Location was good. Staff was good too. The room smelled musty. The bedding seemed really old and dirty. I could not sleep on the bed. Stayed up all night sleeping on the chair.

You pay for what you get. It’s nothing fancy, but it was clean enough to stay for a night. The blanket was basically a sheet it was so thin. I will stay somewhere else maybe a bit more expensive if I need to come again.

The AC worked great, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. It was also near the airport and restaurants so I had a pleasant experience overall. The room had more amenities than I expected, though I did not utilize them during my stay. I did not like that there was no elevator. Carrying luggage up the stairs when you're exhausted after traveling isn't ideal. There was also construction near the staircase. The construction was what woke me up the next morning.

Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel !!! Waste of money no sleep and the hotel staff sleep rather than help deal with the drug dealers and hookers in the parking lot at 3 in the morning..

The property was good but I was surprised by how rundown and sketchy the area is nearby, despite being very close to the Dallas Cowboys' deluxe billion dollar stadium. Lots of homeless people and sex shops close by, but not bothered by these unless confronted which I was not (but I am street smart). The property is fine but be careful if you stroll around at night, or better yet don't. The shuttle van did not have the Days Inn name boldly printed on it so several of us waiting guests missed it multiple times and no announcement was made upon arrival as did other properties' van drivers. Announcing upon arrival at the airport should be required.

The lobby was well kept, and they made good effort to keep property maintained and fresh clean up. Room was basically good deal and bed comfortable, no apparent bed bugs and fresh linens. Floors very dirty. Most concerning were the tao cars with people sleeping in their cars outside rooms right in front of and next to my room. It made me concerned for my safety and I had to wait outside the lobby at 4 am for the airport shuttle. Probably need an all night watch.

When the hotel shuttle arrived at the airport the driver broke the handle on my carry on bag when placing my carry on bag into the shuttle. I took a photo later of the broken handle on my carry on bag. When I checked in at the Days Inn by Wyndham on April 25, 2026 around 22:30 or so and asked for a wake up call in the morning the female person at reception desk informed me they do not do wake up calls. When I got to my room 202 and tried to call the front desk and dialed O nothing happened. On April 26, 2026 at 05:25 am when I wanted to checked out the male person was sleeping I had a hard time to wake the male person at the reception desk as I was banging on the glass window outside finally the male person woke up. I informed the male person I want to check out and returned the access card to my room. I should have taken a picture of this but I did not. I will not stay at this hotel in the further

Don't let the unassuming lobby fool you! The rooms are lovely! The towels were clean and fluffy (although no hand towels. But extra facecloths to compensate), and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in ages. The rooms are not very sound proof so if that's an issue for you (including neighbours talking and train noises), bring ear plugs. But the fridge was cold and was larger than most hotel fridges, and there was a very clean microwave in the room. The room coffee maker wasn't working well, but the lobby had 24 hour a day coffee. The only really frustrating thing was the airport shuttle, but that was more due to not managing expectations/information and the challenges of my limited mobility. Firstly, it's important to know that you have to call the hotel to order the shuttle upon arrival. But more importantly, the shuttle DOES NOT go to terminal E. It only goes to Terminal C (and maybe A, but I'm not sure). And this also applies for the return to the airport. So if you have mobility issues, it's important to be prepared for this. Have the wheelchair services from your airline drop you off at the hotel shuttle stop at terminal C upon arrival and be prepared for a bit of a trek from Terminal C up to Wheelchair services upon your return to the airport. All in all, though, I would absolutely return to this hotel. Despite the few hiccups, it was overall a very pleasant experience! See you again soon!

Was a very good deal for the price, but the place does need some upkeep. It was a little disappointed in their service with regards to the shuttle. I reminded them twice and the shuttle never came. Eventually they called and got it there almost might be late getting to the airport.

Got there early. The front desk said we could have the room early. That was good. When we got the room it wasn’t ready and we were told an hour by housekeeping. The front desk told them to rush it and it took 15 minutes. Good. He changed our room from a king bed to 2 fulls, much smaller beds. He said the king wasn’t available. The tv didn’t work so we told him and waited an hour, no show. So we told him again and said I’m coming and irritated. He fixed the tv and said nothing and just walked out of our room. Not friendly. Small kitchenette in the room but nothing to use it. The room was run down but the shower was hot and the a/c worked. No where to eat near by so we had food delivered. Shuttle was convenient. It’s true you get what you pay for.

