Close to everything Reception was under construction and noisy. Chairs in Reception was dirty. Air-conditioning in the room was very noisy.

Excellent place to stay. Convenient to everything you may need while traveling (easy on/off hwy, various eating places, shopping, etc.). The most reason is the friendly welcoming personnel!

Check in was quick. Carpets are clean, beds appear to be clean, except the pull out. There are not extra sheets, the pull out bed it so old, you can feel the springs, and its very stained. It smells like musty cigarettes in the room. Very noticeable. I would not come back here, and if I could get a full refund I would pack up and go elsewhere because of the smell alone.

Booked it for the outdoor pool,but it was closed when we arrived. Booked it for the continental breakfast but that wasnt even available. Told them the size of my party and paid for larger accomadation but they didn't even have towels for the confirmed guest on the reservation. The bathroom was covered with the previous guest hairs so much that i dont even know it they cleaned it or even wiped it down.

This is one of the better properties in DFW that have smoking rooms available. Room was large and clean, and Housekeeping was adequate. It is very difficult to get to from I-20/820 -- you need four right-hand turns to get to the I-35W access road after initially driving by the place; less difficult from I-35 north of I-20/820 by taking the Altamesa exit. I was disappointed to find no pebble grain on the floor of the shower/tub -- at least grab bars were provided and I bought a non-slip tub mat from Sears to feel safer.

The property looked seedy, there where a bunch of strange people partying right outside our room till about 3am and the room wasnt very well kept and for a non smoking room it stunk like cigarettes really bad. Not happy at all with the stay and if these are the hotels that you guys offer I will never use your website ever again. I booked our stay for three nights and we canceled our last two days

My room was not properly cleaned. It was still dirty with trash on the floor, dust all over, and an unknown dried up fluid splatter on the headboards. I got changed to a different room which had a small hot tub which was nasty as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly in forever which replaced the small couch I originally had in the room prior which I had booked and was dirty upon arrival. The parking is very unwelcoming and feels unsafe, with people other than guest taking up parking and hanging out all outside the rooms.. being very loud til the late night early morning hours.

A portion of the bed, which got into the covers, either smelled like feet or bleach. I assume they wash the linens, so someone must have gotten a stain on the bed and bleach was used to clean it. The smell was not pleasant.

Rooms are very dated and unclean. Looks like they never clean around the baseboards. It was very noisy above us so I complained the next morning. Comforter on bed was stained with what looked like grease. Woke up that morning with wells on several places on my body. Looked like bites. Didn’t see bedbugs but I’m thinking that was what got me.

It was pouring down rain for several days that I was there staying in a room. There was no downspouts on the gathering from the second floor and the water from the roof was dropping on the cars parked along the motel. It was hard to stay dry and get in your vehicle.

Everything was amazing! We had a little problem with the booking but they worked everything out with us and made sure everything went good. We were there for a concert and stayed three days and everything was clean and neat. Area wasn't bad at all and staff was super nice and helpful. A big thank you to them

We had a 2 night stay with 2 adults and needed more towels. Housekeeping was very prompt with them coming mid morning so we could request additional towels vs. going to the office/front desk. I did think it was lame that we could not take food to go from the continental breakfast and that breakfast was only available for two hours.

The lady in the fruition when I checked in had an attitude. She told me I can't have anybody visit me and if I did I would have to leave.. but other than that I guess the stay was ok.

They say you get what you pay for, I wasn’t aware it included prostitution solicitation. This place is cheap and outdated. You must go to the main office to get ice that’s already prepared in a bag for you. Also, you can’t take any of the breakfast items to your room, everything must be consumed in the lobby.

The room was just uncomfortable to be in. Urine on the seat. The tub didn't look clean and the walls were filthy. We couldn't take food from "breakfast" to our rooms. I hated the entire stay.

The hotel is nice. From checking in to the room. They have everything cleaned well and ready for you. The rooms have a fridge and microwave as well as ours had a couch to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids.

Nice hotel needs updating. The bed and the shower was really nice. The area looked very suspicious I would not leave valuables in the car. The price was good also.

Loved it. It was quiet. The staff had no issues if you needed anything. I would greatly recommend to stay parking is lit cameras everywhere just a good bunch of people. Breakfast was good places cleaned very well outside lighting and right off the freeway easy access bunch of good places to eat I recommend people to come and I'll be back to........

we were able to get a great price through expedia. Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, nice....no thrills, but for the price, we were quite pleased. The hotel was conveniently located to many things we wanted to go and do. The hotel staff was very nice. We weren't thrilled with the breakfast, but that wasn't a big deal to us. Overall, I would come back.

We then left the front area and went up to our room. When we tried to turn the light on it initially didn't work, so we went to a different light and used the switch on the light itself, one bulb was burnt out so only one turned on.. We then turned the TV on and the picture was fine but the sound only worked on 2 or 3 channels. When we tried to use a tissue the holder fell out of the wall as did the box of tissues, it hadn't been put back into place properly prior to our check in. Then as we lay down on the bed to go to sleep, we look up and there was what looked like a shower cap (??) over the light fixture/vent/smoke detector, I'm not exactly sure what it was and didn't try to investigate. We weren't sure if a previous guest had placed it there or if it was supposed to stop dripping. At that we left and decided we would not be staying and drove the extra hour and a half home instead. Don't waste your money!!!!!

Hotel had many questionable occupants who were loitering outside...was worried about getting into room safely. Hotel very run down and the lights did not work. Was dingy and questionable about cleanliness.

It was surprisingly really good for the price. I was really pleased with my overall stay.

Shady area, motel not hotel, heard sirens all night, bathroom had bugs and tile fell off wall, no toilet seat cover, only two flimsy towels, checked into a different hotel next day

Office staff is pleasant they talk alot but overall good vibes. The bath tub was stained with black marks dirt or something that wouldn't come out so I didn't use it. The ice bucket top was dirty it had hair on it. Breakfast is included you have to eat in the lobby and can't take it to your room even if you have kids. Check out is at 11a housekeepers come before time. I told them i was preparing my things they stood at the door just looking one couldn't speak English the other one barely understand English. Overall it was ok and if I had to I would go back.
