The staff were accommodating and polite, many delicious options at breakfast. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. I always love the coffee machine that makes fresh every time, always available in the lobby.

Excellent front desk clerk. Friendly and helpful. Very clean room. No coffee makers in rooms. Very soft pillows. No decent restaurants close by. Was all fast food, Subway, etc. So we ordered DoorDash.

The sink did not drain and it continued to be clogged after we asked for it to be fixed. The blinds were broken. The water pressure was very low. There were some ants and spiders in the room.

Very nice spacious room. We were there for tournaments and washer and dryer were available. This was so handy. Breakfast was mid yet not horrible.

Location was good. Hotel wasn't clean-seems run down. carpets were stained. Elevators were dirty. hard floors were dirty. It was severely understaffed, I only saw one staff member period the entire stay.

Hotel was fine, area around the hotel was a little rough looking but not bad. Food was around the area close by and gas station as well

We had a clean and comfortable stay, and the breakfast had a variety of things to eat for my kids. Overall great stay for 5 days with two kids.

Had to trade rooms twice and really needed to a third time but at the point we were at didn't figure it would make a difference. The 1st 2 rooms had filthy beds the 3rd room bathroom sink wouldn't drain the plug strip between the 2 beds was junk they were worn out and wouldn't hold plugs in 110 outlets or usb ports for charging phones

Upon arrival, at 8pm, there were 4 other people waiting to check in, but no feont desk person in sight. After 10 minutes of waiting, i called the number and could hear it ring in the back office but nobody answered. Until i called again did somebody answered and made it to the front desk.

The bed was clean and very comfortable! And, the shower water stayed hot and had great pressure! A coffee pot in the room would be nice! Luckily the hotel is next door to a Dunkin Donuts!

The staff were all very professional and nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. But the floors throughout the lobby and elevators were filthy. I was concerned when we checked in that the room would be gross too. But our room was nice and clean.

The a/c in our room was leaking. I did inform the front desk and they provided towels to place on the floor since they didn’t have another room to move us to. Which I didn’t mind at all. Also, the water pressure in the shower was horrible.

I did speak to front desk about some things that were not working in my room like one of the lights, the air vent in the restroom and a light switch in the bathroom that looked like it was coming off and the issues didn't get addressed, also the kitchen staff on week days were yelling at each other from the hallway and did not keep the breakfast lines filled, people kept having to request refilling the potatoes and bacon and eggs.

The staff,cleaning, breakfast and the parking was great.

The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well. It needed to be unstopped.

Room ac was so loud it sounded like a diesel truck toilet was leaking water fridge and a bad odor all my food went bad and staff didn’t do anything to try and make it right never again!

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill – Ft. Worth was very pleasant. The staff were welcoming and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a good night’s rest. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety of options to start the day. The location was convenient and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fort Worth area.

Every day there was such an amazing breakfast. So nice to leave the hotel and venture out with a full stomach. The hotel manager, Dhrumin Patel, was one of the nicest people I have ever met. He gave us wonderful recommendations on things to do and the names of great restaurants. He was so friendly and checked in on us whenever he would see us walking through the lobby. All the staff were wonderful. Very clean rooms and a very comfy bed. We even swam in the pool and had a great time. I highly recommend this hotel. The coffee was the best. I had 2 giant cups every morning. Hi Dhrumin! You so totally rock dude. You made our stay perfect! Matt & Kim

Every time we have stayed at this hotel chain we have been extremely impressed. We especially enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, clean room, amenities and comfortable beds. The help were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Front desk was very nice. Breakfast attendants didn’t seem too be especially happy to be there but I guess we all have bad days sometimes. I would stay here again

Our recent stay at Holiday Inn Express was very pleasant. From the time we checked in to checking out, the staff was amazing. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Parking lot is well lit and there is a parking/security on-site during the evening. We would stay and again and highly recommend.

Strong mildew smell and fire alarm went off when we were sleeping. Thankfully just here for one night.

The hotel was very clean, it was quiet and comfortable. The front desk girl was very pleasant. They even offer paper plates and forks. Breakfast was very good, only wish it was offer little earlier since the boys ball game was really early. The room service was done quick too. We were out by 7:30am for the ball games, came back after 2:30p and the room was clean for us, they even help us take our last night dinner trash out.

