The rest of the stay was fine. It’s an older property but it is well maintained. The breakfast was typical but fresh. So other than having to pay for an Uber that we didn’t expect, the stay was good.

Great location for our quick overnight stop, nice enough room. Very friendly staff. Convenient free shuttle to airport. We reserved a room with a pull-out couch for our kids. Instead of the normal queen-sized sofa bed, it was a twin. A tight sleeping arrangement for two teen boys.

I would've given a 10, but had to call 3 times for the "Free Shuttle" from the airport. I had to wait about 50 minutes for the shuttle because apparently the 1st driver that was called twice either didn't show up (I verified I was in the right place) or went somewhere else and didn't mention it to the front desk person. If this wasn't at the end of a 4-flight, 48 hour international voyage home, where I had a short overnight layover, and just needed to hurry up and get sleep before a very early morning departure, it wouldn't have been as frustrating. The driver that actually picked me up (Kenny) was great and very apologetic. Room was great, just wish I could've enjoyed it longer.

Comfortable and close to the airport. Quite large rooms I found a roach (those insects disgusting and quit big) in the bathroom, luckily in the morning otherwise I’d had nightmares all night. The breakfast was poor compared to other facilities. Bit noisy during evening and night

Booked and paid for 1 night through Booking.com. At check-in I was told that this payment wasn’t in the system and was charged twice although I showed that the room was paid for from my bank statement. I was told that what I paid was actually held on file until I paid at the property then later told, in the same conversation, that it was a holding fee. Either way, I needed to wait for the manager the next day (Monday) at 9am to dispute the changes for a refund. Thankfully my flight was later on in the afternoon so I was able to meet to get the charges reversed. Turns out they had a new system that didn’t recognize third party payments. The rooms were did not smell fresh. I had to change rooms from one that had a pet odor to a less smelly room. Sheets had stains. The best thing here was the shuttle service to the airport and the LG TV with Netflix. Breakfast was pretty good except the juice tasted like it had mold in it and like the machine hadn’t been cleaned. Not what I expected from a Marriott hotel and the price I paid for the room. It the room felt like a motel. I’ve gotten better quality in customer service and rooms paying a fraction of the cost at other hotels.

The breakfast was good. It had great access to the airport, and the shuttle service was also excellent It was nearly a food desert. There was only one hotel within walking distance where it was possible to get a meal, and that had a very limited menu.

Good location, check-in and check-out, shuttle to and from airport We were there 2 nights so had the provided breakfast both days which was just adequate. Very crowded and the 1 person working the area couldn't keep up with the cleaning and replenishing of food items. Two different people on the 2 days. Neither spoke very much English so difficult to communicate when requesting they clean off a table. Also had an issue in our room. Neither the sink or shower provided hot water. Lukewarm for a short time and then cold.

Good value for location and excellent front desk personnel. Breakfast was not good, typical gross breakfast sausage and “egg” fold over. I booked a king room, but the bed seemed more like a double, maybe queen. Someone cut my truck bed cover. I didn’t realize it until I got home. Evidently they cut a slit in it to see if I had left luggage or something of value in the bed. Thankfully I didn’t or they would have slashed it wide open.

Expedia would not answer my concerns. We had to cancel our room due to dangerous weather coming in. I stayed there on night for the next morning flight. The receptionist and staff are friendly. The shuttle service is excellent without worry free to catch my flight. The room is clean. I have to leave the hotel at 7 am, they pack the breakfast for me. Everything is great here.

At first, I couldn’t find the property. Better signage is needed. The closest entrance to the property is blocked/closed gate. THAT did not give me a good impression. Everything was okay, and no complaints. It was just average, nothing out of the ordinary. My only observation would be that the pillows looked worn out. They are not dirty but mainly they can be replaced.

Please advise the hotel about the shuttle services: if they are going to say sorry to their guests when there was only one shuttle in service, then once for all, they should tell the guests who signing up for the timely shuttle pickup (every 30 minutes) knows, that ‘you are on your own risk by waiting for the shuttle’. It was really the case, when I asked the manager on duty, the only thing he could say was ‘I’m sorry’. I told him, ‘sir, do you know what is the accountability means?’. If you already knew you can not deliver, go get it, sir!

Robert, the nightshift manager on our stay, was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was dealing with a surge of people dealing with travel delays and his polite and professional demeanor did not waver. He always had a smile on his face. His positive energy was infectious. If we are ever back in the Houston area, we will be staying here again because of Robert.

The transportation shuttle from the airport was prompt, the driver was kind, friendly and helpful. The associate at the front desk was equally as good. I am concerned however that at no time during check in was I ever asked for id, any proof of registration, only my credit card number was taken. As a lone female traveller I highly value safety and security.

First day of stay, the Breakfast counter was emptied by 9.50 am. She was very rude when asked the time for breakfast was till 10 am. Never going back to this property again.

My flight came in late and they were able to pick me up and get me checked in by 11:30pm. Kenny the shuttle driver was a pleasure after many hours of travel. The desk manager also made me feel welcome and comfortable

Check-in was awesome! Tammy and Michael were very gracious, kind, and handled my one complaint with a smile. I was accidentally put in an accessible room and they exchanged it with no questions asked.

Upon entering our room, it was clean and welcoming. Since we were traveling with other family members she was also able to get us rooms close together. My only complaint is that my bed’s mattress had a significant dip in it. The bed my mother was sleeping on had a smaller one. When I went to the front desk the next morning, the same girl that had checked us in was at the front desk. When I told her about the mattress she came across as having an attitude. At that time I told her that I had paid too much money to sleep on a bed like that. I told her the dip on my bed was so significant I was surprised that housekeeping was not aware of it or that others had not complained. At the time she looked over at another lady at the front desk - she happened to be a lead of housekeeping. She then interjected that I did not have to move rooms. She said she would replace the mattress on my bed and rotate the mattress on my mother’s bed. She then explained how the pillow top mattresses were an issue because you could not flip them like traditional mattresses instead you could only rotate them. She also stated that dips in the mattresses were a common occurrence due to only being able to rotate. She was able to take care of the issue.

Although I did not get to enjoy my stay due to the fact I was in town for my cousin's funeral, my overall stay was comforting. It felt good to come back to a room that was clean & felt welcoming.

My family and I enjoyed a short stay at this property. Overall it was a good experience, we had one incident but the management team very promptly remedied the problem. Special thanks to the general manager, Brian Cooper for resolving the issue we encountered. We will stay here again.

We had an early morning flight so we missed the breakfast. We asked if they could give us "a grab and go breakfast" but they said no. It would have been nice if they could have worked with us.

Very loud doors! Heard neighbors all around us constantly. Also suggest having late check ins on 1st floor. People checked in above us and made noise for over 2 hours until after midnight. When we called front desk we were told they had ‘just” checked in and would quiet down. That’s not good customer service.

Room was semi clean, there was a long hair on our sheets from the previous guest which tells me they weren’t washed. While watching TV a huge roach appeared from behind it!
