The staff was fantastic but the property was not good. We ran into roaches in the bathroom and the sink did not work in the kitchen. Ira was a great bang for your buck if you can look past things.

Can't complain about the price but the place was rough lol. The breakfast was just snacks laid out and the pool was closed but all I wanted was a place to sleep so it met that. The lobby reeked of Marijuana but not the rooms.

Even though my reservation said the booking was still valid. We ended up sleeping in the car, still have not received my refund and they are to charge me a cancelation fee on top of the already horrible experience.

We were in town for the world baseball classic and for the Houston livestock show rodeo. To our surprise when we arrived at the hotel, they said that what we had booked was not available. They mentioned that this app seems to do this quite often where they allow bookings of rooms with two beds when there are none available. The woman at the counter did offer to provide blowup mattresses. We declined because we didn’t not want to sleep on the floor and the hotel grounds were pretty sketchy. It did take us a while to find a different hotel that wasn’t booked due to the events happening in the city. Do not stay here if you don’t want to arrive and have nowhere to stay.

I book there for the convenience but its been twice they send me to the other location on 3200 Westheimer Rd. Its not much of a difference but this was the second time I dont know if it because we are a damily of 5 and maybe they dont want children. Also their elecator wasnt working having an infant can be difficult to get around. But other than that my stay was decent. Could have been better.

This location didn't have breakfast as advertised on the listing. There was a roach in the sink and one on the floor. The room was in terrible condition. There were holes and improperly repaired drywall holes in the wall. The bathroom sink faucet was corroded. There wasn't an ice machine available.

They don’t even have breakfast The staff young lady on morning shift was soooo rude to me. First night someone knocked on door saying you have a leak and I said no because I didn’t know of the leak. Next day I noticed a leak so I told them about it so I guess it was reported by the person before me but again I didn’t notice the leak to the next day. I told the lady at front desk about it and asked her could I stay in the room until the next room is ready at 3 pm she said no, I said why not, it’s been leaking for last few days anyway, what’s a couple hours will hurt at this point. I admit I was upset and I told her that her that her attitude is horrible. I told her no one hear has treated me like you treated me with such blatant disregard for one’s situation. She told me I better get out her face because she can get an attitude too. Told me if I don’t like it to leave and at that point I was already leaving to go to another hotel. She started laughing saying I’ll get you escorted out. I was so embarrassed and humiliated in front of my children. Other than the leak and her attitude it was a decent place for me. To be honest I saw a couple of roaches in the room but tbh I was ok with it because I’m a great dip person and especially due to my kids situation. I called patients relations and reported it. I would never treat no one like she treated me. I even have a video and I am willing to send it but when I reported it they never asked to see the video of her laughing at me . It’s sad.

I don't like that I was kicked out for something that had nothing to do with me

Price $59/night but I got what I paid for. Never stay here again Hallways were dirty, elevator was dirty, walls were scuffed, bathroom fixtures were corroded, mattress was old and not at all comfortable. I have been in nicer, cleaner freshman dorm rooms at the end of the first semester.

Roaches everywhere

The rates keep going up,some of the staff have poor customer service,I wouldn't receive all of my laundry or wasn't able to receive clean linen during the day. The electric wires where hanging out of the elevator the manager told my son it will shock him.

I have spinal stenosis, and need a knee replacement. My partner had to navigate four flights of stairs to carry our belongings a few items at a time. She's small. I noticed that certain doors leading into the building were blocked open with a rock so that people staying on that end of the building could enter and exit. Since there was no working elevator, there was no need to traverse such a long distance to exit and enter by the secure entrance and exit of the check out desk. Not a very safe building! God forbid any kind of emergency takes place. I will be seeking a return of some, if not all of my money.

The stay was horrible. We had reservations for 3 adults there was no mattress on the sofa couch so 3 adults had to squeeze in one bed and the receptionist was no help and had no solution. We wve had to go buy our own cover and roaces was everywhere. I will not be recommending this place. I will be contacting corporate. Plus the website doesn't let you upload your pictures.

