It was a great location, close to the place where I was attending an event, but about half the cost! It was also right across the street from the Galleria Mall, so I walked over there both nights to get food and get some walking in. After sitting all day in the event, I needed to move around! The room was also very large, and the bed was quite comfortable. Many times I don’t sleep well when I’m away from home, but I slept great here! I would wholeheartedly recommend it!! I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area. There was nothing about it that I didn’t like.

Extended Stay America Suites is located in a beautiful area with many beautiful places, restaurants, shops. The number is very big, clean and comfortable. The pool was closed

Location near the Galleria shopping and restaurants. The "breakfast" was quite lacking. Just a muffin, maybe instant oatmeal and coffee you had to dilute. No orange juice, milk, cereal which would add a selection at least. They have a kitchen why dont they use it? At LEAST offer us a breakfast sandwich we can microwave like a sausage biscuit or croissant

Our original booking was in a room near the back of the hotel. The smell of marijuana was everywhere. The smell in the elevator was unbearable. The room smelled dank and like wet ashes. After much debate, they finally agreed to move us to a 1 room suite at a discounted rate. Though the aesthetic was better, the thermostat was not working and the room was freezing. We couldn't get it above 67 degrees. Overall the staff was kind, Ro was very helpful in trying to make sure we were comfortable.

The new GM came towards the end of our stay and tried to show friendliness and customer appreciation but it was short-lived. The facility has changed in terms of customer experience since after the take over from the former owners. The rooms are not cleaned until 14 days after you check in. You needed to carry your dirty towels and bedding to the front desk to literally beg for replacement with new clean ones. You also need to literally beg for kitchen utensils to use in the apartment. Altogether the experience was nothing to write home about xompared to what it was previously.

The lights in the bathroom didn’t work and the staff were unable to stop the room opposite from being excessively noisy until 3am!

I love the location. It was around the corner from where I needed to be. I had an event to go to and it was perfect. There was no breakfast and the coffee stuff was not working very disappointed in the breakfast

Location is perfect for my business. The place is old and overpriced for its quality. You cannot sleep with wall-mounted AC's loud. The room was non-smoking but most of visitors smokes in front of doors. You can smell it. Their complimentary breakfast is not considered as a free breakfast. Just a coffee and a snack. It was the worst place for my 30 year hotel staying experience.

Accessibility. My room was clean but the elevators and stairwells smelled really bad. Poor customer service. The toilet didn’t work. When I called around 10pm to request someone to fix it, no one was on duty. When I requested to transfer to another room, the front desk receptionist said I can use the bathroom outside. So she wants me to get out of my room in the middle of the night if I had to use the bathroom and use the bathroom outside!
