    The pool water was super cold, I couldn't enjoy it. It was an indoor pool, aI didn't think it was gonna be so cold. Breakfast was ok, nothing special about it.

    The room was in very poor shape, there was no cold water in the bathroom - when the faucit was turned on to cold nothing came out!, the toilet was very hard to flush. The bathroom door was swollen due to moisture and we could not close it. Breakfast was por at best, the selection was very limited and not fresh.

    There is construction going on we weren’t aware of .. the ice machines wasn’t working.. the rooms were a bit dusty and outdated … but the water was hot and the air was working great also they charged a ridiculous amount for the deposit when it wasn’t a updated room or amenities

    The room was not cleaned. The toilet had mold. This property is under renovations, which was not advised of prior to booking. Strong paint fumes made it hard to breathe and the banging at 8am made it difficult to sleep. Also, they ran out of food for breakfast.

    I reported to both Expedia and the hotel about the condition of the room and hotel itself. I was not notified the place had so much construction going on. I shared pictures. I was eventually moved to another room after finding mold in the shower, and dirty toilet. The lobby area was under construction and they continued to serve coffee. Dust was present all over. I pointed this out to the staff. Why would they continue to serve coffee with all the dust everywhere? First morning I had to walk over to the next hotel to have breakfast.

    When we arrived at 10:30 on our arrival date we were greeted with a hotel and lobby in disarray. The night clerk informed us that the hotel was being renovated and that elevators are not working. I personally have Chronic DVT pain and husband with right ankle injuries after 10 surgeries and a torn meniscus in his left knee. We had traveled 4 hours and were exhausted. We decided that we were to exhausted to track down another hotel at that time. We were exhausted, hungry and could not go any more that night. We had already paid in full online and were Not told that we could be fully refunded. (I learned we could have been refunded on Sat night we could have been refunded). So for 2 days we both struggled going up and down stairs walking our service animals and general entry and exiting. Why was it not disclosed that they are in a remodeling period and elevators are down and a full noise remodel is in full swing.

    The check-in process was fast, with excellent customer service. The property is under construction so the hallways reflect that. I did not expect the room to look so tired and dirty. The carpet was dirty so I was afraid to walk on it without having my feet covered. The covers on the bed were wrinkled and thrown together. There is a restaurant that plays loud music near by so be mindful of that if you’re looking for a good night sleep. The breakfast was ok. The quality of the food could have been better. Due to the construction and dirty room. I would not recommend this property at this time. There are better hotels nearby.

    The hotel is under renovation and smells very musty. While in our room, the towel holder fell of the wall. There was a water leak the night we arrived & the water was shut off during the day for several hours the next day. I'm surprised they are allowing guests during this extensive of a renovation.

    Location It was dirty.. I mean the carpet was sticky and gummy.. they had cut out papers on the door with the room numbers on it..My remote didn’t work in my room.. The guy on the night shift didn’t give a damn.. He looked in one drawer for batteries.. There was none.. He didn’t try to accommodate us or nothing..The lady on the day shift found me another remote the day of checkout.. At least she did keep looking until she found an extra one. We stood at the desk 30 mins trying to check in because nobody was there.. The attendant was across the road at another location he claimed..Just not a good hotel for the area.. Then they had the nerve to have a Hilton sign on the desk.. I don’t recommend this hotel AT ALL!

    The staff was very understanding and helpful, they offered us a next room but it ended up worse than the 1st one. So they transferred me and my family to one of their sister property next door at Homewood Suites by Hilton Willowbrook and it was great. If they were not under renovation, the hotel itself is great and my family and I would have stayed. I would still recommend this property to anyone and the staff are wonderful, they went above and beyond to accommodate us in the best way they could.

    They were under renovation and the room we got smelled really bad. The staff was very understanding and helpful, they offered us a next room but it ended up worse than the 1st one. So they transferred me and my family to one of their sister property next door at Homewood Suites by Hilton Willowbrook and it was great. If they were not under renovation, the hotel itself is great and my family and I would have stayed. I would still recommend this property to anyone and the staff are wonderful, they went above and beyond to accommodate us in the best way they could.

One member of our party booked/needed walk in shower. Told suddenly unavailable when we checked in. Had to walk to a separate property to retrieve breakfast. And the general area seemed unsafe, lots of bars open late. Would love to get a refund, but either way I’m done with Hilton properties.

    My family and I was looking forward to relax by the pool. We was told that the pool was closed and we had to walk next door to use the pool at that hotel. We got there only to see they were remodeling and the pool area wasn’t clean. No pool towels. It was dirt on the floor in the pool area and the pool room felt like a sauna. Either of the hotels had an outdoor patio to sit. Only one bench in front of the hotel. Could be a lot better, I expected more due to the hotel name. The breakfast seems like it was only enough for maybe 2 families. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also.

    The staff was very accommodating when we had a issue with the bathroom flooding. They were very quick to have the room checked and had a new room saved for us after the event we had to attend. The property seemed old and not updated for some time and low quality for the price. One of our family members rooms smelled like mildew and the first room we stayed in the shower flooded the bathroom causing us to move rooms.

    We love Hampton. We did not love this Hampton. Of all the Hampton hotels we've frequented, I'd say this one was the worst. Ice cold pool with no heater, hardly functioning shower, clogged toilet, crumbs on the bed were some of the negatives for our hotel stay. Compared to some of the sketchier hotels out there, I realize these problems could have been much worse, but since our previous stays are usually excellent, this was pretty disappointing for our family. If it would have been longer than a 1 night stay, I probably would have asked for a new room and maybe even some compensation for our issues, but we just got through the stay and moved on.

    Staff was nice enough to offer early check in however the only room available was a designated disabled person room which was unclean with a staunch odor of urine. In addition we were told because our stay was during a holiday that housekeeping services were not available. The entire purpose of a hotel is to facilitate the needs of guests during the entire stay regardless of a holiday or not and the rooms should be clean regardless of it being a disabled person designated room or not. People travel and utilize hotels especially during the holidays so to say the least, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    It was a little confusing because and other hotel is in the driveway you have to take so you have to drive around to the backside. I didn’t know that Hilton bought the Hampton Inn franchise so that was a little confusing but the front desk evening staff were SUPER KIND and VERY HELPFUL when I needed a late check out after getting back to the hotel being at the hospital. They were the best thing about the hotel.

    This hotel exceeded my expectations. There’s tons of places to eat to shop that are walkable distances. Very close to the mall. The Willowbrook mall is very nice. They have a variety of shopping. The hotel staff was very kind over the top. They gave you water bottles and chips when we checked in and they even let us in early because our flight was super early. I appreciate the kindness. I would definitely stay again if you’re thinking of booking definitely book! Just want to say the breakfast is top-notch probably the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel

    I had a 2 night stay at this hotel and I was very pleased. Everything from check in, cleanliness, noise level, to check out was great. Believe me I check out these things as soon as I check in. This was my first trip to Houston and Hampton Inn made my stay comfortable. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

    The staff are ok but the cleaning ladies are very rude to me and my kids, the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was not smelling good , I told the cleaning lady several times and she said she doesn’t do rooms on weekends, I ask for the stuff and had to clean it myself, I’m very disappointed in their behavior towards me , I’m not sure if it’s because I’m black , because I see how well they treated the other white families with kids.
