Close to Discovery Green and Daiken Park.

Air condition in room didn't work both nights!! They sent help first night but second, just told noone available and if it was really bothering us, they would change us room like no big deal even though we have multiple kids and lot of luggage. To end the night lots of criminal activity going on outside the hotel with bunch of cops everywhere literally locking us up in our room. This was definitely the icing on the cake!! Never staying downtown area again it has became to dangerous for our family! Discovery Green park definitely not the same

Before we even entered the hotel we were greeted & assisted by the valet men, & they was not checking our car in! The whole building is very well kept & the restrooms in the lobby were spotless. The staff was very helpful & patient as the lobby became full because of a small storm. The two complimentary drinks a night, omg top tier! This is now my go to hotel when im traveling to Houston. I Love The Hilton Embassy Downtown Houston !

The location was great. Easy to use the 500 bus to get to the airport. The breakfast was good and the omelette was made for you . The hotel room was clean . The gym was clean had lots of good cardio machines and did have dumbbells and a cable machine but did lack the standard weights machines. The pool was lovely. Would have been nice to have been able to swim before 9am after the gym but it was well maintained .

We booked the property because of the large rooms, free deluxe breakfast, and close walking distance to the stadium. We have no complaints. Valet was crowded and you can tell they were working quickly to get everyone in/out. The gentleman was very helpful making sure we were able to pull in safely as we had an electric wheelchair. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall was a good experience and convenient if you are planning to go to the Houston rockets game, it is within 3 minutes. Unfortunately, parking lot is not an option, you have to pay for it.

Valet was a bit pricy- charged per night and not per car. Times we were told our car would be ready in 10min, but waited 20-30min. House keeping never came to our room. So I had to get towels, and ask for trash bags to be picked up. Other than that, wasn’t too bad.

Breakfast was great! My room and floor had the worst smell, I wanted to leave. The restroom wasn't so clean. Overall I won't be staying there again.

We were impressed with the elevators speed and efficiency. One (out of three) was constantly being repaired or out of order but that doesn't really take away points from my review. The rooms were phenomenal. Most places we stay at only have the bathroom and bedroom in a small space. We weren't expecting two rooms. A living room, with a bathroom and then a bedroom in the back. Very spacious, comfortable, and a nice place to live. Embassy Suites is now permanently on our list of great hotels to stay at. Thank you for providing us a wonderful room to stay for the weekend!

The staff was welcoming and friendly, but we never got a chance to attend the cocktail hour or breakfast due to our schedule. The room was spacious and fit our needs well.

Spacious room, could have been a little cleaner. Gym is very basic but has nice views. Pool seemed nice - did not go in, it was chilly. Staff was helpful when allowed. We arrived late for breakfast one day and an employee tried to give us leftovers they were going to throw away anyway and were not allowed. Next day I arrived right at breakfast closing time only to pick up juice and coffee, assuming it was completely closed like the day before and it was fully operating, weird? Moral of the story, they probably close more like 20min right after the stated closing time.

Excellent location and facilities. Came for the Hyrox, can’t beat walking short distance to venue. Loved fitness room- with an assault runner!! Price was hefty- $500 for one night!

Bathroom shower had not been cleaned. Womens hair products found in shower. Staff was very blunt, not friendly. Valet was terrible. Missed a birthday dinner reservation because we waited over 45 minutes for them to never bring out our vehicle.

Our room was large and clean. The computers were down when we arrived so it took a while to get checked in since the line was so long and once we were in our room another guest walked in and stated they’d checked in with their phone to the Same room as us. All was good. Breakfast had a large selection and the bar area looked nice. The location was ideal for downtown and convenient

The staff were amazing, very attentive staff & a very beautiful hotel to stay at! Valet parking was excellent & fast, even when it was packed & raining they still managed to get everyone in & out quick! Definitely 10/10

We were given the wrong room the day we arrive. The front desk who made the mistake never apologies and it had to be brought to higher management to fix the issues the next day. The parking was not clearly specifically enough explain and had to pay 100 in parking somewhere else.

(I don’t like seeing chipped tile or things of that nature.) Pool was nice a few bigs inside. Happy Hour could use a little more sprucing up. It was DRY. Drinks were okay..

Now I was here with my family to run in the Chevron Marathon. On Marathon day we took the “sleeping in” sign off the door so we could get the room cleaned. We left the room before 8 am and returned just before 2 pm. The room was still not cleaned. Went downstairs and spoke to some lady at the front desk. Don’t remember her name but it was just before 2 pm. She was very rude when I explained I just ran, was tired and was hoping to come back to a clean room. She said well they were cleaning check outs first ansi said I understand but we’ve been gone all day. I asked her for clean towels. By 3 pm we still did not get them and had to call down again and finally by 330 we got them. So I sat around not only in an unclean room, but in sweaty Marathon clothes waiting on clean towels for over an hour due to her.

