    Very close to the airport, and the shuttle service is such a convenience to go back and forth. Easy check-in and check out and room service kept the room clean daily. Overall customer service was good and staff were helpful. Facilities could be updated a bit. There wasn't any bottled water in the room. The shower gel was never topped up, and the soap dispenser near the sink fell off the wall while there. Room should have drinking water available.

    No hot water for the morning shower. The airport shuttle bus did not drop me off at my correct terminal (Term) at 5am and the driver would not accommodate saying it is not the hotel policy to go there.

    Airconditioning in room poor. Food good but unable to get a beer or wine with it. Confusion about where to pick up shuttle. Ended up getting a taxi. Pool good.

    I liked the proximity to the airport and the onsite restaurant. I specifically looked for a hotel with 24 hour airport shuttle service because we had an early flight. After I booked, I got a message from the hotel stating that their shuttle runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day. The morning before my check in, I called the hotel and received an automated message stating the same thing. When I checked in, I told the front desk guy that I needed to leave at 3am that night and asked again if the shuttle would be available. He said yes and to come down 5-10 minutes before the hour. We got downstairs at 2:45am and were told that there was no driver and that the shuttle was not going to be running that night. I was so stressed out because I was traveling alone with 3 kids and had to scramble to get to the airport in the middle of the night with no help from the hotel at all. I ended up waiting 15 minutes for an Uber and had to pay $25. So disappointed by this experience when I did everything I could to find a hotel with 24 hour shuttle service.

    I understand that the average temperature in Houston is very somewhat hot, but in this particular couple of days we had that winter cold Varese that hit the southern states and the heat in the hotel as far as in the lobby everywhere was not adequate enough, some of the staff was very rude overpriced menus not adequate English being spoken throughout the hotel in the staff.

    It was an affordable option and it has a surprisingly lovely pool at the back of the hotel. The staff are very helpful and attentive. I rate it 3 stars because of a few things that were inconvenient. The air conditioning was very loud and I traded a cool night for being able to get to sleep and stay asleep. My logic was flawed because the windows are insufficiently sound-proofed (if at all) and the sound of loud jets disturbed my sleep several times. I was given an accessible room (not sure why) and it was fine. However the room hadn’t been properly cleaned (there was some garbage on the floor) but the bed was clean and comfortable. The one small light in the bathroom was very dim and it was difficult to see clearly to do makeup. There was nowhere to plug in the hair dryer that stretched to any mirror and the TV had not been tuned to the channels indicated on the manual guide. The room itself was drab and not somewhere you’d want to spend any time but it served its purpose. I had a burger and fries in the in-house restaurant which was on a par with fast food and the bar was closed all evening - not sure why. In the morning the shuttle driver wouldn’t drop me off at the car rental center. I didn’t object because I understand that every hotel has different policies but the Courtyard shuttle has saved me time and hassle by dropping off at the car rental center rather than driving past it and dropping off at a terminal. Would I stay again? Yes but only to save money.

    Everything was no more than 10 minutes away . My experience at this particular hotels was a 10/10 from front desk to housekeeping I highly recommend this hotel and when and if im ever in the city of Houston This Will Be My Go To .

    Pillow for the pullout that I didn’t even want. The AC rattled all night, making it very difficult to sleep. Then I went downstairs in the morning to get some ‘complimentary coffee’ that the website said the hotel provided. The front desk person had no idea what I was talking about. I was definitely robbed for the price I paid for this dump. Very disappointing & disgusting. For a 400 room hotel, only 1 elevator worked, making the wait time very long. I should have known when I went to check in when two women were complaining about not having any water & how the toilets were full because they couldn’t flush because there was no water. Again disgusting. I am so sorry I had to stay there.

    Excellent! from the shuttle driver that picked us up at the airport, to the ladies at reception, to the wonderful beds, to the shuttle service back to the airport. Very timely, very friendly, very accommodating. We will definitely stay here next time.

    I had numerous issues with my stay and very disappointed. 1) I selected a handicap room and the front desk mysteriously changed my room due to keyless entry issue. FYI I am disabled! I wasn’t offered or given another handicap room. 2) next room tub wouldn’t drain (maintenance called) wasn’t repair just stopper removed. 3) Housekeeping left door latch open with me in bed and someone walked in on me while I was asleep (Unsafe) 4) room iron burned my pants and the mgmt refused to comp me for the pants. This was a horrible four day stay. The onsite staff was friendly as they could only follow the mgmt directions. Marcus helped me moved room which was one positive experience ;he was so kind. I do not recommend to book here if you are staying more than one night.

The cook who makes the omelet keeps using his mobile phone with the gloves with which he also touches the food directly and keeps money (his tips) on the table - this is not hygienic at all so please give this feedback to all your staff working with food.

    Room was so nice, my kids had a flight on Saturday evening and ours was Sunday and the room was big enough with a sitting place for them until they went to the airport so we got to spend another few hours with our kids! The room was very clean, and the shuttle the next day was awesome!