Was here for two nights and I didnt get maid service, not a big deal if, I had a Do Not disturb sign it would have been on the door. No maid service because they though i was only there for one night. Tried to come into the room later in the day while i was in the middle of a business call and he was annoyed i was still in the room. He had to go to the office to confirm. No problem mistakes happen. I had set up shuttle for 06:30, and was told to be downstairs at 06:15. No problem. As i was walking out the door at 06:12 the phone was ringing (reminder) and i watched as the shuttle drove off. When i woke the desk clerk, (yes i woke him up) he said I would have to wait for the shuttle to come back in 30 mins....so it left 15 mins early... There was two of us for the 06:30 shuttle that wasnt going to be there till 06:45. I had my coworker just pick me up.

Bed was ok Shuttle service -offered free shuttle from airport, rang premises twice, man who answered phone had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. I had enquired about the shuttle service at the time of booking, no response. Also sent email enquiry a few days before our arrival, again no response. After 1 1/2 hours waiting for shuttle we gave up and caught a taxi for US$30. Upon arrival I paid for the room with cash did not get offered a receipt (at that stage all we wanted was to go to bed as had flown from Sydney) discovered later that the room rate was also deducted from my credit card, so we paid double!! Our booking stated breakfast was included, when we asked about breakfast were informed that they did not serve any breakfast at all, but you could get a cup of coffee. When I pointed out that the booking stated breakfast was included, was met with a disinterested shrug. Location was isolated, no food outlets close by, we went to a service station for snack food. Had booked there for our return journey, I cancelled this straight away!

There was no free breakfast as advertised. Coffee only. You can purchase breakfast if you want. When I book a room with a hotel, I always compare if breakfast is included in the room price when comparing hotel prices. Advertised correctly.Hotel was very clean, did not have a soap to wash your hands and a towel to clean hands. Only a small soap for cleaning hands and using same soap and towel to clean everything. Towel was too thin to dry off. The blanket was to thin I felt too cold in the room.

Air conditioner did not operate in the first room. The second room they offered the air conditioner barely worked.

The staff member who served us blamed this on booking.com. The only reason we booked this place over others was because breakfast was included so we could save some time and money. Very frustrating.

Misleading advertising, no breakfast, the room was not cleaned well (esp bathroom), and the coffee maker was not working at all. The person at reception said that they can't help me. I was given a time to talk to the duty manager but he ghosted me!

The bathroom door wouldn’t close, if you needed any privacy you had to wedge your wash bag against the door to stop it opening. The sink tap was broken, you could only turn it on pushing it up to to the centre position where a trickle of warm water would be all you’d get, it would’ve take an hour to fill the sink. There was an adjoining door connecting us to the noisiest neighbours you could imagine, I knew it was going to be bad when we heard them get ice from the machine at midnight. Now I know it’s not the fault of any hotel if your next door neighbour’s noisy but there’s absolutely no noice insulation whatsoever. They may as well have had their shouting match at the bottom of our bed. I don’t think we’ll be back in a hurry.

Our first room had not been cleaned. Our second room the bed was clean but the shower had been used. There was also no cart for luggage so we had to carry a 50lb tote from one end of the property to the other.

I am expecting a Full Refund of Booked Room due to them not accepting my cousin due to no Real ID on him. My cousin is homeless with Mental Health issues and needed a place to rest and clean up and of course was irate with personal due to not letting him have a room that was paid for in full for 2 nights! When I spoke to Manager and confirmed Booking, he did not mention a Real ID needed.

Got lucky with the airport shuttle timing. Overall a very good value stay. The lo ation close to shopping makes it a great choice if you arrive early for a long overnight stopover.

After I used the shower, a baby cockroach immediately appeared which I assume came out of the drain. Our tv remote didn’t work, we got new batteries from the front desk and it still did not work. We were too tired to deal with it further. Wifi was spotty. We had a scheduled airport shuttle pickup time of 4am and were told to be at the lobby at 3:45. The the lobby door was locked and we had to sit outside where there was numerous drunk people hanging around and it felt very unsafe.

