Was given a 1 bedroom king suite even though I paid for a regular room. I was impressed with how nice, cozy and convenient it was! The in-room kitchen was even stocked with dishes and cookware. TVs in the bedroom and living room. Options for dimmed lighting and a quality, pullout sofa bed. Would definitely stay here again. Right next to the mall and several great places to eat or get drinks. Very quiet at night.

Second, the tub faucet was rusted and fell off when I turned it on. and the water was cold. When I told the front desk that there was no hot water, I was instructed to run the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and tub on hot for 15 minutes. This trick did work, but it is ridiculous to stay in a Hilton property and not have any hot water and have to use tricks to get some.

Good for the value and really central location

the hotel needs to be remolded, it wasn't what I expected at all form all the other Homewood suites we have stayed at in the past. It was at a great location , just need to upgrade the hotel.

The pool was closed the remotes to the tv’s didn’t work they only had a few channels on the tv no local channels the water in the kitchen and bathroom sink didn’t get hot the toilet didn’t flush well and the bathtub pooled water on the i side in the middle of the tub water didn’t fully drain out even as you showered you would have your feet covered in water the breakfast wasn’t good at all the food was undercooked salty or not seasoned

The location was awesome! The staff was friendly. The hotel was under renovations. When booking it never stated this would be happening during our stay, I didn’t receive an email or phone call letting me know this was going on, only after checking in and asking about the pool, did they make us aware that the hotel and pool was being renovated. Also the carpet in our room was damp and sticky all over, I had to wear my sandals everywhere I walked inside our room. The TV lost signal a lot and the bath water didn’t get very hot.

The entire staff at the Homewood Suites Houston - Willowbrook Mall was incredibly welcoming, but I want to give a huge shout-out to Alejandra at the front desk. She was truly phenomenal. Despite a small hiccup with dirty dishes in my room at check-in, she handled the situation immediately with a smile. She also made extending my stay completely seamless. Her 'above and beyond' attitude made all the difference in my trip! A small hiccup after check in, found a few dirty dishes in sink in room. Easily resolved.

Bathroom had mold in it an bed had cigarette bud ashes in the mattress. Had to leave a day earlier because my son got sick.

The Hotel was being renovated and there was no heads up that a room would not be available. The staff made my coworker and I wait for three hours to then cancel our seperate reservations and book us over at the hampton inn hotel that was also being renovated.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Yhe work space provided adequate outlets. The lighting in the bathroom was very good for applying makeup. The kitchenette was appropriately stocked with utensils. Breakfast was delicious and the facilities was stylishly decorated in the lobby. I liked Everything. There was nothing that I did not like. The only thing was the compressor on the fridge was a little noisy.

No hot water the entire duration of our stay, the elevator button was non-existant so we had to take the stairs. Room was just okay, felt as though it had not really been cleaned. Pool was non accessible for those who care to use it. Staff was friendly but very young. The area around was dirty and smelled. I would not recommend staying here.

This is the first time I have stayed at this location. I won't hesitate to come back. Tristan at the front desk...do whatever you can to keep him employed! Super nice guy greeted me by name every time I left or arrived at the hotel. Tristan made all the difference at this hotel.

So asked did they have anything else ? Then replied we have a room on the2nd floor. That room seemed old and very drafty. The toilet backed up . Asked for a plunger, they said ok, will bring it. 30minutes later the person shows up and plungers the toilet. We had to walk around to our vehicle , because of the construction going on in the front lobby entrance to the rooms. Thank goodness it didn’t it wasn’t raining at the time. They just didn’t seem interested in their customers needs. Oh don’t let me start on the breakfast. The cereal was stale, the fruit seemed too ripe, the eggs were like water, the Hogarth was opened. The apple and orange juice tasted like. I believe we will not revisit or stay in that place for a long time, if ever.

I was quoted online $171.99 and when I arrived they changed me 221.99 . That was a very bad feeling for the property.

The staff were extremely helpful. We came in early with loads of baggage and they gave us a room without an extra fee. Held our bags until we were ready to go to the airport. Only issue was there was an odd smell in the stairway. We would stay here again.

Being that I'm already been with you guys for such a long time I would think it would be a whole lot better to get a better rates but it's okay

Most of the staff are friendly but we got a room with a broken lock which can not be fixed during our stay. The hotel is old and need to do something to update the room.