    Beds were comfortable My microwave had to be replaced because it didn't work. the tv had to be plugged up somewhere else because the socket didn't work. They didn't dump the water out of the coffee maker a d it was cloudy. No trash cans in the room and the swimming pool was filthy

    - Good to mail out a couple letters for me. - Night restaurant was great meeting a couple late orders on arrival for dinner. - The breakfast scrambled eggs tasted like some kind of meat contamination, I left them. Fruit was good, omelette my wife had was good for her, coffee was not great black, pancakes were ok. - However, picking up arrivals at the airport terminal C with hotel van was neglected entirely. A call to the hotel indicated they were going to A & B. Googling B indicates it's closed entirely and every other hotel is picking up everyone at C. Signage at the hotel clearly indicates that they pick up from A & C near the front desk. The only way to get to late check in was using Lyft (parking at pink signs at the parking garage next to hotel vans from everywhere else.) Then the same Lyft order going back for flight in the morning was made to make it fast as needed. - rested well, ate, paid for delivery and pickup to airport

    I was assigned room 330 and it was perfect. Close to the elevator. No noise issues. Clean. Spacious. Microwave, refrigerator, iron and iron board, digital alarm clock, bedside charging ports & electrical outlets, coffee, tea, robe hooks in the bathroom, hair dryer, quality bath and shower products, (Dove brand) the towels were cheap but the bed and pillows were comfortable. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that I’ve stayed here. It was perfect.

Five minutes later when more people showed up she said did you already called the Uber and I said yes of course I need to leave now and she said oh well I think I’ll leave early. So I said basically you just leave when people show up and you don’t follow the schedule? And then she was rude and said well I didn’t tell you how the schedule ran.

    It’s an older building so I’ll give them grace. I asked for my room to be cleaned and they made the bed with the same sheets. I guess that was a theme. I asked for a new burger because they took so long to get me ketchup the burger was cold. They sent back the same burger still cold. Front desk staff was all exceptional.

    The hotel was surprisingly sparkling clean and well maintained. We had a couple of challenges upon arrival and the staff was helpful and took care of us. We wished we had a longer stay, the game room and restaurant looked great if we had more time to enjoy them. getting into the hotel was a bit confusing, as all the entrances (but one) to the parking lot were gated shut, forcing us to drive around the block. But all in all, a small inconvenience in an otherwise very comfortable overnight stay before our trip out of IAH!

    I stayed at the property for a week and it was absolutely terrible. I check in at the front guest and the employee was extremely rude and snarky. I enter my room, my AC didn’t have a thermostat and once I asked where I can locate it they had to ask around just to figure out. The sheets were stained, the towels and wash cloths were dirty. Stuff in the room wasn’t functioning. Then the best part was when I asked for water and the employee at the desk asked for my ID. This hotel is in Houston there should be free water and ice for all guests in this weather. Once we called to complain about all this we were only given a voucher for one drink at the bar. There were four of us staying at the hotel. All in all my experience was terrible and will not be coming back

    Both times it woke me up and I wasn’t able to go back to sleep. I even had extra do not disturb signs on the door. I know the maids have a job to do but it’s an obvious lack of communication between the front desk and the service staff. I told the front desk manager about this instance after the first time, and decided to try this property again on the 11th and had the same experience. Next time i have a stay in Houston I think I’ll try somewhere else .

    The staff at the front desk was amazing, I came in 3 hours before check in and they had 1 room available and they got me in right away. Only thing was the room had a funky humid smell, the toilet didn’t flush properly and there was barely any water coming out of the shower. Other than that it did the job for the night I needed to stay there. Was super convenient that was so close to the airport and their free shuttle.

    We were stranded at IAH due to weather conditions. The whole airport closed so EVERYONE was scrambling for overnight accommodations. We were fortunate to find this hotel. The front desk clerk was friendly and efficient despite dozens of incoming, cranky, frustrated travelers. An older property, it was remodeled very nicely. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was adequate, a/c worked. Breakfast buffet was fine, though they didn’t have any gluten friendly bread options. We had a terrific lunch in the Blue Dixie restaurant on property. Transportation to the airport was on time and comfortable.

    This property is a health hazard. Filthy dirty. Not enough towels and none available upon request. No toilet paper and none available upon request. Sheets dirty, front desk clerk was asleep when I asked for toilet paper. No management available. I cannot say enough…do not stay here.

    The reception staff was very helpful when I could not get the coffee machine to work When I went for breakfast I was asked if I had a voucher and I said yes. After I had finished another staff approached and asked again if I had a voucher. This was not necessary and I felt like I had eaten without paying. I did not appreciate being asked again. I spoke to the Manager and he apologized. But I feel the person who asked again did appear to be happy when I asked to speak to the manager.

    Stayed here one night when my flight was cancelled. It’s not much to write home about but a bed is a bed. 10/10 service though because I left a dress in the closet and the shuttle driver brought it to me at the airport!

    Bedding is the most comfortable. Memory foam with down pillows. Sofa bed great. Real cozy. Enjoyed my stay a lot more than I expected. I deliberately changed my plans to stay here the second time while it was to. be in another city.

    It's OK if you like a cooked breakfast. Small but adequate selection of fruit and generic pastries. It is sufficient. 1. Only regular brewed coffee. Not good. 2. No plain yogurt, only flavored with sugar. 3. Room: Safe dead on arrival, had to call maintenance 4. No fan in the bathroom. They really need one. 5. Hallway is carpeted and carpet is not fresh and doesn't look clean. 6. Blackout curtain stuck and would not lift, dark morning. 7. On a positive note: staff was very nice and helpful (they had to be) and bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

    Rooms are comfortable, spacious and tidy. The room has air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, microwave and fridge. Very convenient access to the airport (IAH). Good choice of breakfasts, lunch or dinner also available (for an extra charge) There are almost no services within walking distance
