    We checked in for 4 nights. Room was a good size however to sleep 7 it only had 3 beds. Breakfast was just ok. While hot food available the daily menu didnt change much. Not enough seating for being full several nights. Biggest issue was our room was not cleaned during our stay. After day 3 I questioned why it wasnt cleaned. Front Desk said they didnt know but gave fresh towels and more toilet paper. Next morning we left for the day to the amusement park only to come back around 8p to find our room door propped open with the deadbolt by the cleaning crew leaving our room open to the whole hotel all day while we were out. This isn't acceptable. I went down to the front desk and the guy at the desk said no housekeeping was available to speak with and no Mgr either. No resolution or response regarding this huge issue. Besides leaving our room open they didnt even clean it, they took out our dirty towels and trash but didnt vacuum, change sheets make beds etc.

    Stayed with family. Property was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was really good with multiple choices. Room was clean with nice bathroom and amenities. Property was close to restaurants and shopping. Went to multiple yard sales while visiting this area and people were friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again if in area. Only con was no business center available.

    The hotel was ideally located and convenient to the interstate. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. We were very happy with the room and also the hotel grounds for walking our little dog. Breakfast was also very nice.

    We slept well. The room was comfortable and clean. There were ample towels and washcloths. The TV didn't work at first, but staff helped fix it. I think someone who stayed before us had plugged a device into it.

    I came to Virginia for my nieces graduation on May 30th. It was four of us . We drove from another state the day before and drove back. All 4 of us stayed in the same room for the night. 1 King size bed and a roll out sofa queen size. Enough space in the room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea and chocolate

    It was not great this time. They served chicken sausage that looked bad. The prepared food didn't look good overall. The waffle maker was popular of course. I just had some cereal. It worked, but breakfast was not a highlight.

    Our first room smelled like marijuana upon entry. We switched and ended up in a smaller room- beds were not comfortable and the rollaway they brought us was unusable. My son went in the pool/hot tub and woke up with a rash and swollen face. Breakfast was subpar compared to similar hotels. I would not recommend staying here.

    Nice place, recently renovated, rooms were in good condition. Staff were mixed between good and bad. Whoever manages this place likely needs to spend more time with the staff. Front desk specifically. Elevators were terrible. At one point both were out, used the stairs, not a big deal, but annoying they know it’s a problem and just live with it. The staff mentioned it’s been like that for a while. Giving a decent rating as the rooms are what mattered to me for staying one night, but not sure I’d want to be there much longer.

    This was not our best hotel stay. Family of four with two adults and two young children. Room size and layout was good. But the hotel was clearly understaffed. We requested housekeeping service and it did not happen during our stay. Elevators were broken (one was broken the entire trip and one worked off and on), trash overflowing. The shower temperature control would not work. My husband had to find a trick where he turned the shower on, and then off until the correct temperature was found. It was clear that staffing was an issue. The young woman at the front desk was kind but she could not overcome the general staffing issue and turnover of the rooms. Elevators did not have their annual inspections shown (last was 2023) which may explain why they were not working.

    I booked a one room with 2 queen beds and was told that because I booked with a third party (Expedia)that they didn’t have any rooms available with 2 queens bed instead got a king and a sofa bed. Not what I booked but ok. Our room was next to the ice machine and every time someone used it we would here everything!! Walls must be super thing or something. Barely got any sleep…..

    The air conditioning unit was very nosey. The tv we couldn’t get to go to Chanel’s, the bathroom seat is too low for someone that has issues. The pillows are to soft and bed felt slanted to wall that your head was down. The buffer breakfast was good

    I love this chain of properties! From the moment you walk in you literally smell all the freshness. The complimentary breakfast was amazing, the beds are so comfy and they even have a heated pool. Definitely will come back here when in town.

    Nothing I couldn't wait to get out. The breakfast was cold, no water at all for breakfast or to refill bottle, Not even in the gym, there was a sticking bug pad under the bed full of roaches. The elevator wasn't working. The room was hot and damp. Felt like going into a pool area. It was horrible.

    We went to use the pool area, but it smelled like mildew and was musty. The hot tub water was kind of brown, and the chart on the wall said the last time the pool was checked was Dec 15- the date of our visit was Jan 30. We talked to the staff, who called management, and they said they do check the water quality everyday, and that the sign was just outdated because they could not remove the previous date. My friend used her finger and was able to rub the ink off... anyway, we did not have great confidence in the water quality of the pool facility.

    Breakfast was great with many food options. My kids loved making waffles! The hotel is located close to restaurants and other stores. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, and the room was a good size to fit our family of 4. Thanks. We have no complaints.

    Room was spacious but definitely in need of updating and a deeper clean. We had a pile of crumbs that had attracted ants and had to ask for a vacuum to clean it up. The room was also lacking extra bedding for the sofabed. It was a good location, and ok for one quick night stay but I wouldn’t recommend much more.

    The property was under construction with limited parking. Construction continued until eight thirty at night. One of the elevators didn't work at all the other one only worked half the time. The air didn't work in the hallways, the stairwell, or the elevator. This is acceptable, when paying over two hundred dollars a night.

    The property was under construction with limited parking. Construction continued until eight thirty at night. One of the elevators didn't work at all the other one only worked half the time. The air didn't work in the hallways, the stairwell, or the elevator. This is acceptable, when paying over two hundred dollars a night.

    We chose this property, in large part, for the indoor pool. I received two messages from the property after booking. They told me things about the check in process and the restaurants available nearby. They did not, however, mention that they are renovating and the pool is closed. Someone else in my party checked in and found out the pool would not be available. It was far too late at that point for us to find another place to stay that had a working indoor pool. I sent a message to the hotel as soon as i was told about the issue with the pool. They never responded. I sent another message to the parent conpany, Hilton, and requested a response. No one ever got back to me. The room was not nearly nice enough to make up for the lack of promised ammenities and the poor communication from the staff cements that I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

We did have a sink faucet in our room that was not installed, and even though we reported it, it was never repaired. Our room was very comfortable and clean and staff was very accommodating. Appears furniture in The breakfastroom is being replaced, and that is much needed... cushions on all seating were torn.

    Was not aware that it is under renovation. It needs it. Hope the 3rd floor wasn't touched yet as the bathroom in room 215 is terrible. Caulking in tube area is terrible, spout in bathtub is extremely loose and no amount of caulking will solve the possible water penetration into the wall. Peeling wallpaper, toilet seat terrible. Outlets and switches need to be checked. Staff, of what there was, was great. Breakfast set-up was excellent.

    The property, the service, excellent. Friday 11/4, her shift ended at 3pm. the svc agent did a marvelous job helping me out with all of our arrangements. Surprised my daughter, mission accomplished. The svc agent on Sat 11/5 when i arrived was so pleasant and ready for us. This visit as i said was spectacular!! Many thanks to everone this weekend.     I normally always try to stay at a Hampton Inn when possible, because I know it’s in good condition and clean, but mostly because the bed and pillows are always so comfortable. This was not the case at this Hampton Inn. This one is not in good shape, the beds and pillows were not comfortable and the linens were definitely not what is the norm at other Hampton Inns.