The breakfast was fine, and provided multiple choices. The tub was stained, and needs to be replaced. The water didn’t get warm to take a shower.

I like how the location was close to the mall and other restaurants, all within walking distance. Although we appreciated the free breakfast, it would improve our future stays if they provided more variety of food during breakfast.

Property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Priced very well and included breakfast. Don’t use Apple Maps. It sent us to the other side of the mall. Google maps got us there.

Bed was soft. Room was decently cleaned. AND THEN...no hot water in the shower. Took a camping shower. Talked to the front desk and they said they had 2 boilers down and no maintenance on the weekend. Called Hilton and all they offered was to create a ticket. no resolution AT ALL

I must say, I’m felt like a home away from home. I had the suite with the fireplace. Very cozy! Also the convenience of walking across the street to Willowbrook mall was awesome, then there was a bar and grill on the side of the hotel that had great food and drinks!!

Great place to stay

My hot water didn’t work the first night and I had to take a shower in a temperature similar to a pool on a sunny day. Breakfast was very minimal and not good. Second day I turned the heater on and not even 20 minutes later my throat was swollen and raw. Unsure if the vents blew out dust and bacteria or not but I’m still suffering. Will not return.

It looked nice in the pictures but I never saw the property in person because just hours before check in I was told that my reservation was being canceled due to lack of availability! (Isn’t the point of a reservation to avoid this situation?😡)

The staff was friendly and parking not enough space

First of all, Homewood Suites did not honor Hotel.com. They charged me an additional $210.76. I had already paid Hotel.com $174.16. So I am not happy with this service. Homewood Suties sucks. I am cancelling my service with Hotel.com and never staying at Homewood Suites again.

Parking was close to my room and they were able to put my family right across from each other. Definitely would return. They were helpful and room was clean.

Very good place

Would’ve been nice to know the building was under construction do to what I believe is water damage. Dust mold and mildew are concerning issues in this situation. I would have made different arrangements

The hotel is being restored, but the working areas are not cover so all the guests see all the mess

Hotel was under construction. Stayed for two nights and no one came to clean the room , i was hoping for hot breakfast

TV was challenging and not working properly. Air conditioning was also trying. Ok during the day, but NOT at night in the bedroom.. Tub very slippery. The set up with private living room and bedroom love. They are under construction. I think when that is done, the kinks will be fixed. The area and location is wonderful. Everything you could want is all right there or just around the corner. Shopping, entertainment, restaurants and more....just can’t beat it!

Everything was nice

I was not pleased with my experience at this hotel. Also I am a Hilton honors member and I was not treated very well. There was no house keeping...

We had to switch rooms because the AC and one of the TVs didn't work. The 2nd room had an unpleasant odor, and the AC didn't work well in that one either -- it was a warm, uncomfortable night.

Homewood Suites is the Best! One of my favorite places to stay.

The receptionist who worked there at midnight has the worst attitude of any service person I have ever had the misfortune to be greeted by. To the extent if this facility doesnt fire her for her obnoxious, arrogant attitude i am ending my membership with hotels.com. I am compassionate and understanding in many many areas, but when the attitude from the receptionist is so arrogant and beyond rude. Not acceptable in any way shape or form. How these people get the job in the first place is just as baffling.

Great place and location. Walking distance to the mall and several restaurants.

My family of 15 Booked 3 Suites . It was tight but worth it . No complaints . We were happy to be w/ lights , air & water coming from Louisiana . Staff was great , room was clean & it was spacious .we wished the facilities were open (Indoor Pool , Exercise room etc. ) but we understood due to COVID... Will stay again .

The stay was just that average. The front desk clerk was nice. I did ask for a room floor change though due to chicken bones being in the hallway. The staff was very accommodating about my request though. The place was relatively clean. We were a party of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and there were not enough plates or eating utensils for all of us available even after reaching out to the front desk. We also needed additional towel and the sets provided were incomplete.

The front desk receptionist was very unprofessional. No sense of want to do her and very indirect. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Normally we love to stay at this hotel and we understand that due to the Coronavirus therr was some changes made for our safety but as far as the room the coffee maker had an old used coffee filter full of mold inside creamer came out chunky very old you could smell meadow in the room. This is the first time we had this problem
