    NOTHING , but the staff were nice and respectable . The rooms were atrocious. The first room had ripped up carpet, stains on the curtains, hair everywhere in the bathroom , no remote , light was out bad smell , broken door , and stains on the chairs and couches .

    The staff was very rude. I got a room that was dirty crack wall. The picture had nothing to do with what they gave me old furniture. I had to request a transfer and they got upset because I requested a transfer. I do not recommend this place at all and I don’t travel that much. It was a bad experience.

    Property is undergoing some renovations and this property was part of the Harvey flood years ago it needs some work but the staff is great the breakfast is excellent the hotel is kept extremely clean just don't expect five-star amenities and be prepared and it's a little bit run down but the people here are fantastic. And besides look at the price you're paying for it you're not going to get better than that I stayed in the king suite with a separate bedroom and it's fantastic

    Out room was old and dingy. Our door was so hard to open and close. Some of our lights didn’t work and our TV was wobbly so we had to hold it up with a cup and the blocks were broke on the window so we couldn’t open the window to hear the rain, but the bed was super soft and the shower was clean.

    was for the indoor pool. The kids couldn’t even get it because it was freezing. We asked the person at the counter to turn the air off in the pool room but he refused. The room was okay but the couch ans chair were filthy.

    The room included two dressers; however, both were in poor condition, with drawers that would not stay closed due to worn-out runners. Breakfast offerings were very limited, both in variety and quantity. Although there are signs indicating that the hotel is undergoing renovations (with construction materials and flooring visible in common areas) it still has a long way to go before it can be considered modern. For example, the room lacked basic amenities such as USB ports, a safe, and closet doors. Overall, my stay was poorly acceptable; the mattresses were comfortable, and the linens were clean. However, it is not a property I would choose to return to.

    Parking was fine. Check in employee was very dry and not personable. Checkout employee was pleasant. There were finger nail clippings in the corner of our room and food crumbs under the air conditioner.

    The hotel shows its age. Our outlets were coming out from the wall, the bottom of the bathroom door was damaged, the bathroom door wouldn’t latch or lock. The breakfast was very small and was out of eggs and bacon, took a very long time to restock. There was one other family (4 people) at the breakfast, seemed odd to be out of so much. We paid around $120 and I would say this would better compare to a $70-$90 room/stay.

    Room was okay it was not the worst but it had stains in the curtains and would not close completely. Spacious room, most definitely but not enough towels. Our door would get stuck a few times, and you would think it had many floors how slow the elevators moved. Food was ok but they made sure it was replaced when it would get low.

    The location was near restaurants and a mall we could walk to. The bed was clean. The reason we chose this hotel from the site was the free airport shuttle they offered. They do NOT have an airport shuttle and we ended up paying $44 for a taxi ride. Also carpet was severly stained as well as curtains in room were horribly stained. It was a basic no frills stay. Outdated decor.

    Although the staff was very friendly and nice, it couldn’t make up for all that it lacked. So others may know there is no shuttle at this hotel and yes, they have a pool, but it is not heated. It’s more like an ice bath like a sport so ice bath! If you like really soft beds, you will not find them here they’re more for people who like really hard firm that the bed was very hard. I think that the hotel could’ve been cleaned more looked after failure to keep the force cleaned by the elevator, then the hole in the pool room where it looks like someone shattered out the window and pcs of the floor is coming off! I would not book this hotel again. I feel like we overpaid we were ripped off I wouldn’t pay over 80 and when you compare it to some of the other nicer ones it just does not stack up. I would give this hotel a six.

    I love being able to eat breakfast with my family in the morning. The hotel is comfortable for me and my family. I enjoyed my stay as well as my children. I did not like there was only biscuits and gravy for the breakfast choice. The coffee wasn't really good, but it was drinkable. I needed more towels in the restroom.

    We had to wait over 30 minutes past our check in time to get to our room. The pool was cold, green, dirty, and no available towels. When asked for more towels, we were provided with small had towels. The door to the room had to be pushed very hard or kicked open due to being stuck every time in the upper corner. In the room: the chair was ripped, the shower tile was cracked, the toilet tilted forward when sitting on it, there was clothing from the last guest under the bed, the drawers in the cabinet wouldn’t stay closed, pillows were very flat, and the bed comforter was stained. The breakfast was lacking as well - the biscuits were hard as rocks and the napkins were thin, small cocktail napkins.

    The lobby was clean and organized. The room was vacuumed and clean. The TV was big! The sheets had a tear in them. The comforter also was very distressed. (Rip in it too) and the flat sheet was on top of the comforter.The shower head was nasty. The furniture was outdated. Also not enough outlets. No safe. No closet. Only one washcloth for 2 people.

