There was no pool or breakfast as stated on website. You can clearly see that the hotel has been updated. It now has a restaurant to eat from. Their website needs to be updated with this information. Also the water in the shower was tempid not even warm. Other than that nicely decorated and staff friendly.

Even though we only stayed one night, the hotel was great! They use some kind of aromatherapy scent in the lobby area that is very pleasant and relaxing. Clean room, bathroom, and common areas. The breakfast is a la carte, and it was included with our fare. They also have a small bar open until 11:00 PM, and PF Changs is right next to it!

What a disappointment. We usually choose a Hilton because of atmosphere and amenities. This was soooo dated, dark and disappointing. Staff was less than welcoming, rooms were dark and so dated. U co for table bed and just overall the worst place we’ve stayed in a very long time.

The first night we arrived, we went to take a shower and realized there was only one towel in the bathroom. I thought it was weird that there was not a “Do Not Disturb” sign to put on the door. And then I realized why there wasn’t one. They do not have housekeepers that come by each day to make the bed and keep the rooms clean. The AC in the room was the loudest that I have ever experienced, it literally woke me up when it would kick on in the middle of the night. The bedding was poor quality also. Definitely not worth what we paid to stay there.

The smell of marijuana was everywhere. It wasn’t pleasant or professional at all or relaxing to come to a hotel that smelled everywhere in the hall ways like marijuana. The room was clean. The front desk area was clear.

Everything was wonderful overall 😊 The only thing I’d mention is that I wish the room-cleaning service had been a little more consistent, especially after asking the front desk to be added to the cleaning list. Other than that, everything was a great experience and I appreciated my stay.

I enjoyed my stay, Mary was very attentive and courteous. The only issue was the shower drain it drained slowly, but that was the night before my stay was over with, so no need to complain. Convenient location to restauarnts and shopping so will stay again.

The sink in the bathroom was really high and set really far back making it difficult for someone with limited mobility to reach. The toilet, however, was really low, as if it was made for someone with limited mobility. The bathroom just didn't make sense.

I liked it, but I didn’t like how everything was an up charge. Water bottles in the room being three dollars each? Breakfast being 10$ a person? I would still come here again though, it just wouldn’t be my first choice. It was clean and a steady roof over my head with a warm shower, which is what I paid for.

Stayed in room 204. It was beat up and we had NO HOT WATER. When i addressed it at front desk I found out it was property wide outage! I would have never booked had I known that. I have complained direct with hotel review via Hilton only for them to say thanks for your feedback!!? I emailed the property and no reply. This is unacceptable as my reservation included a night stay and a bathroom to take a bath in! My husband and I could not do that because of no hot water! I didn’t want to leave a bad review because I wanted to give the hotel an opportunity to make it right. But they have not. Beds were hard as a brick too. Very disappointed as I’m a Hilton honors member as well.

Back again this weekend and the pool is now also cemented in. The area which used to allow for families to relax and enjoy is now on lock down due to the amount of vagrants. It is so bad you cannot even get access in the back of the hotel with your key card. The towel policy is still the same only two unless you exchange- there were four of us in a room. We won’t be back this place has gone dramatically downhil.

First, the room smelled musty when you walked in the door. They really need to change the air filter on the HVAC more often. They may even need a mold inspection. So far, I haven’t become ill after staying, so knock on wood that I won’t. But, yeah. It was gross. The room had not been well cleaned. I saw long hairs on the floor when I was taking off my shoes. So, it hadn’t even been swept. The shower had a cheap curtain that barely kept the water inside, and the linens were cheap and worn. The plumbing was in need of updating (seriously, I should not have to hold the handle down for 20 seconds to flush a toilet in a Hilton hotel). I might as well have paid Motel 6 prices, because that was the experience I got. On the plus side, the front desk staff and restaurant staff were friendly. And, the area was nice. The quality of the room was terrible though, and it was enough to convince me never to book there again.

The front desk receptionist, Heather provided exceptional customer service hotel is a little bit outdated furniture was stained, smelly and outdated, and the cleaning could’ve been taken up a couple of notches with clean sheets and cleaning of the bathrooms and the sinks and toilet

I had to switch rooms a couple of times because one of the rooms were not cleaned, and the furniture was stained. The overall facility was a good environment and friendly, and there was noise because they were renovating some rooms on my floor. It wasn’t too bad. The cleaning could’ve been better making sure the sheets were clean and changed each night and the floors were sticky and the sink fixtures were not cleaned.

The hotel did not have any towels. We weren’t the only ones that had this issue. Also, out soap dispensers in the shower were not refilled when we checked in and had to shower with the hand soap dispenser from the sink.

Honestly not much the room was big that was nice I suppose they remodeled not long ago but the work was shotty. You could clearly see where they repainted things not well and what they tried to fix but it wasn't done well. The soaps and wash hung on the wall would fall off exposing screws. The metal framing around the base of the desk came lose and you would accidently kick it every time you walked by. The room was NOT clean before we came in. I pulled out the sleeper sofa for my daughter and the sheets were visibly dirty with stains and underneath was trash that hadnt been cleaned up. There were big chunks of hair on the floor too and nail clippings in the rug. When we went to get into the other bed there was big false eyelashes in the bed. I had to go downstairs twice and get new sheets to change myself because of this and we just slept on top of those with our own blankets as they couldn't move us to another room. I wanted to speak the manager about the situation but he was not there and when he was scheduled to be there I was not able to speak with him.

Not a bad stay, just didn’t love showing up to the outside of the building getting remodeled so my room window was covered up with plastic you couldn’t see through. Not the end of the world, just would’ve been nice if there was a disclaimer for something like that. All was comfortable, but the bathroom didn’t feel very clean.