Also found a pair of worn children’s underwear, socks, and tshirt in the drawer when looking for an extra blanket. I don’t have children; and there was no extra blanket. The ac is also out of balance. It was freezing in the front room and hot in the bedroom; yes the vents were open. I would recommend a different hotel to anyone who stays in downtown Houston.

It is a nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast, but the lady who cleaned our room, she forgot finish her job, she cleaned our two beds but left the other bed untouched, she didn’t take care our trash cans either.

They charged $60 for parking with Valet. There was no other option at this hotel. So be prepared to pay up a lot for parking. Room air conditioning was terrible.

Everything was good , I just wished they had let us know in advance that the valet parking was $65 since when we got there I asked where we could park and they said they had valet but never mentioned how much it was .

Staff was amazing and great. Only issue was the battery for the room key on the door died and it took 30 minutes to get access to our room and for the battery in the lock to get replaced.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Embassy Suites location. I have stayed here once before and remember loving it and this time I got a larger room and stayed longer. The staff were all super friendly and helpful I will definitely be back again. I loved all the upgrades.

It was good but the refrigerator was falling out of place, the toilet would make noise, the shower had a continuous drip even when I turned it off. The one thing I found odd was on each persons name bade was the country they came from. To me this didn’t matter everyone is equal.

Everything was great except for the cost of parking. I realize downtown is a premium but I must have missed that part of the reservation. I will be sure to investigate farther next time I book.

It was dated inside the room, like a retirement home. But clean, extremely friendly staff, very convenient parking and location. Breakfast was 3/10, like the cheapest hotel breakfast you’d experience, very busy, slow, basic and low quality-so I’d avoid that.

One night stay for the Rockets ball game. Service was great including valet parking, breakfast was buffet okey and bed was a little firm. Nice room lay and furnishings and loved the hotels Space City theme.

Location is perfect, across from Discovery Green, walking distance to many restaurants. Suite was very nice and roomy, very clean. Staff all were excellent. Loved their happy hour. Breakfast looked delicious but had a medical appointment so couldn’t eat. Overall, an excellent stay.

The breakfast and cocktail reception were nice touches and the valet was great. Getting in and out of the hotel was easy very little traffic on the roads and there were a lot of tourism options near by.

The only thing I was not satisfied was the complimentary drinks the Margaritas taste like water, first time this happens.

Would definitely stay here again! Only disappointed that the hot tub was out of order but otherwise, love the facility and close proximity to House of Blues for the night of our event!

Valet was TERRIBLE !! They left our lights on in our car Friday night and we went to get our car Saturday morning the battery was dead. My husband had to go with them to get someone to jump the car off. Now we have fault codes on in my new car. This morning we went to check out at 945 and they had lost our keys. The front desk clerk told me they would refund my valet fees but when she called a manager,she said they were t refunding anything very rude in the phone and my husband was standing there. We waited 2.5 hours for my car and my husband finally found it with the help of our life 360 app. The older man that was there was EXTREMELY helpful !! The front desk associate wasn’t very friendly and N definitely shouldn’t be in a manager position !!

My family and I were in town for an Astros game and this hotel is conveniently located to the stadium. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great! We asked for additional bedding and it was delivered to our room quickly. The only issue we had was the valet area. There were quite a few cars and we had to loop around a few times in order to drop off our vehicle and not block traffic. Other than the slight parking issue, everything was great!

I can’t say more good things about this hotel, and their staff. Unfortunately, they do not provide parking, so about five blocks away you will pay $22 a night to park. They have a great valet service, but I found it to be a little more than I wanted to spend, you’ll spend $60 a day on valet.

The place is cute and the views are amazing but one think I didn’t like it was that inside my room was a cockroach walking on the walls like nothing .

The only cons I have for the facilities is the furniture in the rooms could use an upgrade and the TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV. The faucet in the tub needs to be upgraded. The water pressure was too low and the tub drained very slow. One light switch controllled all lights which was a bit inconvenient. I'm guessing its to save energy, which I get and support. Overall, the stay was pretty good. No major complaints.

Great place to stay. Room was nice and spacious. Beds were thick and comfy and so well made up with 5 white pillows .The breakfast was very good. I have stayed here twice with my family. We will come back for sure. Nice location.

Overall, a good property that is conveniently located next to the Toyota Center. It was also walking distance to a great park area and Daikin Park. What I did not like was waiting over an hour at check-in. The front desk clerk kept checking with the manager, but the manager never came out to explain the situation to me. A free appetizer is not enough for that long of a wait! They need to accommodate guests arriving a lot better.

Very good complimentary breakfast. Parking is expensive, the only direct option with the hotel is a very overpriced valet. The parking garage attached to the building had openings,

I loved how close the property was to the Toyota center. Wish there was a shuttle to/from the airport. That would have made the stay perfect.

The hotel was extremely clean and spacious!! Also very close to all the things we wanted to do in Houston!

