Gorgeous, luxurious rooms and restaurants. This hotel holds the standard for pure class. The reception at times could be a bit snooty - maybe because we don’t speak German, but overall the staff, especially in dinning and the bar, were fantastic

Location was excellent. Staff is amazingly friendly. Room was spacious and immaculate. Bathroom was luxury to the max! Hotel was just really nice overall and they clearly cared a lot about your comfort. Highly recommend. The wifi was pretty bad and the beds were a bit harder than I like. But those are quibbles. It's still a really nice place.

Marvelous building feels like something from a Wes Anderson film. Room was luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast options were extensive and quality. Really enjoyed the spa and unique pool set up. Neighborhood is near the university, good mix of shops and restaurants. Moderate walk to the peak tourist areas. The structure is historic and full of character but also some of the floors are uneven. This was fine for us, but may be a more of a challenge for visitors with mobility limitations

My room was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel overall was luxurious and very impressive and I loved the beautiful Christmas decor. The staff treated me very well and was helpful. Breakfast was just lovely. I appreciated the parking garage right next door. Added bonus ~ pet friendly! I was able to have my dog with me. N/A

friendly , welcoming staff The room was dusty and had spider webs in the corner of the ceilings and also there was dust on the floor. The toilet seat had an unpleasant smell The bathtub / shower needs renovation The breakfast area was too warm

The room was fantastic, the bar cosy and the staff very friendly. Good breakfast. the restaurant could have been a bit more cosy and we had to wait a long time before we got our food. the management wasn't good there...