I also reported a broken phone the first 5 mins i was there and they said they would fix it. Until I left a week later it never got fixed. I would have left that first day, but I paid and there was no refund. I moved over to the Fairfield next door and spent the rest of my stay there. Much better, cleaner, No Roaches and free breakfast.

Very dirty, the key doors never worked and some of the staff was very rude. After two nights we finally got some clean linens and extra pillows for the pull out sofa. There was no towels in the bathroom, we found them wet,smelly, and dirty in the closet. The floors were so sticky and filthy, my white socks went in the trash after that.

I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel. This was my first and will be my last time staying with Extended Stay of American. I booked 3 nights there, but I couldn’t even stay 1 night. No one could sleep because the room is so stinky. I moved out the next morning and forfeited my stay.

Checking in was a breeze and the staff were attentive and friendly however there is a serious roach infestation there and that grossed us out. I'm taking into account that people live here and that's reason pest control should be taken more seriously. For this reason I will not stay here again. I have video and pictures of the roaches.

Chose a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke penetrated even our luggage for the 2 nights we were there. Elevator smelled like smoke of another kind. Sheets even smelled like smoke. We stayed there 6 months ago and was satisfied with room but this time was horrible.

Dislike The housekeeper service is ,1 housekeeper and wellbeing of how the sofa bed mattress protector wasnt clean and no sheets and the queen size mattress protector wasnt zipped up and the sheets had stains on them.comforter had an oil smell.but the front desk staff gave us new sheets and conforter that was replaced by us.

Smoke smelling building. Very disappointing. It was dirty. I couldn't check in for hours because their system was down. Staff were very unfriendly. My room was dirty. There were two cockroaches that i saw in my room. There may have been more. I requested a non smoking room. The sheets smelled of smoke. I couldn't sleep. Very disappointed. I would never recommend this hotel.

Well this was perhaps the worst hotel i've been too. Inside smells like pest control chemicals. Hair dryer started smoking when I turned it on. No room service. No breakfast despite the advertised continental breakfast.

There is no cleaning person who comes through the day. There was no Complimentary Continental Breakfast as advertised. Location felt very unsafe. I could not connect to the internet. The shower had horrible water pressure. I killed 3 cockroaches.

When you show up they can't ever find your reservation, poor customer service and poorly trained staff. Rooms stink, bed sheets were yellow. Please don't go here unless you got no other options! But thanks to Expedia's customer service I got a better hotel reservation!

There’s bed and comforter or blanket were holes in it, in the room there were cockroaches in every where, I checked two different rooms same things, there were the staff was corporates.

Everything was nice clean & quiet nobody was walking around outside the room everything was peaceful

The apartment was quiet. Here is was was disappointing and why I would never book again (I have stayed in other places in Extended Stay American, just not in Houston and they have been better), There were cockroaches even after they said pest control came The dishwasher didn't work They did have any dishes and pots and pans for me when I first got there. When I went to pick them up they said they had no pots. They made no I asked a person living there if he might lend me one for the night and he did. The kitchen utilizes and dishes were super cheap, not adequate and not very serviceable. There was no real dish soap, I had to buy that and a sponge to wash the dishes. No paper towels, had to buy. Most of the people there are living at the facility long term, many of whom see someone who is coming in for a few days as an interloper, so not too friendly in the wash room. That said, there were some friendly people when I first arrived. The front desk check in was okay, but hardly adequate and hardly welcoming. In the washroom you could not buy Landry detergent. This was a disappointing place to stay. I was so excited to be able to have kitchen and really thought it was going to be so much better. I am sorry to give it such a low score, but there are things this place can really improve on. Any of the above can be fixed.

Friendly front office staff. Rooms are clean but not made up daily. Fresh clean towels available when needed. Good coffee in the morning as well as packaged breakfast items

Have over the years enjoyed staying here. I love it and it's makes my stay worthwhile.

Room booked and paid, but no room available when I arrived. Staff unhelpful. Expedia services found me another room.

The pool and worrk gym plus deluxe rooms are very nice.

I was turned away because all rooms were booked. Still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience.