I actually love this hotel and hsve stayed here 4 yrs strait in feb. Everything is usually great but this time there was roaches in the bathroom which resulted in a lower score.

Still the shuttle did not have enough space, since there were a lot of peaple waiting and i was lucky to be picked up by second shuttle!

The motel is only a few minutes from the airport. My flight was late and was only in the room for 4 hours because the shuttle took so long.

This was a suite. This was the first time I've seen a kitchen with absolutely no utensils of any sort available. Breakfast is listed. It consists of coffee and muffins daily. There is one ice machine on the first floor next to a broken washer machine. There were harsh stains on the towels and bedding.

Furthermore the online check in process thru Wyndam is a pain and the numerous calls from the hotel making sure of my arrival time, the room I wanted, etc are annoying especially with the language barrier. Supposedly the hotel has been remodeled and you can sorta tell but its still bad. The beds are hard and springy and it smells of weed and cigarette smoke outside and inside. Airport noise is there but not to terrible, other than that it was surprisingly quiet. 10/10 do not recommend

Furthermore the online check in process thru Wyndam is a pain and the numerous calls from the hotel making sure of my arrival time, the room I wanted, etc are annoying especially with the language barrier. Supposedly the hotel has been remodeled and you can sorta tell but its still bad. The beds are hard and springy and it smells of weed and cigarette smoke outside and inside. I didnt like the fact that every time i left my room and came back, our keys didn't work. I didnt like the fact the dront desk gave our room to someone else with our belongings still in the room. I didn't like the facr that the guest that was in our room didnt wana give us our belongings at first and that she came to the door with a weapon. Luckily my fiance and i didn't have our weapons as well, that whole situation could've ended badly

Cockroaches, dirty comforters, looooong hairs on the sheets, water on the floor, no breakfast… orange juice machine not even plugged in, no shuttle and no communication from Days Inn corporate or local. They tried to cancel the morning of the reservation…. Wouldn’t answer their phone. Awful experience. I want my money back!

No transport from airport paid for a taxi arrived and they had no rooms available had to stay in lobby until 4am when finally got an uber to another hotel. Said money been refunded after a week no refund

This was a quick easy option for a cheap hotel when my flight was canceled. Close to airport and a shuttle took me to and from. Recommend for last minute stays like that.

Ac not working, had a code E9. The front desk told me they wouldn’t change my room nor give me my money back. That maintenance won’t fix it till tomorrow, when I check out. He wanted me to stay in hot room in Texas. Very unprofessional.

Staff was very accommodating but it’s a little dirty around the facility. Heard noise early in the morning and some people were in and out of their rooms. However for the price, it’s good for one night.

Very friendly staff. Price was great. Rooms were big. Room was very clean.

The power went out on the day we checked out. The front desk lady was friendly. The room wasn't too bad. Loved the horse painting above the bed. There was a friendly black cat there that was abandoned. Adorable cat. The bathroom didn't have enough towels. There was s stove, but no dishes. They had a mini fridge with no freezer.

the pickup shuttle is the same for like 8 hotels.... if I knew this, I would have taken an Uber to the hotel. As I stood at the airport for 30 minutes, I watched every other hotel shuttle come and pickup their guests.

Very friendly. I did not have transportation and it was about to get dark, I did not feel comfortable walking 4 blocks with very busy road to go and eat. Food delivery was my only option.

In the year of 2024, guests should be treated to HDTVs and strong water pressure in the sink. Everything else was fine.

The hotel had recently gone through a renovation but nothing in our room worked. We had to have the refrigerator replaced because it wasn't working. Neither the cooktop nor the coffee maker worked either. There was an ironing board but no iron. The front desk was very friendly and tried to be helpful but couldn't fix everything. Room was cleaned every day 😌

It’s a good place to stay very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle airport-hotel and hotel-airport.

