Te location is 10/10 no question, I booked a room with a bath tub and took a screenshot of my booking. Later I got a room without a bathtub. Afterwards I got a different, not as nice room without a bathtub. They said it’s “shower OR bathtub” but in my screenshot it said “bathtub”. They switched rooms but the room I got then was unfortunately not worth the money I paid. The staff was very helpful and tried their best, overall it was just not convincing. If it was cheaper then it would’ve still be worth it..

Great location for a short stay in Heidelberg close to the old town and a comfy quiet room and pet friendly The carpark was a 5 min walk to the hotel but at least the car is secure in underground carpark so not too much of a negative

Really nice staff and perfect location. You are basically in the heart of the city. Be aware that the parking garage is not suitable for larger cars The Toilet Flush was broken and needs to be fixed. Easy fix though.

The location is halfway between the main train station and the university, what makes it very practical. Breakfast was good with a variety of different foods. Internet connection in my room was unreliable and slow. Maybe it was a problem with that spot, but it was annoying.
