    The location was perfect. Didn't have to drive all over to for food place nor stores. Staff did not come clean room, nor bring towels when asked. I saw the housekeeper in the hall, it's 3pm the next day, and asked if anyone was going to clean the room. She responded "she coming, she coming," but "she" never came. Ended up going to the front office around 6 for trash bags and towels. Also, the refrigerator did not get cold

    The location They charged me 15 a towel because they said I had makeup on the towels which was a lie because I didn't have makeup on to start with they did that in order to keep my deposit. And the front desk man that works in the day time was so fucking rude about.

    We haven’t been back to this hotel in a couple years and they’ve done a nice job updating it. Very clean and staff so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Laundry was out of order at the time but no issues other than that.

    Very outdated. Needs massive updates. AC works good though! They always gave us fresh towels when we were out & they never moved any of our belongings! (Which I appreciate). Overall clean lobby, gym, breakfast area - even outside was very clean. The bed was also comfortable.

    When i first got to my room a cockroach ran across the counter. I went to the lobby and they explained this was a rare occurance and they spray regularly. He game me another room but it was right below the room with the cockoach so he moved me again to another room. That room was nice clean, no problems. That was the only problem i had with this property.

    The rooms were VERY dim, little lighting and smell of wet dogs. No amenities (coffe maker, with cups, etc). The bedroom door was broken, ironing board was broken, no extra bedding for pull out sofa. The space was not inviting, felt like a hospital room more than a comfortable hotel space. The only decent thing was the bed. The breakfast had a variety of hot options not impressive but not bad. The dining area was very small. The area wasn't bad. Eating choices and quick store options for emergency or quick buys were available. Glad this was a one night stay... I will not chose this location again.

    Room was what I would expect for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us; 5 minutes from a soccer showcase that our daughter was playing in. When torrential rain closed down the showcase we went to the hotel lobby area to wait it out. The staff was accommodating and friendly to the girls. Heater/air conditioner was loud enough to wake up the dead. Breakfast was just OK.

    Unfortunately, there was a serious disturbance during the night. A group of teenagers repeatedly ran between rooms and floors, loudly slamming doors, shouting, and laughing. The hotel doors are extremely heavy and make a very loud noise when closed, which amplifies the disturbance throughout the hallway. Around 4:00 AM, the noise escalated into arguments and shouting. We felt unsafe and did not feel comfortable leaving our room due to the disruptive and unpredictable behavior. What was most concerning was that no member of the hotel staff appeared to intervene, despite the clear violation of the hotel’s quiet hours policy (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM). We left the hotel at 7:00 AM. There was no one at the front desk at that time; we waited several minutes before an employee arrived. After explaining the situation, the only response we received was “sorry.” Given the circumstances and the lack of response from staff, we respectfully request appropriate compensation for our stay. We believe this situation did not meet reasonable expectations for safety, comfort, and adherence to hotel policies. You can check on the cameras.     We had a 2 night and we arrived at the hotel late but when we got in the room there was a hole under the carpet which caused us to stumble but luckily we didn't fall. We saw several roaches both dead and alive in our room. Saturday morning while we were getting ready one climbed on the wall and I caught it in a cup so I could take a picture. A call was made to the feont desk and told them the circumstances of our room and we were given a different room on the 1st floor which appeared much cleaner. No manager was on duty to handle the aituation and today is Tuesday and I left a message with the front desk clerk to have hjm call me Monday. I called Monday morning and was told he was in a meeting but they would have mim call me. Never received a call so today, Tuesday I call at 8:30 and he was not in the office yet but they would have him call. It is now 2 PM and still no return call. This hotel was nasty and I would not recommend it to anyone. $146/night was a complete waste of money.

I just needed to change clothes, drop my luggage off, and attend an event. Everything else about this hotel was great. I still will not recommend or stay here again. There are too many other great hotels in the area that will accommodate early arrivals with no penalty.