    I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. I will not be staying there again.. we had issues with our first weeks accommodation there where they said they would hold our luggage for two days while we weren’t there and then turned around and said they did not say it so we didn’t have any luggage for a couple of days and then on our final stay there for two nights we were in a room with bedbugs. I went straight down in the middle of the night and had our room changed the next day. I had to broach it with the staff and they were very non-concerned and just kept asking. What did I want them to do? I explained to them that they needed to get the room cleared out properly and fumigated and get rid of the mattress and they just said they didn’t have to. They literally just took the sheets and wash them and they did not care about us being there. I will never stay in this hotel again, which is a shame because it’s so convenient in location and used to be a nice little hotel.

However, during this most recent stay, we encountered a disappointing issue that I feel is important to bring to your attention. Before leaving for our holiday, I phoned the hotel and asked to speak with the manager. I believed I was speaking with, and I specifically asked whether it would be possible to leave two pieces of our luggage at the hotel for two days while my husband departed on a cruise and my daughter and I flew back from New York. I was assured that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, when my husband checked out today and brought our luggage downstairs, he was informed that the bags could not be stored. The staff member he dealt with—and whom I later spoke with—was rude and showed little concern for our situation, despite the fact that I had arranged this in advance. As a result, my husband has had to take the bags with him, leaving my daughter and myself without luggage until 6 December. We are already booked to stay at your hotel again on 6 December, but this experience has caused us considerable inconvenience and disappointment. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide clarification on why the previously confirmed arrangement was not honoured.

    The beds were comfortable. Our front desk clerk was cool. My golf partner and I flew into Houston early Saturday and played golf as I knew we couldn't check in that early. At 245p while still on the course the manager at Country Inn called and said he didn't have the room I had reserved, weeks before, a One bedroom suite with two Queen beds. He said he had a King. I told him that wouldn't work and we'd be there in an hour to sort it out. At the front desk, the manager wasn't around, a young man said he had the room with two queen beds. We checked in. It wasn't the suite, but tired from travel and golf, I didn't go down and moan. The room however was sub par except for the beds. The carpet was worn through, the only chair was severely stained, the television was manufactured in November 2012, the toilet seat had to be tightened down (by me, by hand), the flush lever was loose and the coating was worn down to metal, there was no working bathroom fan and the interior side of the bathroom door was peeling from moisture. The room was clean and we were too tired to fuss. The room was also next to the roof access door and early Monday morning a crew went to work up there and left a mess in the corridor, which was still there when we checked out on Tuesday. It wasn't a great or even good stay but it was adequate. Breakfast was average. We won't stay there again.

    The hotel was located within 10 minutes of where I needed to be this weekend. The room, and bed, was comfortable. There was a decent selection of items for the included breakfast. The hotel, and room, was very clean. Having a later checkout time available. More selections in the hotel store for purchase. Both room keys became inoperable during my stay, which was annoying.

    The only reason I booked this hotel was because it stated it had an indoor heated pool. The pool is inside but it is not heated. Would have stayed closer to the event I was attending if this had been stated.

    I did not like anything about this property! To start i was moved three times with thin three hours of my stay! Fire alarm was going off and smelled like fire, old electrical lines, and cords, the front office lady had no knowledge of the alarm going off due to it not showing, hints there system is extremely old and if a fire would of ruptured, no one would of known till it was too late, the second room we were moved to smelled like mildew, and ac was adjusted but it stayed 80 degrees in our room the entire 2 and half hours we were there, we had plans and dealing with a constant issues, and a hot room was not in the plan, right before leaving we were moved again. Where we were meet with the smell of weed, old carpet, stained sheets, stained pillows, torn furniture, everything was old and had a horrid smell, BLACK MOLD IN ALL THE VENTS, growing on the wall in every room. The best morning we took pictures of everything, and continued to check out and end our stay with the front office man refusing a refund, the worst ever hotel i’ve ever stayed in.

    Mold in room , roaches, when asked staff to come do housekeeping all that was done was new towels put in restroom no cleaning whatsoever when we checked in the previous people who stayed in the rooms hair was in the bed and hair ties were all around the room. It smelled like mildew each time entering the room. I will never be back

    The hotel itself was kinda ru.n down. The room was pretty spacious and quiet. Just very runned down. Staff was very nice and attentive. They had a breakfast they had a pool. The pool was kinda chilly. There was a huge mall and shopping nearby, but not very easy to get with no sidewalks. It’s a good deal if you’re passing by for a night or 2.

    The rooms are very dated and old. The TV is analog and doesn’t get good reception and only a couple of channels . However, the mattress is comfortable and the rooms are nice and big. I think I was given an upgraded room to a suite when I checked in. The staff go above and beyond to help. All in all, it wasn’t too bad. Just an older property that needs some upgrading.

    We checked in at 2:30, at 6:00 my kids went to shower and there was no hot water. I called to the desk and was told the heater has been broken since early afternoon. Was told the plumber is on site working on it and it will be fixed shortly. As of noon the next day it still was not fixed. At 6;00 I walked the outside of the hotel and saw absolutely no sign of a plumber. I asked the staff if I could see the plumber and was told no. They were continuing to check people in and not telling no one the hotel had no hot water. The staff lied to Expedia when they called as well. Management refused to speak to me as well. Expedia did basically nothing as well and offered us a $30 voucher. A new hotel with hot water is what should have been offered.

