Even the remote batteries & cover missing. No coffee in mornin either ugh

It should have some little soap and hand cream.

Floor was wet in room when I checked in.

Nothing While there I found bed bugs in the room and the facility would not give me a refund and continued to hang up in my face when I kept calling them about the refund. I had to leave in middle of night and paid $400 on a room for one night.

Staff is onsite for 24 hours. Coffee is available near the front desk. You can park your car close to your room. Very quiet, I could get good sleep so rested up.

Nice spacious room, clean and well equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave. This hotel apparently does NOT want its guests to use the free airport shuttle. They do not communicate at all regarding how to schedule the trip. I will save you some time here: The shuttle only picks up passengers at Terminal C, door # C105. You need to call the hotel at this number once you arrive at C105: +1-281-570-4795. For some reason, this information is not available anywhere on the Booking.com site, nor does the hotel respond to questions about how to schedule it. I had to spend quite a bit of time and effort sorting this out! You are welcome.

Nothing People using a bong to smoke weed 2 doors down outside on the public balcony, no breakfast even tho the listing said it served breakfast and was included. The room smelled, the room looked NOTHING like the pics in the description

A germy room with damp and germy bedding, got sick from staying there

Without a car, it's hard to walk around anywhere these days. So we appreciate the shuttle service for 24 hours free (plus tip) and ride shares. We had enough time to relax and rest for our next 14 hours + flight. Thank you for everyone working hard for your guests in this Day's Inn.

Cockroaches in the room. Black mold on ceiling in bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.