    I was notified upon check in that I had to come up with $100 deposit and this was NEVER mentioned at any time during booking . All I can do is hope now that it is refunded like they stayed . Robert was very kind and helpful . So was the Hispanic gentleman working . The woman however was not . The room and overall quality was great . The pool was cloudy and had bugs in it . I was sad that the hot tub was filled in they should have let us know this seeing as how I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub and they showed to have one . Our license plate was stolen from the parking lot and she refused to let us see camera footage . We called the police and made a report . I probably won’t use this hotel again due to the situation and the deposit thing . I however was grateful to have an American English speaking attendant !

    I requested a close to the door room as my mother has difficulty getting around. Got a 3rd floor room. She didn’t want me to get it changed as we were too tired at that point. The room was ok but the bathroom door wouldn’t close because it scraped the floor. The hallway smelled like vending machine cologne from the 70’s.

    The pillows were small and lumpy. The bath towels were the size for an adolescent rather than an adult. Fortunately, it was a one night stay so I was able to manage. Had the stay been more than one night I would’ve requested better, less used pillows. Otherwise, everything was good.

    I chose this location because it was close to family and easy access to food services and stores like Dollar General. I did not read the reviews but because I had stayed here a few years ago. I will not be staying again. The room was very dark, even with every light on. I posted a picture of the window. There are no blackout curtains so there’s always light coming in around the shade. The ice machine was broken and had a sign to ask the front desk when we asked the front desk. We were told that they had no ice but CVS next-door had ice. This is July in Fort Worth and it was 101°. It was a bad time for the ice machine to be out. Another guest told us they got ice from a different front desk person. It seems weird that they had only one ice machine for the entire building. Our toilet had a leak and every morning it was wet around it. The breakfast buffet was good and the beds were comfortable. It had a decent selection of TV channels. I’ve never paid a deposit at a hotel before but this one charged 100$ I will probably never stay in again. There is no coffee maker in the in the rooms, but they did have a microwave and a decent refrigerator. Overall, it was just disappointing. The room was fine. I appreciated the tile floors over dirty carpet. I’ll just try a different hotel in the area next time.

The shower had black mold on the tile and the shampoo and body wash bottles were missing from the thing on the wall. We were honestly too tired to call the front desk and complain. We quickly slept and got out the next morning.

The floor felt sticky maybe from cleaning solution? Something had been spill and not cleaned up, leaving a trail in the hallway to the rooms on the first floor. It was ok but not the nicest LQ property we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful.

    I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is only very limited lighting in the room, which is something I have never encountered at any hotel. There is a single bulb light over the door, and two dim lights shining downward on the bedside table. That’s it. It is so dark in the rooms. We couldn’t even read the buttons on the microwave because it was too dark. The HVAC is wonky. While our room was cool, the stairwells are stifling, and the hallway (at least for the 3rd floor) was excessively hot and humid. The bed linens were Ron and old. The ice maker for the floor didn’t work. There is some scent, which I suspect is to cover up the smell of mildew/mold, that is really strong (burn your nose strong) in the lobby and common space. There are definitely better options in the area. I strongly recommend you skip this place.

    Needs a good updating. Reasonably priced, but have a lot of problems with the rooms. Room had water damage and smelled like mold. They did change my room but someone should be checking those rooms daily. The remote didn’t work for the tv and the toilet had a lot of issues.

    The fire alarm going off at 3am was not pleasant but most of my complaint and low rates was the horrible and poor lighting. It was so dark that doing my makeup was difficult. I would not want to come back just for that reason alone.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. We stayed there because of the indoor pool and jacuzzi that was broken. There was a hole under the carpet in the room in between the beds and my friends mom tripped at least 3 times. The AC was broken. We spoke to the manager via phone because he wasn’t there and he talked to us like we had a tail between our legs. He used foul language and hung up on us. The worst experience I have ever had!!

    The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It appears they are updating the rooms but choosing the cheapest materials and smallest quantity possible. I asked to be moved out of a first floor room that had a crack in the window and hole in the wall. The second room the bathroom door handle was off and lying on the bench. Both rooms were very dimly lit without much furniture and no desk or workspace. The room was dusty - I wiped everything with a Chlorox wipe to clean it before I unpacked.

