    we did have a great breakfast in the RIO Ranch. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was great and a free cup, I did not know about though. Will stay here in the future !! Not a bad thing to say about anything....

    I’m used to breakfast being free! It was Al la carte. I didn’t like that! So I ate breakfast else where everyday of my stay. Parking was ok just not enough parking spaces. My room was clean. It was a spot where the ceiling was leaking by the elevators.

    Location and staff were fine. I thought I had included the breakfast with the room when I booked it. However, at the hotel, the staff told me it wasn't included. The price for the breakfast was too expensive at the Rio Ranch. The second day we walked to La Madeleine.

    This was my first bad experience at this hotel. First of all, the air-conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, so it was very cold in the middle of the night. I contacted the front desk, but there was no one there to fix it because it was the middle of the night. Secondly, the toilet was clogged and the water wouldn't flush, so I couldn't use the toilet the next morning. Thirdly, the shower water temperature could not be adjusted, so it was either too hot or too cold. This was the first time I had such a bad experience, and I will never book this hotel again.

    Was given a late check out of 12. From 10 to 11:10 had multiple people try to come in the room even after I informed them I had a late check out. within five minutes of the first person there was constant banging on the ceiling above me, which was constant for over a minute to two. I got the hint and left.

    There were 2 dead bulbs in the bathroom on arrival and we called for replacement. There was a floor strip at the door that was sticking up and obstructing door movement. We Called maintenance and the tried fixing it and the problem continued. Reported the problem to front desk and they put in work order but the problem was not fixed until we checked out on our four days stay.

    We had too many issues from the moment we checked in. My friend had dirty bed sheets. The tub drain kept backing up when you showered. There are no microwaves in the rooms so if you have left overs you might as well toss it.

    The overall stay went well…. My only complaint is the amount of deposits and fees were not presented at the time of check in.. I was awakened at 4am, with an additional charge I knew NOTHING about. When I reached out to the front desk the worker stated I was charged due to an unknown audit overnight… she couldn’t give me a proper reason for the charge. I proceeded with the manager and she stated the additional deposit was for what’s called an “incidental charge” for purchases made, for refreshments or a meal from the restaurant which NONE were made!! I’ve NEVER heard of such a charge and sounds completely made up, especially since it wasn’t made known at check in and was taken out AFTER we checked in, in the middle of the night.. The manager stated that all deposits would be refunded after our stay….

    I ordered dinner it came in a Togo box I ordered toast and hot tea with milk they put it in the most dirty tray and sent it in form cups and put the bread in a plastic Togo container Bathroom floors are dirty Furniture need updating Room is dark Bad pillows Not even a bottle of water in the room Has a tiny coffe maker sitting in a flimsy small stool that you can barely move a cup I won’t recommend this if you are looking for 4 star status

    The property is clean and well-kept, but is showing its age. The room I stayed was clean and spacious, but there was trash left in a trash can while the iron and ironing board were laid out. The chair was a bit squeaky, the lamp shade was unhinged a bit. One of the elevators was a bit clanky.

    They mischarged my fiancees credit card! Took several days to reverse the charge, the room reserved through the hilton app was not ready when arrived to skip front desk. The shower tub didnt drain efficiently. The property does close some of the entrances at dark. No gift shop and no onsite laundry! It was a MEH! Hotel for a hilton brand!!

    I had specifically selected this hotel because it advertised a hot tub. When I arrived, I immediately asked where the hot tub was, and was told the hot tub wasn't working. Because that was an important amenity, I asked to cancel the stay and go somewhere else. The hotel only agreed to refund half of the stay, which I think is ridiculous.

    It was so gross in there. The carpet smelled and the ac unit was making a loud noise everytime it turned on and off. Not only that the ceiling in the bathroom had a hole popping off and on when the ac turn off and on also. When you look at the vent its full of dust and debris. I was getting allergies everyday and sneezing and coughing. It was awful. Didnt get a good night sleep at all cause of the loud booming noise. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Definitely not coming back.

    It was very average for a Hilton Hotel. Everything was old. Lounge and lobby were closed. (Fals advertising) no microwave in room. You have to go to the lobby to use one. And when I checked in and tried to shower there was no shower gel and when I went to call about it the phone wasn’t working. It was never fixed even after I went down stairs and reported it. Over all very disappointing for a Hilton Hotel

    I was a bit disappointed in this Hilton as I always stay at this chain. I thought there was a giant spider in my room, but it turned out to be the frayed edges of the carpet which also had what looked like pee stains right by the door/ entrance to the room. I had to run the water for almost 3 minutes to get hot water, this wasn’t a big deal, but when trying to take a shower, I either burned my skin with scalding hot water or it was cold- seemed to be no way to regulate the shower temperature.

    The first room we got had a broken heater that as soon as was turned on had a terrible gasoline smell, so strong felt like the room is going to be on fire. They first didn’t even want to switch our room because we booked through Expedia, after we insisted and explained we’re worried that the room is unsafe and it feels like we’ll be poisoned with pollution the accommodated change. But the next room we got was also very bad. Overall very unhappy with the room comfort level and their service.

    Our HVAC wasn’t responding to our temperature room setting couldn’t get our room warmer than 59 degrees and it was cold outside so it would’ve been nice to come back to a warm room. Front desk had to move us in the middle of the night, pick all stuff and move to another room that was actually smaller than what we originally had.

    Please, please please let this be a warning to you. Whoever is reading this do not book this hotel. You will be truly and utterly disappointed. I had to request different rooms and transferred to three different rooms. All of them were utterly unacceptable. My first room had black and pink mold around the toilet, tub, the tub was broken and shards of the plastic lining of the tub were cutting my feet while I was taking a shower. Also, the sink in the bathroom did not drain. Also, I had an adjoining room which I did not ask for in the bottom of the door. Had a carpet pulled up so you can see under my room if you were to walk by in the hallway. The second room I moved to I made sure to inspect before I put any of my stuff down – and saw the bathroom floor was dirty. Disgusting. The manager later told me that was just the tile … The last room they transferred me to was on the penthouse for the front desk manager apologized to me profusely. This was the room I stayed in as I was not allowed to get a refund since I booked through a third-party . This room had some black mold in the sprinklers, which look like they haven’t been cleaned for years, and also some mold around the tub not as much as the first room, but still as this room was not an adjoining room I did feel a bit safer until the first night in this room someone tried to open my door. The second day in this room my toilet over flowed .. with just a little toilet paper.

    I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid extra for a deluxe room and executive level, expecting a higher level of comfort, but the room was surprisingly small. Despite booking for four people, only one chair was provided. When I requested two additional chairs, they brought two office chairs, one of which had a broken leg. The bed was too small for two people, and the mattress was overly firm, making it quite uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the bed was unusually high.

    There were some issues with my initial room not being cleaned but the staff was kind and changed my room. Overall the area is conveniently located and I felt safe as I was traveling g alone for work.

    This hotel is horrible! The outside was falling apart. The lobby was unkept( paper on the floor, needed to be swept. The hallways were dingy and old looking and smelling. My room was stuffy and there was mold in the bathroom. I was unable to stay here. No called to get a refund from Travelocity with no luck. The virtual assistant kept going around in circles… I kept being put on hold and I eventually hung up. I had been traveling all day and needed to find a clean place to stay. Really disappointed in Hilton and Travelocity!
