This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean.

The only issue i really had about here was that 1) they dont move bed frames and it is filthy there. 2) the room next to us was VERY LOUD. They normally have a signage saying 10pm to 7 am quiet time but the room near me was loud till 1 am.. so i kept waking up. I dont know if they were on the phone or talking to someone who they came with. But was really loud. I was too tired to even call front desk. Everything overall looks clean and newer. The 24/7 coffee/tea was excellent.

Frankie at check in was very accommodating. The room was clean but drain in bathroom sink was slow to drain and one of the seat cushions had slits in the fabric which was reported to from desk.

This is a great super modern style place to stay. Not %100 clean but not disgusting. Just need some something in shower to kill the red mold. haha. W wish the pool was open later as the main reason we booked it over others is the indoor pool and it was closed earlier than most. The pool hours aren't advertised on hotels.com so we kind of felt swindled of the extra money for an amenity that we didn't get. Either the hotel need to keep the pool open for regular hours or they need to make it clear that they close them earlier than most. We have learned to check before paying up for this amenity next time. haha

Parking lot is relatively small for the popularity of the property. We were pulling a 16' trailer and had a little challenge parking but would stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. Conveniently located, plenty of parking, very clean inside, awesome breakfast with lots of variety, and nice amenities! Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
