This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The toilet would not flush. The blankets had burn holes in them. They were working on the room next door. We paid for 2 nights. Our room key didn’t not work the next day. When I asked if we could have an have late check out. I was told I would have to pay for another night for one extra hour. I will never stay at this hotel again. We will be back in the area in a couple of monțhs. Until pay the extra 30 dollars for the other hotel.

So first room I got smelled like smoke, second room, also smelled like smoke, but staff saw me walking to my car holding my nose and they came to say they're going to spray the room to try to get the smell out. Cold AC loved that

We work across the street and booked this Hotel for about a month until we could find an Apartment close to work. Staff were super nice to us and gave us a really good price for a month stay. Room was clean, nothing fancy, air conditioning worked really well due to the heat in Texas. It's located on the access road of main freeway. Great location & easy to find.

AC was locked at 76 and couldn’t be adjusted. Top sheets were dirty when we arrived missing TV remote.

We booked for two nights but left after one because it was so bad.

Had to move to a different room, because the non-smoking room smelled very smoky. The new room showerhead was a little lose, so water was on ceiling and floor. There was no remote nor wash cloths in the room. The location was fine and i wasn't far from where i was going, i don't mind coming back.

This place needs improvement. I chose a non smoke room and the one I got reeked of smoke, it had roaches and the smoke detector was covered up. Also the washer and dryer did not work. To top it off one of us got a pink eye from this place. Definitely not worth paying anything over $50 per stay.

Very pleasant. Just the usual noises from above us. We told the desk we didn't need anything and they would give us towels as we needed them. No problems! Very nice staff. We had a friend coming in and would check in late. They graciously held a room for him. He is 95yrs. young and certainly couldn't climb stairs.

Was given a room that I did not book, front desk took about 20 min to get me a room. The room was previously a smoking room as it smelled like cigarettes and plenty of cigarette buds where found in the room

The pillows are flat and offered little support. On the plus side , the mattress is encased with a whole mattress cover. The blanket has cigarette burns in it. Found someone’s else’s left over water in the fridge and used soap in the shower. But plentiful hot water and towels. This was a short notice booking so we got what we needed.

Terrible hotel people where fighting at night super loud and had people knocking at my door. I felt very unsafe, there didn’t provide us with a iron or hairdryer the furniture was worn out blankets had burns. Got a non smoking and it smelled like pot WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY THERE VERY UNSATISFIED

There was only 1 bath towel in the room. I was disappointed that the room had recently had a smoker who had stayed there. The smoke smell was quite strong.

Room was supposed to be smoke free but smelled like cigarettes and weed. Blankets had cigarette burns in them and the toilet wouldnt flush even after ingot a plunger from the front desk. Ac unit gan belt was loose and squeaking all night.

I was just getting off work just wanted to relax and it was quickly to check in and very nice. Enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t like my room was none smoking but yet it smelt like smoke. I asked to be moved to different room cause me and the boys as asthma they didn’t care about it. Seems like nothing but drug deals and prostitute go on ppl walking all night and & morning. Constantly had to watch my vehicle. Will never stay there again. But it was nice & clean .

Restroom design flaws. Toilet paper holder too far from the toilet. Sink faucet too close to wall so sink stopper does not work. Window screen pried open like someone tried yo break in from window. 3 small flaccid pillows for a king sized bed. Only one full sized bath towel provided. Road leading to entrance of location has many speed bumps.

The room was a smokers room, which we didn't specify ,so we were okay with that. The problem came when the bed sheets had cigarette burns. $76 for cigarette burned sheets and stains on tue sheets as well.

GARY is absolutely the rudest manager there on the property. I gave a recent honest review on managers attitude towards guest which sparked a conversation between him and I and his eagerness to wanting me to have hotels.com remove it. I said why should I remove it when it’s honesty that counts when writing a review. His reply was if I wasn’t going to remove the review then I would have to vacate and leave the property. Which I did just that. Just because you give us an option to pay in the evening does not meant I don’t take it in to account on how you treat me, my husband, employees, guest and the property. Secondly if you are rude I will tell you. I’m not fake about me or my feelings. He was definitely rude and don’t know how to run the property. He allows prostitution, drugs and also leaves the property nasty. The rooms have dirt everywhere. Under the beds around the baseboard and also above the beds headboard and windows. There’s masks under some beds from prior tenants and also a issue with plumbing in some rooms. Definitely let anyone in your room and does not pay attention to surveillance which our car had scratch marks and also tires popped by others there. Check in was easy. The wi-fi was down, but no fault of the hotel. The room wasn’t very clean. There was tobacco piled in the corner of the room & it smelled like marijuana.

The room was really dirty. The sheets has stains & cigarette burn holes. There was also black hair balls all over bathroom floor There was two of us and they gave us one towel and rag. When asked for another they acted like it was a huge problem.

Very hard to find entrance, clean but shower rod was damaged so water went everywhere when bathing. Light cover plates were missing and trash, used condoms laying in sight

There is no sign directing folks. That seems a small thing. Once I stumbled upon the entrance, I had to yell for the desk clerk over and over. The deabolt lock did not engage. I pushed a chair to the door, and flipped the guard. The room would not provide heat. It was a cold 68 degrees. I turned the unit off completely to avoid the cold. I could not find an extra blanket. The room was clean. Thanks

One of the very few nights out with my family and I book a hotel with two queen size one for me and my husband and one for the kids. When we get there there was nobody in the front office I waited for 30 minutes and my husband decided to call and that’s when somebody showed up, once he did I’ll make sure I ask for non-smoke room, and apparently they did give me a non-smoker but the room stink so bad my sons asthma was triggered by the smell. Let’s not even count the fact that I wanted to queen size and I only got two full-size beds. We got a motel room advertised as a hotel room, I guess you get what you pay for,

Pillows were uncomfortable as they were fluffy and we both could not adjust well on them to sleep soundly. We did like that the stairs were lit and their security cameras observed stairs and parking lot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Parking was extremely tight. Once we found a spot and got our big truck parked, we didn’t want to move until time to leave because we didn’t know if there would be a spot when we got back. There are no restaurants nearby, so we had Doordash deliver.
