Location is excellent, very convenient, I believe its main street, where there are shops for almost everything, restaurants etc. location, wifi, cleanliness

The location was great. The room services. Even though there was a button for room services they told me that I had to ask for it one day before.

Nice rooms, great view and really pleasant customer service from the hotel staff. Although we did not utilize the hotel facilities due to short stay, the room itself was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Don’t bother booking a suite. Disco on top went until 02.00 am. No sleep.

The location is in a prime spot in the city, the beds were comfortable with great pillows, the view is stunning, rooms are very updated with heated floors in the bathroom and light sensors for if you get up to use the bathroom during the night. The facility is breathtaking. We had a slight issue with our room and the receptionist was very quick to resolve the issue. The pictures are what you get, and you also have multiple amenities that are quite amazing.

The sofa for the third person was not so clean and at the time of our arrival the parking of the hotel was full,so we had to use another parking nearby.

Good location if you are interested in being near central Heidelberg and shopping area. Breakfast was good. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming! Couch bed was very uncomfortable for my 3rd guest.

Staff not trying or very nice. They don't clean the room unless you notify them by 6 am. No one informed us of the procedure when we arrived so the room wasn't cleaned.

Property was beautiful, loved the room and the bed was very comfortable. Parking overflow was offsite, although not too far away with a larger vehicle it was a bit more difficult.

The checkin was a nightmare. We were supposed to checkin at 3pm but the room was not ready even by 4:30pm which was very inconvenient given we were running on a tight schedule.

Housekeeping were really bad and we had to ask daily to clean up the room. There is a wrong system in managing the house keeping
