Friendly kind and caring staff

STAFF: Two front desk members help salvage the stay (tall young man, dark hair, worked late, very hospitable, & a young lady). One staff member, not so much - the experience was not pleasant. Though we paid for two days' stay, our key card was programmed for only one day. We were given ONE key for the stay, being that the digital key was supposed to work. I had to take that one key down and have it programmed to work on our second day. That evening, I returned to the hotel, tried my digital key again. It still was not working. I went to the front desk to get a second key for myself. The male (dark hair, sm/medium build, not too tall) looked and asked, "didn't I give you a new key earlier?" I told him No, you reprogrammed the ONE key we were given that stopped working. He gave me another key, but that certainly dims the already difficult experience. BREAKFAST: It was good. We enjoyed it! The ladies were very sweet. The workout room was nice. The parking was nice. The location is great, close to the mall and restaurants-Def do Cutten Kitchen and Quotes was also very nice.

Great place to stay

There was a water leak near elevators as well. Bathroom was not clean- long black hairs stuck on back of door. Amenities- there were none. Absolutely worst Hampton Inn and will not stay agsin and may never stay in a Hampton again.

The sweet check in person let us check in early which was incredibly helpful and we were very grateful. Thank you Ohio sweet lady.

Breakfast was good

The hotel overall was a nice place and what we needed for our short stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was ok but did smell alittle of wet dog. There was also a hole in the ceiling. However the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately though there is a nightclub near by and it is extremely loud so it did make it hard sleep.

The pool water was super cold, I couldn't enjoy it. It was an indoor pool, aI didn't think it was gonna be so cold. Breakfast was ok, nothing special about it.

The room was in very poor shape, there was no cold water in the bathroom - when the faucit was turned on to cold nothing came out!, the toilet was very hard to flush. The bathroom door was swollen due to moisture and we could not close it. Breakfast was por at best, the selection was very limited and not fresh.

There is construction going on we weren’t aware of .. the ice machines wasn’t working.. the rooms were a bit dusty and outdated … but the water was hot and the air was working great also they charged a ridiculous amount for the deposit when it wasn’t a updated room or amenities

Requested it be cleaned and front desk mentioned they’d get to it. Nothing done in 5 hrs Finally went and had to argue for a room change Unprofessional and rude staff and huge lack of cleanliness

The staff was nice and trying to make accommodations. The property was under construction. No paint on the walls and no light fixtures. The first room I stayed in didn’t have hot water. They moved me to another room and the microwave didn’t work.

Parking was good