There was no hot water for two days of our 3 day stay. We were not even notified about that. The carpet in our room had dog hair. The room size was a lot smaller than what I expected. Needless to say, I will not be staying there again. Nor will I recommend it to anyone.

This is a decent lodging option when in Willlowbrook / Cypress area, it’s an older hotel with some updates and in a decent overall condition (not exceptional but clean and very decent). Was too sleepy so I didn’t try their free breakfast. The front desk people weren’t very warm… but they did their job well. No complaints, and I’d stay here again. By the way… Love their midcentury modern chandeliers, located by the front entry!!! This is a decent lodging option when in Willlowbrook / Cypress area, it’s an older hotel with some updates and in a decent overall condition (not exceptional but clean and very decent). Was too sleepy so I didn’t try their free breakfast. The front desk people weren’t very warm… but they did their job well. No complaints, and I’d stay here again. By the way… Love their midcentury modern chandeliers, located by the front entry!!! The staff during breakfast was great. I would recommend the hotel to my friends and family. I will definitely go back to Hilton garden in Houston Texas. I just love everything!

I like the area, it kind of quiet. and it is right to the high way. But I think they could do it better at the front desk. They need to be more hospitable, and more professional.

When we returned 5 days later and got booked into the same room, NOTHING had been fixed. Additionally, the room key (electronic) would work for an hour and then quit working. We asked for another room, but this was the only disabled room available. Over the next hour, maintenance brought us another refrigerator, a bulb for the desk lamp and new batteries for the door. The phone and the alarm clock were NEVER fixed. There were other issues we encountered, but I'm running out of characters. If this is the way Hilton currently runs it's properties, then my wife and I are definitely done with Hilton...we certainly won't be returning to this specific hotel in the future.

Bed lamp, seif weren't working. Fan in the bathroom worked with the horrible noise. Key card need to be replaced after 1 time. If 5 days no housekeeping ever enter the room. Administrators were informsince the day 1.

Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. After 9:00, you have to be let in by the front desk because they turn off the automatic door. Also the "buffet" is a continental breakfast, and it costs $9. They should really include that in the room fees like most others, just my opinion though. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The room had roaches and the front office woman said they had no vacancy but we were able to book a room on hotels.com. She was turning away people and telling them Expedia cancelled their reservation. I heard her say this with my own two ears when another male associate checked us in. Mind you this is after a tornado touched down in the area and people had been without power for days. The room had roaches and the room was barely cooled down. Very uncomfortable beds.

I first booked a room for my daughter and her puppy who had been to the Cy Fair Vet hospital.The older gentleman working the desk was very cordial and made the check in process easy but it was getting hot in the lobby. That big storm had just hit so I made sure their air conditioning was working. After I got my daughter settled in, I found out that my elderly mother’s power was out so I went to get her and made another reservation at the Hilton.This time there was a very loud and rude woman behind the counter with a long wig on. After I got my mother to the room, I went down to get more bags and noticed that the heater was blowing right in front of the elevators.I politely told Ms Sherida that I didn’t know if anyone had already told but the heater was on. She snapped back at me “SO?” I just shrugged my shoulders and continued around the front of the desk where there was a line and everyone was complaining about the heat. Another agent asked her what I had said and she rolled her eyes and said “ I don’t know… something stupid about the heater”!I was just trying to help, as her wig glue was melting and running. I retired after 20 years in customer service with AA so I know that it can and bombarded but I NEVER treated people the way she was.Snapping at people and answering the phone and being as rude as possible! She is definitely not an asset to the Hilton name & I WILL be writing to the corporate office.With dirty sheets,a scummy bathroom, broken tv & room phone,DISAPPOINTED

There is "No Water" since i checked in at 5:30pm.. Said the water will be back at 6pm....Still no water at 8:30pm - they also checked me into a handicap king room with wheel chair access flooring throughout bathroom with curtain step in shower....I have nothing against the handicap - just don't need it... Also, rooms need major overhaul in room decor.... Sorry - going back up the street the the Hyatt.....

The location worked well for our needs. The bar off the lobby was convenient and comfortable. The parking and access was excellent for our camper van organizing and dog walks. We would stay there again.

We had a Junior Suite for the Red Line Cheer Competition, the room was older and the walls were thin we could hear everything that was going on upstairs with the relations and arguing of the couple that was up stairs and the air did not work in the room. Less to say that we didn't get much sleep and had to be at the competition at 7am. When I went down stairs to get coffee the coffee bar was a mess with milk and sugar spilled all over the place for this to be a Hilton Hotel it def. was not giving Hilton

I liked the property was quiet especially considering it is close to FM1960 and 249. I did not like that if I was not a member I had to pay for everything. I didn't think about the tv or wifi as something I had to check to see if it was complimentary.

The last time we stayed in the area we ended up in a shady neighborhood that made us uncomfortable. This hotel was in a nice area close to restaurants and shopping.

I originally selected the hotel based on the fact that it had a pool, appeared to be decent, well priced and near the airport (within 30 minutes). Was so disappointed with this property as the pool is broken and has been for over a year but the website is not updated. The breakfast in the morning was terrible and they did not even had regular coffee (only flavored)

The Hilton Garden Inns are usually a good stay. This weekend was tough and probably not all at the hotels fault. No hot water but was told that there was a main line breakage. Billing systems were down when we checked out but they said that was the case across all of the Hilton properties

This property will not be a place that I go back to. I dont want to talk poorly about them but they just need to get it together in our opinion. Don't waste your time with the breakfast, enjoy itchy sheets, water which made me break out in a rash.

Close to restaurants and stores Right off the freeway but didn't hear anything! Felt safe even getting off my car at 1am coming in from an event. Lobby is locked Hot tub was broken and seems to have to not been used in a while. Restroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper Can't watch local channels, you have to pay. Pros definitely outweigh cons and will stay here again when needed.