    Perfectly adequate for a one night stay on a rushed trip. The milk at the breakfast counter was sour, but the staff immediately corrected it. Breakfast bar limited with hot food, bur sufficient for a quick coffee and muffin. We reserved one room with two beds for my adult son and me but were told there were none available when we checked in. Staff did find one for us, and we had a good night's rest. I do recommend it for urgent travel. A longer, more leisurely vacationer would want more amenities. Thank you.

    We got a room for my daughters wedding and everything was great! I had a room for me, mother of the bride, and also one for the grooms guys to get ready. The staff was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. My only 2 complaints are.. the pool is freezing.. like hypothermia freezing in mid August, and they need some paint and carpet in that place. I don't mind because they price the rooms accordingly and it's a fair trade. I will definitely be staying again!!!

    We did not stay left the same day allergies and just nasty carpet the pull out couch no! no! no!! cracks in the walls a patched up the time we started was to find another hotel but couldn't do that turn the key back in call my company i used to find the hotel and told them I have photos nothing else said was to enjoy the day with family no we had to ride around until we found one that was not full .

    It was good for a last minute thing or whatever , but the room feels out of date not the same as the picture . And there was roaches , dead beside our window curtain . tv is also verrrryyy old fashion and nobody ever came to Change our shampoo or conditioner that was on the wall of the shower … and we asked multiple times .     And even though I did Not eat the breakfast, I did go look at what all was offered, and there was a Huge selection to choose from. The bed in our room was NOT comfortable, at all! However, the room itself was Huge, it was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean, except for the shower head. It was crusty. And had Very low pressure, and the water shot in all different directions.The jacuzzi tub was huge, but took over 40 minutes to fill enough just to turn the jets on. The water pressure was turned down so low. We were incredibly disappointed about this as we specifically picked this hotel and this room for that tub. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

    Yes, I’ve been here a total of at least a week and a half to two weeks on a business trip and I truly depended on the Wi-Fi to do my work at night and sometimes through the day and the Wi-Fi is always saying poor connection so I think that this hotel should invest more into your Wi-Fi too also

    The outside, upon entering, was very nice. We arrived at night & it was very quiet outside in a great area. The entrance, lobby, was modern & really nice. It smelled wonderful. The front desk staff member was professional, helpful & gave great recommendations after hearing me & my daughter discussing how to we really needed to find s certain store. The beds were comfy & slept very well. Overall I highly recommend this place.

    Got in really late. Staff at front counter wasn’t the friendliest and Seemed annoyed we got there late. Room had a weird mildewy smell. Sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off the dirty mattress. Best part was the breakfast. Surprisingly very good!

    The property is in terrible shape. It is in bad need of some fresh paint and carpet. The shower ceiling texture was coming off. The fire alarm in the room was hanging down from the ceiling. The water in the shower was barely warm.

    Overall stay was wonderful. My only complaint is that alarm went off twice during the middle of the night waking everyone up and when I wanted to call the desk phone was not connected and cord was found behind nightstand that morning. But stay overall was great and I will book again.

    The front staff was very friendly but the property was horrible. Purchased a suite and had to switch rooms within first 15 mins. Room had a horrible smell and was was very dirty.     The couch was filthy, covered in multiple stains, and honestly, everything just felt grimy. It was incredibly frustrating, but since we had only 10 hours before our next flight, we stayed just to rest. Even then, I felt dirty just sleeping there. This place needs serious attention and maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone — not even for a short stay.

    My stay was great. The continental breakfast didn’t have much variety for my taste but other guests seem to enjoy it. I booked 1 night originally and it was great. I had to book a second night and changed rooms, the room was nice but there was a dead roach near the bathroom. I picked it up and did not notify the front desk.

    The room I booked wasn’t available anymore so they upgraded to a suite that didn’t have a toilet seat. The only other room available was a king with a pull out sofa and there were no linens. I was there for surgery. I was promised a discount and was still charged the full price.

    Check in was wonderful, and will be signing up for membership. The front desk member was outstanding and prior military, high respect there. The breakfast was alright, would have been nice to have other protein options. The pool was awesome and my kids loved it, but it was cold. I think the heater was not working, but still wonderful. It was quiet, clean scent, and the rooms were amazing. It was a little difficult to get to the hotel due to traffic at the intersection, but that is not the hotels fault. I would stay again. Great service for the price.

    The hotel is old. The pull out sofa bed was disgusting. The microwave looks like it exploded. The carpet felt greasy. The king size bed was dented in. It was overall very dirty in my opinion, The pool was over chlorinated and felt dirty even with all the chlorine they put in. The patio deck sofas/chairs was extra dirty. We wanted to try the complimentary breakfast but refused since the hotel was in the condition it was in. This hotel needs a full renovation.