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. The room was nice and comfortable. The main issue is that the hotel offers a 24 hour shuttle, which is more like a 2-4 hour shuttle. They need more shuttles or dedicated shuttles. Their shuttle picks up folks for about 6 or 7 different hotels that are not near one another. The shuttle carried way more people than there were seats, sped around corners trying to make up time, and was exceedingly slow to arrive or depart due to the fact that it had to run all over dropping people off. If there had been some big delays at the airport resulting in a lot of excess hotel users, then I could understand, but that wasn't it.

Was close to airport, but was under reno. Rooms smelled of paint, doors didn't unlock without help, shuttle driver was EXTREMELY rude, check-in seemed very disorganized despite having reservations

The place is fine especially for an airport hotel but room smelled like cigarette and breakfast was beyond underwhelming, just a bag with 2 small muffin and a granola bar and juice machine didn't even work. Photo of hotel showed a nice full breakfast but it wasn't.

Was just ok. Hotel shuttle took an hour to pick us up. Another 30 minutes to get to the hotel. It was late and we were tierd. Room was tierd but ok. Thought maybe some prostitution was being done in the room a couple doors down.

The shuttle did not pick me up from airport as arranged. Had to find another shuttle to take me. They didn't save a 1st floor room for me. Obviously I'm a woman travelling alone from my reservation. Only 1 girl on duty at 9pm. She had to lug my suitcase up the stairs to 2nd floor as no one else to help her. No restaurant as advertised. Nearest restaurent: had to cross FREEWAYS at night to get to it. Ad said restaurant was in hotel. Had to go without dinner. Sofa in room was old, faded with stains. One small blood stain on one of pillowcases. Paper lampshades were torn in places. The outside was like signing into a prison with passing papers through a slot. No coffee etc available in lobby when I signed in or out. Lobby itself was smaller than any I've ever seen. One couch. Days Inn does not keep up its properties from what I've heard from others. Never again. And, I demand a refund!!!!!

The room was very dirty ,hair dryer wasn't working ,floors dirty ,sink ,bead headboard was nasty and one of the lamps where broken .

This Days Inn is nothing fancy and it’s a bit rundown but offers a decent option for a nights rest. Unfortunately where the hotel definitely lacks is friendly staff with basic customer service skills. The staff at reception made no effort to make us feel welcomed, or try to be helpful/professional in any way. During check in and out no smile, eye contact, or any effort made to explain anything.

Stayed only one night. Room smelled like a rubber balloon. Toilet continued to run. Paint chips everywhere. Some guy smoking weed outside room at the picnic tables. Clerk wrote down wrong time for shuttle service to airport. No restaurants/dining nearby - had to cross busy street in order to get fast-food. Television kept buffering. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend

You really can’t complain very much about this place, not pricey at all and if you want to go get food, the area is not far for a walk to grab a bite like Dennys

The night manager checked us into a room that was already in use. VERY EMBARRASSING for all parties. Requested an early wake-up call. It did not happen. Missed hotel shuttle. Almost missed flight. Incurred a $20 Lyft ride to get us to the airport.

The inside of the room was very run down. Honestly the sketchiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Bad: Room smelled like cigarettes, toilet wasn’t working, you can hear neighbors talking beside your room. It could’ve been that particular weekend we were there but the guests were very loud and paid no respect to the fact there were other people sleeping next to their room. Sheets were an uncomfortable fabric that would itch your skin. Cars were racing up and down the street around 1-2am. Overall besides the room smelling like cigarettes there wouldn’t be anything else that the staff could improve. Thanks for the stay.

The AC was terrible. Even at night it was very hot. The AC was set to 61 and could not be changed. When front desk was alerted they apologize and said there was nothing they can do

I will never stay here again. The first (of 3) rooms was not clean. There were big blobs of something icky left on the bathroom counter. Hair on the toilet, trash on the floor. I asked for another room and was given one. Used the toilet, it wouldn’t flush. The water to it was turned off. This room also had 2 dead cockroaches on the floor. Asked for a 3rd room and it was clean and functional except the A/C refused to turn on. They did not have any other rooms so we went back to the 2nd room. We had to manually turn the water on and off to the toilet, open the toilet tank and hold a plastic piece that was broken in order to prevent water from spraying everywhere while the tank refilled (so it could be flushed again) then turn the water back off. Then do the process all over each time we used the restroom. No fun.