    The lighting in the bedroom needs to be added no ceiling lights in the bedroom and the fridge did not get cold besides that the hotel was nice and clean

    As soon as you walk in, the lobby smells amazing. The staff is great, the beds are comfy. There’s also plenty of restaurants around the area to choose from. It’s in a great location with easy access to the highway, and a short drive to anywhere else you’d like to explore.

    Mold / cigarette smoke smell in the room. As soon as I walked in my allergies flared up. The lady was mad because I asked for another room. I feel like they wanted to just put me anywhere didn’t care about my concerns.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. They stole my card information! I started noticing weird transactions right after staying here. I know this because the transactions are from fort worth and I live in dallas. Plus when we stayed here there was screaming coming from the hallway.

    Looks to be franchise owned and they are not updating fast enough. Not happy about the upgraded bedroom not having a coffee maker and there was no cortesy free bottles of water 2 per day minimum

    Starting off, we were delayed checking in due to their computer system being down. Later, my family was giving key cards to an occupied room. Next, the tv, Wi-Fi, and phone was inoperable most of the day. Furthermore, the remote was broken along with window shades. We later went to the pool area to relax. There were no towels and the hot tub was seriously colder than the pool. The continental breakfast was bare throughout the meal. Lastly, the staff working the front desk could care less about my experience during my stay.

    This place was by far the worst hotel we have ever seen in all the years of travel and the hotels we've stayed. Strongly recommend selecting a different hotel. This isn't new. There's been an huge number of people who have complained about this business for many many years. It's a bad location covered and hiding behind a great name of La Quinta.

    Health Warning! Cockroach infestation. County and City health department inspection in progress. Exterior doors not shutting creating major security issues for occupants. Air conditioning broken not working during major heat wave. Mold, rusted drains, broken tiles dry rot at walls near shower. Dog barking most of the night few doors down. Pool old and failing. Breakfast was not available. Car broken into that night. Street lights blinkng on and off. Absolutely worst hotel we have ever stayed. Called and reported to corporate offices. This is not a La Quinta. Bad management.

    All exterior doors were propped open or unlocked to where a room key was not needed. My room did not contain a trash can or a hair dryer. The room was very clean though!

    Didn't have much lighting and we could've used a body mirror. What I really didn't like was the back area to get to rooms had no lock. Felt kinda unsafe. I would stay here again!

    Well It was no refund reservation and when I got there the told me it be 100 deposited witch nothing was said when I booked the room so it came down to give up my last 100 or lose the first 100 it was supposed to be returned first thing it's been days andvall i was refunded was 9 so far out if the 100

    No ice. Desk said walk up to third floor for ice. Bathtub rusted. Remote for tiny tv needed batteries, which desk did not have. Painters tape all over bathroom. Workers found renovation walking up and down hallway at 8 in the morning with music blasting. Elevator full of carpet so only way to third floor was to walk.

    The ladies at the front desk is very rude and condescending. Their customer service just does not exist. There was a roach in the bathroom. I asked for extra towels was told there is no extra towels but the whole second floor was being renovated so I don’t understand how there was no towels. The cover for the ac fell off. Just a super bad experience

    This property is Terrible !! Terrible!! Prices are overrated .. They charged my card for a smoking fee that I'm currently in process of fighting to get back. The property is old !! The customer service is rude. There's no way I will book this hotel again. I'm still waiting on manager to call me. Breakfast was horrible. Cops was there due to fighting. Everyone outside smoking but charge my room because they smell smoke. Very rude

    It was under construction right next to our room, it was loud and inconsiderate of them. The bed was uncomfortable, hard and springs were popping out. The bathroom bathtub didn’t allow us to take a bath, and only the hand held shower head worked for the shower. I requested a different room and she denied our request. The hot tub was not hot at all and the bubbles didn’t work. The stay for our two nights was absolutely MISERABLE!! We will not be back.