Property was convenient and clean.

Manger was the best came around and talked to everyone made you feel like family.

My stay here was great no complaints the staff, the complimentary breakfast, the room all were great!! I definitely would recommend if passing through the area if you need a stay for a few nights.

Well kept …safe area… clean….no complaints from my crew and we stayed 3 nights

Everything was great. We needed more linens and those were brought immediately. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t top tier. There were crumbs and hair behind doors and the walls in the bathroom needed wiped down very badly.

The hotel was very nice and clean and looked fairly new. Front desk was kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh and had plenty of options. Room was nice and comfortable and had a nice TV with DirecTV which surprised me. Most hotels have cable. Wish we had a walk-in shower but the shower/tub combination was manageable since the tub had a lower clearance than most. Was nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom as well. Room was clean and well kept and everything in the room was in great to new condition. It was quite cool outside in the mornings and the thermostat in the rooms and the whole building kept us warm. It felt good. Parking lot was big and plenty of space. Entrance was from the back of the building instead of the front from the street but that was a good thing since there was construction on the interstate in the area. Was very happy with our stay. I chose this location because it made it easier to get to from the highway even if we had to drive a little way to get to our location for the game at AT&T Stadium.

The hotel charged $75 twice for incidentals, $150. I contacted them several times about this on Thursday, August 8, 2024, and Friday, August 9. 2024. The office clerk swore it would be corrected. After not hearing anything for hours the first night, I had to call back only to be told those charges weren't seen. I even provided proof. That Friday, I contacted my bank who also saw both charges almost 10 minutes apart. I contacted the hotel again to speak to the GM, which is what I was told to do the previous day only to be told there was no GM available. I contacted corporate who told me they would handle it and call me back only to never receive a call back. I am very disappointed in how I was handled, how the situation seemed to be disregarded, and I was repeatedly told the funds would eventually be returned when $150 was never supposed to be debited in the first place. This was an inconvenience.

People above us were noisy. The room doors slam so every time someone went out of their room on the whole floor you could hear it. Stood at front counter for 10 min til someone showed up when we checked in at 8:30pm

This is my second stay and they have been consistent with fresh hot breakfast options clean rooms and a friendly staff I also like that the furniture is up to date and comfortable in the rooms

The included breakfast was actually good and had different hot options even day of my 5 day stay. The indoor pool is a plus also since it was 111 degrees

We were expecting that the facility was completely functional. But we went to use the pool and it was ice cold. Apparently, the heater needed repair and no one knows when the parts are showing up. We went out on the patio and wanted to turn on the gas fire pit. It also was broken and doesn’t work. No idea when it will be fixed. They should let people know if things they advertised on their website are not working.

Quick and easy check-in

The male front desk clerk need to be replaced. I told him about the smell room and got up set. He stated he was uncomfortable with me and ask my wife and I to leave his hotel. I have stayed at this location before without any problems. Until now with this male night clerk. You know this about him alright.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was very clean and I’m usually very critical. We tripped our breaker in our room and they quickly moved us to a new room. Service was fantastic. Small warning: the inside pool was FREEZING. Weirdly cold.

The room was very spacious. Shower head was different. But had plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Didnt seem like our room was cooling off till about midnight. Went down to eat breakfast and holy crap. I went to set my plate on counter to get eggs and there was a cockroach. I got another plate and killed it. Then put my breakfast in trash. They did have a wide variety but my appetite was ruined.

The hotel room was comfortable but very small to fit 2 queen size beds for the price I expected a little bigger and nicer. The area where the hotel was located was a little trashy maybe we picked the wrong side of town. The breakfast was great and comfortable beds.

I wasn't very impressed with the breakfast served, seemed that even though it says breakfast was provided til 10:30am, items were not restocked for some late comers. We went down to eat at 9:45-10:00am as well as other families and we had to be very limited on hot items so that everyone had an opportunity to eat. Never did anyone bring more out to make sure everyone had an opportunity to eat.

Always fast and easy check in

There was an error in my booking. I was supposed to have been booked for 2 nights, and instead I was booked for 1 night. Something that could have been very really cleared up. Instead the hotel clerk was rude and snappy. I felt as if I was being evicted. Of mistake. Although I never yelled or cursed. I left very angrily. I was appalled.