Loved this hotel and will stay here again! That being said, I do have suggestions. Valet personnel does not open car door for you and no one was there to help my fiance with the luggage when she checked in and since it's hot outside, I would expect the car to be running and the A/C on before I get in the car.

Stayed for a cheer comp. It was convenient and close to the convention center. We loved the breakfast that was included and they had fountain drinks not just coffee and juice!

Room and hallways were and smelled very clean. Stayed at a corner high floor city view and room was extremely spacious and view was completely worth it!! Loved it! Only valet parking $60ish a night but there is a city parking lot right across and another garage next to hotel in which you can pay $30 a night.

My go to place every time I’m on staycation! This hotel has it all, and their evening reception and free breakfast is amazing! Everything you can possibly need or want to do is walkable. Love Embassy Suites!!!

Friendly staffs. Service was great. All the staffs were happy to helped us or answered any questions. Breakfast was fantastic. Made to order pancake and omelette. There’s waffle station but I didn’t try it. Buffets choice of home fried potatoes, bacons, turkey sausages, pork sausages, very moist, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. Our room was clean and spacious. The suites included TVs in both living room and bedroom, microwave, coffee maker, fridge (it was too cold that it froze our water and salad and there’s no way to control the temperature), couch, small dining table. Our stay was comfortable. It was easy to get to from airport. We took Uber, about 30 minutes away. We chose the embassy because our daughter has to compete at George Brown convention center and it’s about 6 minutes walk through the park. Great restaurants surrounding the area. We tried the Grotto and Pappadeaux. Both were delicious.

Clean room good location. They just need to update the bathrooms in the rooms and offer ability to steam to the TVs.

The breakfast was amazing. The evening reception was a great benefit. Our room was very clean and nice. Staff was always great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. During our first night we put food in the minifridge in the room and the next day everything was frozen. We found that the whole fridge was iced over. We called the front desk and within and hour the fridge was replaced.

We loved everything about this hotel stay except the lavk of bathroom privacy since the doors are sliders and do not completely close. Also there was no blankeys or pillows for the pull out couch bed. Breakfast and happy hour were great!

When came back room still wasn’t available, so we waited about an hour in half. They finally had a room available. I appreciate they allowed us to check in early so we could wash up and rest before we met up with some friends.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and location of hotel to attraction can’t be beat.

Only issue we had was the nightly noise up until 2am. Drivers with loud music was a constant and what sounded like motorcycles or loud mufflers. Possibly drag racing during late hours. Plus side was the fabulous breakfast! Made to order omelettes, French toast, scrambled eggs, potatoes and biscuits and gravy and other items on the menu. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise it's a great hotel and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Thanks to the shuttle driver who took us to the movie theater! 😊

My parents and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great both mornings, and the evening receptions were a good start to our evenings. The hotel was clean, as well as our rooms, and the staff was always available for anything.

The property was walkable to the Houston Astros ballpark and very close to a cute park. The drive to the Houston Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk was easy as well. The breakfast was well stocked and had good food. The outdoor 3rd floor pool was fun as well.

Our stay here was great for our grandson’s wedding. They were very welcoming and honored our request to have all our family rooms on the same floor. Just a note on heads up to be ready to pay for parking. Valet service is the way to go. Everyone was so helpful. The suites were comfortable and worked for all our grandkids to visit. It was very close ( walking distance) to rehearsal restaurant Pappadeaux’s seafood and steak, which worked great. The Hear Say restaurant next to hotel was also great food ☺️.

It was just okay, will stay somewhere else next time. Room was ran down and the closet smelled like cat pee.

The staff was very friendly, beautiful downtown view both day & night. Celebrated anniversary and was blessed with a complimentary dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food was good in the restaurant. Just a heads-up valet parking only.

Property was clean and the staff was great. Pool has a nice breeze being higher up and out of the sun mostly. Only down fall is the traffic noise you can hear that was really loud until midnight and after.

Great location. Really close to everything downtown. The only downsize is that there is a lot of noise outside during night time and you can hear it.

Short walk to the convention center. Excellent buffet breakfast and happy hour (including cocktails) in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space.

The only drawback was that we could not get to sleep due to the street noise. Next time will get a room opposite from the downtown view.

Really great hotel with great breakfast and the cocktail hour was nice too! Only problem was one stain on our sheets when we arrived, but the concierge was able to get us new sheets when we requested so it was no problem!

Everything was excellent! The rooms were large and bathrooms were beautiful. The location was great,everything was nearby. Each time we visit University of Houston that will definitely be our hotel of choice.

We paid for Valet parking because their was no other parking for the hotel and my husband just noticed that his truck has a big hit on the drivers bumper side n we don’t know for sure if the valet driver hit something n just didn’t say because my husband just saw it right now. Can you all check your cameras.

Fantastic hotel stay. Breakfast was great quick and easily accessible. Parking is the only reason there are not all 5 stars. After getting familiar with the area I would absolutely stay here again. Gorgeous spacious rooms with clean amenities and nice furnishings.
