What an amazing experience compared to the rest of my trip due to airline and airport issues. The staff were understanding and kind and did either could to make my trip—without my luggage—great! I’m very grateful to the staff and the room was clean, gorgeous and so restful for me! Thanks so much!

the hotel seemed dated, the staff was wonderful especially the bellmen and housekeepers. the noise from outside the hotel was borderline unacceptable and I was on the 11th floor. I had to double check the window to see if it was open at first.

But the Four Seasons no longer has the 5 star service it had when I was younger. They need to address that, retrain, and use spotters to root out those that don't make the cut.

Felt let down on the quality of my room for the price I paid room was nothing special bar was under staffed and it took forever to get a drink my room was not ready when I checked in so I missed my dinner reservation

I can’t believe that four seasons would put their name on this hotel. The staff is great and the rooms are nice but it’s in a bad part of town and there’s no soundproofing. The pool area is so sad.

I have stayed at many four seasons and it is always a lovely experience. This is the exception. I don’t know how they even can call the four seasons. I would say it’s more of a best western type situation. When you first come onto the property, the planters are filled with garbage and dirt. The building is brick dark sad with low ceilings. Even though I booked a two bed room, the person at the front desk. Thought I should be in a one bedroom and said it was better. Upon entering the room, the ceiling in the bathroom is so low that you can touch it. And when you look up to look at the ceiling, you realize that all of the paint is peeling off. Furthermore in the bathroom, the sink area is Plastic and the bathroom is tiny with no bathtub. The lights next to the bed didn’t work at all. And the air-conditioning was either freezing or humid. There is no in between. The windows were so dirty that if you touch them with your finger, your finger would turn black. There are no fresh flowers. The shampoos were kind of haphazardly put away. And it’s just a miserable uninspired crappy hotel room. They should be ashamed that they’re calling it a four seasons. Housekeeping makes the bed in a haphazard way. There is no attention to detail.And the service is the same. When I went downstairs just to buy a Coke. They simply handed me a can of Coke. I then asked for a glass of ice. They handed me a plastic cup with a little bit of ice in it. Simple things like they had a coffee machine downstai

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. Exactly what you’d expect of a Four Seasons in a city. It is downtown however. It is ideal for going to events at the stadium but the area wasn’t great for walking around for other exploring.

I wasn't happy that, while traveling with my teenage daughter, the first receptionist who checked us in assigned us a room with just one bed. Fortunately, another receptionist was able to find us a different room with two beds.

location to the CERAWeek conference, the Toyota Center, and in general, it was far away from rush hour traffic. Room service was poor and very slow. Even the café, Bayou and Bean, had slow service. There is not enough variety on the menu either.

Location The lobby is under expectation, it doesn't reflect the name of the hotel "Four Seasons". Also the bathroom. I couldn't sleep well because of the annoying noises coming from outside, windows must have sound proof.

The only thing negative was that the spa services were all booked up and we couldn’t get a massage, but other than that, it was a perfect small get away for me and my husband. The staff was soooo friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, the room so perfect.

Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was really too fancy and pricey for feeding hungry teens. I suppose I should've known this hotel is best for fancy people doing fancy things.

Where do I begin? The level of service and cleanliness at the Four Seasons hotel in Houston did not meet my expectations. Despite contacting them in advance with a few straightforward requests, they were unfortunately not fulfilled. Additionally, cleanliness in the common areas was an absolute nightmare.

Four seasons is an amazing hotel from our experience. Each and every employee had immaculate customer setvice, it was noticeable. Quality of the room is top-notch. You pay for it the quality, but rest assured it is there. Corner room was awesome.

Fun and funky on the inside - I was very comfortable there, I got upgraded, which was amazing, and really enjoyed the stay.

The Hotel seems somewhat dated. The two bedroom suite was big, but empty. No amenities. The elevator noise made it impossible to sleep in one of the bedrooms. AC was noisy and bad. Two coffee cups for 4 people. Way too expensive for what it was. Would never stay there again unless it was a quarter of the money.

I inquired three times before they finally said "sorry for the confusion and gave me my room. Also, I did not receive maid service until after 24 hours after check in, AND I had to request it. The experience was far below what I have come to expect of Four Seasons.

First time staying at this hotel, we were very pleased! Our room was very clean, bed was so comfy! Pool was fun, our kids had a blast there! Steak house Toro Toro was EXCELLENT! Our waitress Arllett ( w/ the curly hair ) was OFF THE CHAIN! Will return!!

This is a four star hotel. The service, at all levels, was sub-par. Check in, restaurant, bar, room, etc. Worst Four Season's I've ever stayed at. That being said, it's not *bad* ... just not Four Seasons. Think more like a regular Hilton.

Overall a very nice hotel. Very close to Phoenicia Specialty Foods and Toyota Center. Lunch Saturday at Toro Toro was very good, but the service was slow.

Newly renovated rooms! Hotel is very Clean. It is Great for family as it has golf, football, baseball, soccer, hockey and zombie dodge ball simulators! It also has a nice rooftop pool. The kids love it. Customer service is excellent.

I thought the overall aesthetic was slightly dated but no so much to cause me to not recommend or return.

The room is not up to date. The bed is old and squeaks. I asked to borrow a charger and I was told to buy it without giving me the option of bringing my phone to the front desk to charge. The customer service rep didn’t even bother to ask another person before saying no. The lobby is renovated and it looks good, but no phone chargers available. The restaurant and room service staff were very pleasant.

Hotel is very dated and in need of renovations. Not representative of Four Seasons - damaged furniture, dingy carpet & drapes. Lobby & restaurant were wonderful. A local shared the secret of the burger & it was fabulous.
