Nice location and well parking place.

The hotel was really nice. The breakfast was very complete and buffet style. The best was the location, at the very heart of Heidelberg and next to the bus stations. The staff was vert friendly and helpful as well.

Our stay was disappointing. I used a "free parking" filter on Booking.com to find this hotel, but when we arrived, the receptionist informed us it was an extra cost. Luckily, we'd already parked nearby at Europäischer Hof, which turned out to be €19 per night. The sauna wasn't running; you have to tell them to fire it up, which takes 30 minutes. And the room was literally crooked, with the floor rising towards the windows. I get that it's an old, authentic building, but they could compensate for the angles of the bed and furniture. Plus, it was very noisy outside, and sleeping was tough given the double bed was also crooked and uncomfortable. It's acceptable, but definitely not 4-star quality. I'd try to avoid it, especially if you're traveling with a family.

It is a beautifully decorated hotel in a good location. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a really good selection of delicious food for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and efficient.

Location There are several short steps throughout the lobby which caused me to miss them and stumble several times.

The person at the front was super friendly The bathroom wasn’t clean. A lot of hairs in the bathtub. The mirror was dirty.

Nice and friendly staff, diversified and tasty breakfast. The extremely small and non-functional bathroom, the door opened hitting the bathtub, the toilet was positioned between the tub and the wall in a very narrow space. The sink was in the room not in the bathroom, the window was in an interior courtyard very close to the neighboring building.

Great hotel, absolutely fabulous staff at all times attentive, friendly and welcoming. Very clean and spacious room. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices, all delicious. The location is very close to the Bismarcksplatz the transport hub of trams and buses. A short walk brings you to the centre of the Old Town with its restaurants, shops and Taverns. I would have no hesitation in returning to this Hotel. There’s no bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice continental breakfast with a great selection of pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, and fruit. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. The gym is under renovation so it currently consists of just a leg press in a very warm room.

I added my card number to the booking however i had to pay with an other one because the system or ( staff) could not manage it online. Said that something has been changed on the page however I have a feeling this happened because of human error.
