that they could even when their access to everything was very limited.

Loved the room. We had a nice fully stocked kitchen. Two queen beds and a sofa bed. Beds are comfortable and furniture is nice. Bathroom was beautiful with vanity lighting. They are pet friendly so my peanut was comfortable as well.

Clean room, good hot breakfast. Our room smelled a little musty, and the flooring needs to be updated. Difficult to get back out on the road due to heavy traffic. Can’t get in the HOV lane.

I opted out of this property due to location, staff and it did not feel clean. I travel all the time and was very surprised this was a Hilton. I do not recommend this property.

The biggest issue I had was that the key cards would not activate. I had to keep going back down to reception to get them redone

When outside you can’t hear yourself talk but in the room it is extremely quiet.

They state that have EV charging station on web page and they don’t have it installed on the property

In another thing the breaksfast waiter or employee is a rude person. She is white I do not know her name. My wife complained that she was rude indicating the customer to cover the breakfast trays.

Property is 9 miles from IAH. Taxi to property was 45.00 and back to the airport 75.00 USD. Property provided no assistance or apology. Very disappointing and expensive.

Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. But my room sure didn’t look like it was cleaned well. Carpet needed vacuumed badly. And floors were not cleaned. I feel they were understaffed for this weekend.

Had a corp event here and they were very nice and very accommodating. Stayed there as well and will stay again.

The check-in person coul not have been more helpful after a ver stressful day beginning with a delayed flight and a missed connection.

I love everything the Pool was to hot to swim in but other than that it was a great stay!!!!

I liked that the free breakfast menu changed each morning and was delicious. Plus the extended breakfast hour from 6 to 10. The only thing that I did not like was that the website advertized free shelter shuttle bus service to and from the airport, that wasn't so. This was a little inconvenient because I return my rental car a day early depending on the shuttle bus ride and not having the hassle of returning the car and rushing for my early flight the next morning with 2 little ones in tow.

We had a very nice stay here. The Location of the Hotel could not have been in a more convenient location. Deer Brook Mall was only a half a mile away plus all the restaurants all around the area and really close to Stetsons Nightlife where an Uber there and back was less than $20. Plus the Pool was nice, very clean and not overly chlorinated.

I have stayed at the location on three different dates and in three different rooms. And better mattresses could placed in the rooms. Outside of that, everything was great, and I would stay at the location again.

I gave it a smile only because you could hear all the traffic from the highway from our room...very noisy.

The mattress need to be changed, big dip in the center. And too much noise in the front of the hotel from the highway. Hard to sleep.

The front desk lady Courtney was exceptional . Professionalism, courteous, outgoing. She deserves a raise I know that weekend was very busy for here during the AAU Basketball tournament but she kept everything A1.

The App says that has Shuttle from / to airport.. and it DOESN’T have any shuttle from/to airport . Really Bad!!!!
