Excellent customer service and amenities. Rooms were very clean as well.

The room needs updating. It lacked USB ports for phone charging and because of a cancelled flight I had no way to charge my phone. I had no luggage or toiletries and had to pay $12 for a toothbrush and toothpaste. What happened to complimentary toiletries? Also, the shower ran out of body wash and there was no extra soap to use.

Room had a mildew smell however the front desk moved me immediately, which I appreciated.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, the air conditioning kept the room nice and cold, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything was comfortable, and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn near IAH one night when we had a layover in Houston. Shuttle service by the hotel was convenient and quick. The room was comfortable. The pool was open late and just the right temperature.

It was easy to get to. The shuttle ran every half hour to hour. Clean comfortable room. Soft bed.

Shuttle to the airport was a great plus. Everything was clean and in good condition. Friendly staff.

Sadly, this property was possibly the worst Hilton Garden Inn my family has stayed in. It was convenient to the airport and relatively clean, but the bed was like sleeping on the runway. The pillows were the complete opposite, completely soft without form. The hotel sounds like it's in the flight pattern. We were told we couldn't check in early even though our flight was early in the next morning. Just not a pleasurable stay and quite expensive for 13 hours in the hotel.

The price going over double from one weekend to the next. Spring rates? Spring doesn’t start until March 20th. It cost me over twice as much because March 1st was the day we checked out. I had inadvertently booked it for the previous weekend for over 50% less. Why? Crazy

I was only there about five or six hours. Had to get up at 5 AM to catch a…. Didn’t get to try their breakfast. I loved the shuttle service on the way there, it was a little crowded but the driver was funny and sweet. The grass was beautiful and a fun place to wind down after a long trip and to play on. There was a sweet stray cat that was just darling as well. Room was decently sized and had nice amenities such as microwave and coffee pot. The shuttle back to the airport wasn't working due to an emergency and caused us and other guests to be frantic trying to get to the airport in a rush because their next shuttle they could get up would cause many guests to miss our 4-5am flights. The front desk was nice but didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. And you could hear everything in the bedroom. You could hear the person on the phone in the room next to you or walking in the halls. I know it’s a hotel but it was horrible to hear anything. Neither my mom me or my son slept.

Conveninetly located, with a free airport shuttle made for an easy early morning flight out of IAH. Comfortable large rooms There was quite a bit of airline noise especially eaerly in the monring that made sleeping a little challenging

Everything and everyone has been great one of the best hotels I've stayed in I travel a lot so I spend a lot of time in hotel and by far these is one of the cleanest and the staff is supper friendly and helpful and very safe location love it

The front desk person suggested that check-in online and reserving a room online would be easier and they did not lie. I was charged for the room again by mistake and the error was corrected later. Trying to book abother room after was also an ordeal. You can hear the rooms next to you, the AC is loud, and there aren't many decent food options nearby. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was fine…but my room was not cleaned and I went personally to the front desk and made sure they were aware that the toilet was leaking from the bottom. We had to keep wiping the floors with towels. I saw a bug on the window shield and I hope it wasn’t a bed bug I took a picture and showed the front desk… I had to checkout early due to that reason.

I'm so sad that customer service is no longer important to businesses. It's about making as much money as you can by charging for every little thing, despite the fact that we paid for a room in the hotel.

The hotel was fine but at the rate they charge its shouldnt be 12.00 for toothbrush and toothpaste. Used to be free if you forgot it and may not been the best but it work. She was so professional , she is a real people person. Every hotel should have someone like her, Sorry don’t remember her name but she was the only server during our stay. I think you need to provide more support, another employee, for the food service and bar area. One person is not enough to keep up with the flow of customers.

I called the front desk and was told that they only clean the room every other day. Not sure if this is their new service standard or not.

The beds were not very comfortable and the linens were scratchy. The staff was very nice. We had an early flight and as such went to bed very early. The lack of noise reduction curtains made it difficult to sleep because you could hear all the planes

Specifically chose for pool and hot tub and restaurant. Pool and hot tub not working. Restaurant very busy with long waits and not enough staff. Compensation for not having access to pool and hot tub was minimal. Had to carry all our luggage down because there was no access to carts and needed to catch early shuttle.

The pool or hot was not open, there's was no accommodations to another hotel's pool. Then the room shower took 20 min to turn hot. It was not accommodating. Will not be returning.

Also, the driver was five minutes late to begin boarding so people probably didn’t leave till at least 15 minutes after they were supposed to

The only thing was , I felt that there should have been a complimentary breakfast if only continental.

We asked for a room with a tub—came with a broken tv. They switched our room, no tub. Also the rooms smelled vaguely moldy but it IS Houston so maybe that’s standard.

Room was dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor when we walked in the room and lashes on the bathroom floor under the sink.

Nicely decorated spacious clean room, very good no hash chemical toiletries, and the complimentary 5 minutes to the airport shuttle service.

We had to request a new room due to horrible cologne and body odor smell along with a non-working toilet but the front desk placed us in another room swiftly. After that everything was great.

Saved from what started to be a terrible night with 2 other hotels 1 having cockroaches and bad driver and the other driver not showing up to pick me up at terminal and 1 hr later he said he had other guest...Thank you Hilton for a wonderfully ending and a rest of 4 hrs but i felt safe clean and definitely stay there again.

