Central location, next to Bismarckplatz that has public transport to anywhere in the city, as well as Hauptstrasse that lead to city historic quarter Room is small and not clean when arrive. Sunflower seeds shell spotted on top of radiator and headboard of bed is covered with dust. Door is not tightly closed and has poor noise insulation. Footsteps from the corridor can awake you at night

Close to public transport and tourist attractions Hot water was not working properly. Room needed maintenance. Very loud music from the downstairs bar cafe

Spacious rooms and very clean! This location is perfect and close to downtown Heidelberg! Check in is at a different hotel across the street. Wasn’t an issue but may be inconvenient for some. There was also no elevator which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for someone that has difficulty getting up and down stairs.

Location is great, just few minutes walking to the old city, room was nice and big enough for all of us, breakfast was delicious.

The central location- the easy access to all points of interest in the city. The car park facilities extremely difficult to find - it also required extreme diligence and caution to drive around an extremely narrow route to the lowest level park used for hotel clients. We eventually found somewhere to park - however to our dismay we received a parking ticket stuck to our car the very next morning. Not a particularly pleasant experience…
