Staff friendly. Continental breakfast options are minimal. Waffle mix was a bit watered down. Snacks to be sold was very few. Water in the bathroom did not get hot. Tv channels were glitchy. Can’t get back into the hotel from outside doors because the card reader doesn’t work. Room was clean. Very convenient to highway.

There is not enough shower gel in two rooms, my sister had to use shampoo instead. There were no hair dryers in two same rooms. There was a strong cooking smell in the hallway. The staff is not very friendly.

The staff were attentive and helpful. They really made this the most pleasant hotel stay I've ever had. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. I loved the waffles and sausage at the free breakfast.

Staff was courteous, the room was and clean. The only reason for one star being taken off was the spotlights outside were very bright, the early morning construction and the air conditioning that rattled. Besides that it was a nice place to stay.

That there was hot water. It doesn't match the pictures online, the toilet seat was not screwed in all the way, the plugs were too far away from the bed, when I first walked in the room there were tiles all over the bathroom floor, so that told me that they gave me a room that was clean or cleaned yet. I let the maid know and she seemed like it was the other cleaning lady's fault. So I had to stay in my brother's room until they cleaned it up, but then that made me wonder if the sheets were changed or not. Luckily, I brought my Lysol spray and sprayed everything down. Also, the pool was closed as well so I couldn't go swimming. This part isn't the hotel's fault, but through the night I heard couples arguing in the hallway and outside of the hotel. I also kept getting blinded by the street light that flashes right in my room at a certain time of night and I had to shut my blinds to actually get the room dark.

This was number 1 reason I chose this hotel

The hotel was smelling like mold. The towels wasn't smelling good either! The bathroom door could not close, the carpet need to be refreshed! The breakfast disappointing Overall very bad experience

The room was average I didn't like that the sockets was behind the bed thats dangerous in the shower nowhere to put your bathwash or soap the elevator was broke although I stayed on the first floor I sympathize with the other guest don't recommend it

I stayed here for a few days for The Boy Is Mine Tour! Everyone was nice and professional! Especially Mariah & Dreka! & i was so relieved that it wasnt busy & the other guests kept to themselves.?

The a/c was not very effective at keeping the room clean, ran out of facial tissues right away (had only 2 tissues in the room), breakfast was without flavor. However, the staff was very nice and attentive.

For the price you pay the room set up is not worth it. The TVs are out of date. Pictures are not hanging on the wall. They’re sitting actually on top of the stand. There’s no built-in blow dryer. Everything is separate. The showers are small. The room is small. It’s just not worth $116 if anything $75 night stay

The smoke detectors went off several times throughout the night for no reason. The floors could have used a good pass with the vacuum prior to our arrival. Overall, it was a good stay with minor inconveniences.

It’s a very cozy element with a business like feel to it. I had no complaints about this property. It served its purpose.

The room has a moisture smell, not bad, but you can tell... Breakfast can be a bit better (kindness of the lady during Monday and Tuesday) and also the waffle making machine is not working properly, and the worse of all... the gym is out of service, other than that, Endya on the front desk and Julia for the breakfast were great!!!

I didn’t like the fact that on Sunday, it said the breakfast was until 10 AM. I got there at 9:45 and the guy that was working. The breakfast area was kind of rude and said that breakfast at 9a. But on the wall, it said that breakfast on Saturday and Sunday ended at 10 AM.

The room was not ready on time after they said it would be. It was ready almost two hours later. There were a few yucky insects that appeared in our room. They gave us a new room. The bath had hairs in it and one was on a sheet. The indoor pool was not inviting. The breakfast and coffee was fine though.

The property was dated and needed renovation. The ac was loud. The bathroom light was dim and it had a urine smell. There was a dirty towel hanging on the curtain rail. The only good thing was the front desk was friendly when I was checking in.

We chose this place because it’s a Marriott and because inside pool . The pool was closed . Hotel dirty. Sofa couch did not have linen and we had to ask for it and extra towels for all of us . It was brought to us because they had it in storage and not folded as it was pulled from another room or pulled out of dryer. Very disappointed .

The elevator felt like it was about to fall apart, and the pool and jacuzzi were ice cold, even though maintenance staff were on duty. On the positive side, the location was perfect for convenience to highways, shopping, and dining. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, I would rate this hotel a 6.5.

My other concern was the breakfast room and morning desk staff. The food in the breakfast room was fine, if it wasn’t out. There were multiple items out by 8 am. If you could find the breakfast room attendant, she very grumpily would get an item from the back. This happened every day. And how about coffee running out!!! This is not supposed to happen!!! And she would grump at you if you asked! Multiple times I had to go retrieve her from the front desk, where she and many hotel staff were visiting, and eating food from the breakfast room! We had been up since 330 am the previous morning and we’re very exhausted. I called the front desk around 1145 to complain about loud stomping coming from the room above us she says she would look into it. The stomping continued all night, running back and forth, we did not get any sleep. Called the front desk again in the morning because stomping still continued, again she said she would check into it. Stomping and running is continuing.