Pésimo trato hable para avisar que iba a reservar el hotel porque mi hija de 20 años perdió la conexión avise que venía de un vuelo que llevaba retrasándose 11 horas y que iba a llegar tarde que no podía yo controlar el horario del vuelo me dijeron que no había problema hice la reservación llame otra vez para decir lo mismo avisé al dron y desk y les pedí que le conserven el cuarto hasta la hora que llegue , no solo llego cansada y sola con la noticia que el cuarto que pedí respeten estaba cobrado la trataron MUY mal y el manager la sacó del hotel en la madrugada a una joven de 20 años no la dejo ni esperar en el lobby mientras buscábamos un hospedaje por suerte un policía que no sé si es el de vigilancia del hotel a quien también se le hizo injusto me ayudó llamando a un holifah inn para ver si había lugar ella afuera sola y yo en México no solo lo lo recomiendo tengo foto del manager grosero y esto no lo pienso dejar así hagan llegar ustedes mi queja al hotel porque por todos lados voy a quejarme de esa persona que dejó Ani hija llorando afuera en la madrugada sin un cuarto ya pagado y en la calle le dijo que se saliera porq no tenía cuarto y que si no se salía del hotel iba a llamar a la policía NO RECOMIEBDO ESTA BASURA DE HOTEL SI TRATO ES UN ASCO SI TIENEN ESE TIPO DE GENTE TRABAJANDO AHÍ ES PORQUE EL HOTEL ES UNA BASURA

The carpets were completely saturated. Did not recieve my hilton honors water bottles as requested. Hilton computer system was down. Park and fly program was a disaster with the computer system down as they would only allow cash and priced $15 cash per day rather than the $10 per day as advertised. Felt like the desk employee was trying to scam me.

Upstairs flooded while i was out for work and water went in my room and in front of my entry door. They cleaned most of it before i got back it look like. Came back no note that there was an issue just stepped in soaking wet carpet. Talk to the front desk they said they would send maintenance since they had no note of an issue and maintenance came and told me about the flooding from upstairs the best i could get was another mopping of the tile. No offer for new room or anything just all shoulders. Luckily it didnt flood again while i was there but the carpet was still wet for most of my stay. Not sure ill be going to hiltons for my trips anymore

The hotel could not verify payment of our hotel room by booking.com upon our arrival. The hotel staff had to reach out to booking.com to pay for our hotel room. Please note, this was a reservation we made and paid for in March through booking.com. This was a non refundable reservation.We had to wait for several hours before we could check in. Horrible experience!

Property was neat. Layout was good. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. Shuttle service was good although there was some confusion about getting picked up at airport upon our arrival. The driver did not arrive at the location we were told to be at. We tried to get to his location but he left after 2 minutes. It took another 3o minutes for the shuttle to return....

Nothing I liked everything

My only concern staying here is that at 12:30am while I was asleep, someone came in my room unexpectedly. The door opened and closed once they realized the room was occupied, but when I called the front desk to inform them the guy said oh it was a maintenance issue I apologize it won’t happen again. Being a woman traveling alone this was very concerning and made me question my safety at this location. Other than this frightening mishap, the staff was friendly and the overall cleanliness was excellent.

Booked at very short notice. I can’t fault this hotel. Efficient check in, basic menu but well cooked and reasonable bar selection. Clean and well kept rooms, coffee pod machine with extra pods provided on request. Basic but does everything well.

Pleasantly surprised…… great customer service, facility well maintained. Keep up the great work.

Room was updated, clean, comfortable and the staff was great including the van driver to airport! Great place!!

The staff from the shuttle tithe front desk to the dining room were great, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

Overall a great simple place. My only gripe is the in-room air conditioner. It's loud as hell and paused only for a few minutes before starting again.

Since the 1st day of the 3 days, there has been no hot water supply in the bathroom. Informed the front desk and management 3 times, but after getting no feedback or care to solve the issue had to inform Expedia about it. Expedia contacted management and was assured the situation would be taken care of. So Expedia assured me, too. But throughout my 3 days of stay, there was no hot water in my bathroom. Had to shower under cold water. Asking for a room change was also not accepted—non-cooperative staff. After the stay, I informed Expedia about the whole experience. Expedia contacted property management for compensation, but was refused.

The hotel is well kept, quiet and staff was friendly.

Very mediocre with all-but-absent and relatively unwelcoming staff. I arrived late in the evening, and wasn’t greeted for a few minutes, despite being seen immediately upon walking in. The attendant was sat in plain sight, laughing and talking to his friend while I stood at the desk. The TV satellite service did not work, and despite calling down three times nobody ever answered the front desk phone. All other aspects of the hotel weren’t as memorable as the negligence

Over priced. The food and drinks were more expensive than in the airport, definitely taking advantage of travelers.

Hot tub was broken, after calling in advance to make sure it was working before booking. Maid open hotel room door while I was exiting the shower without notice at 8am

Hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, has a free shuttle every half hour from the hotel, or on demand from the airport. And the hotel was very helpful with a late check out which we really appreciated. Also helpful with printing a shipping label for us. So it is convenient with helpful staff. Basic hotel, without on site restaurant, and no good food options nearby. There is an ok diner type restaurant walking distance, and a few other eateries. No grocery within walking distance. So really, good for hotel layover rather than a vacation. Shower wasn't great - it was clean, but low water pressure and hit and miss sprinkle and unsteady water temperature.

Nice room, very good location for an overnight stay to get to the airport, a small bar/restaurant in the lobby and the food there was really good The power plug at the desk did not work-so I had t sit with my computer in the bed next to the only power plug that worked