Will not use this property ever again. Where I live, a mandatory evacuation was issued and I had to return home and was not able to use the room. The property would NOT work with me be either refund or reschedule for another stay. HORRIBLE customer service. Shows Fairfield Inn is more about the money and NOT the customers.

Great facility! The bed was amazing. Very quiet! Breakfast was good but preferred more options. The toilet was low and you had to hold it. Customer service was great but saw some bickering amongst the staff and the lady st checkout did not want to be there.

I can't remember having a terrible experience in any hotel, first of all the elevator was broken, we have to use the stairs, the concierge at check in was nice enough to help with my luggage's but couldn't get help during checkout even though I asked for it, I have to drag my luggage's downstairs using the staircase which was pretty much unsafe. Stayed for 4 days and never got a day of full room service, I asked for it and was told it was every other day but I can come down after hours for towels or toiletries, the day for cleaning it wasn’t done because full room services was now every two days, and when it was the two days according to them it was still wasn't cleaned. I just wasn't up for moving around I would have left the very next day. I don't recommend this hotel, the service I got was terrible.!!

We had to hike up 3 flights of stairs with small children and all of our belongings. The overall condition of the place was a little ran down. I certainly felt like we overpaid for a standard room. Kind of a disappointment.

It’s not the full service Fairfield hotel. Pared down version of it. Rooms were muggy and badly smelling like mold throughout. Large stains on carpets. Minimal breakfast items with a small sitting area. Trash strewn over the property.

Deon at the front desk was awesome. Gresy customer service. What I didn't like was when I got there, no king beds were available. I had to get a double which cost an additional $97.00. I am not pleased. I was told Expedia overbooked and they would not honor my reservation with out paying extra. I loved my experience. But I wont be staying there again.

Firstly the staff was pretty rude and the building inside stunk. Still havent got my deposit back. The breakfast was a joke! Be prepared to eat offsite. Waffle maker was broken and the eggs were horrible. Meat options were cold. Coffee was ok. The room was damp feeling and when we woke up my shirt, that was hanging up, was even damp. They gave us two towels for four people so we had to go get some more. Overall would never stay here again and would not recommend. It is a good price for a reason unfortunately.

Front desk staff was amazing, very courteous and respectful. Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were very clean. Area it’s a safe area of town and didn’t have to worry about any crime. Only down part is there are not any restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed one night at this hotel. The breakfast was poor, sometimes when there was no breakfast, the guests were too crowded and there was no extra breakfast, and there was a parking fee of three USD, while my wife had to pay that night. When I went to my friend's house, she took the car and didn't leave it at the hotel.

My first room the curtains were hanging down about to fall to the ground. I had to get a room change, the second room I got the AC was halfway working. There was mold on the walls in the bathroom.

Everyone at the front desk was very kind. The bed and pillows were comfortable. And breakfast was great.

The building and rooms need major upgrade, bathroom had rusted doors and ceiling. Very unfortunate for the Marriott Brand.

Overall the room was pretty dingy and outdated. Our big complaint was a large roach came out of the closet and was crawling around on our floor.

The only complaint I had was the curtain being too sheer. I was traveling by myself and I kept checking the window.

I was pleased with everything. The breakfast especially the eggs was very good.

in town for a wedding, room was clean but had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast was ok, no frills but free. Easy check-in process.

I really enjoyed my stay! Comfortable bed, but not a lot of lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise great stay.

Clean & cheap. Only issue was that we requested a handicap room 2 weeks beforehand & once we arrived they had them all rented out.

We were without tv the entire weekend and had plans to watch the football playoffs with family. The breakfast was exactly the same both mornings as far as eggs abd sausage. Waffles kept sticking . Disappointing.

The room was not clean when receiving the room. No changed towels and cleaned the room on the second day. No phone number to contact housekeeping. We had to go to the lobby to ask the towels. We asked three sets of towels because we have 4 people, but the receptionist gave only two. The third day, they changed the towels but no cleaning in the room.

Property is now charging $3 for parking each not. Nickle and diming your customers is always a miss and what exactly am I paying for? There is no garage parking, cars are parked on a open unpatrolled lot. Really, Marriott??

There was a guest being very abusive to the clerk on duty and staying there made me feel very uneasy.

1st morning (Friday) arrived shortly after 6am, no forks, no eggs, small amount of bacon and was undercooked, only fruit was apples. limited yogurt. 2nd morning (Saturday) arrived shortly after 7am, very small amount of eggs, no bacon but did have sausage only fruit was apples, no bread/muffins except waffle maker.

Staff and front desk employees not very cordial.

I asked for a wake up call specifically upon check in. Never received it. Also there was a silverfish (insect) in my bathroom upon arrival.

Clean and convenient for a family stay. Front desk was very friendly. It’s quiet on the top floor and property seems safe.

I stayed the night because it was already 11 PM, and I woke up itching. The people were pleasant, but that was the only positive to my brief stay.

Sheets were dirty with multiple stains that i found after waking up :(

Anyways kids still had fun. Breakfast was great! Hotel was clean !! Staff was good.
