We enjoyed a very nice stay at the hotel.

Do not stay here , it’s dirty and nasty. Beds had stuff on the sheets , towels were not very clean .

The phone person did not understand and kept saying that I couldn't get a refund. I said I don't care. I just wanted the hotel to know I was not coming in on April 28th but on the 29th instead. They would not give me a direct line to the hotel. The person finally seemed to understand and said they made a note of that. They did NOT. When I showed up at the Quality Inn Forest Hill Fort Worth Texas, the concierge said they had cancelled my reservation and said that I would not be able to get a refund. Which I knew was the case and why I had contacted Expedia in advance. The man said that he could get a room for me, but the place was so run down and I was so angry with Expedia that I left and found a better hotel down the street - $400 or so. I will not ever be using Expedia again. Laura H.

The location was easy to find. The rooms were outdated, breakfast didn’t even offer coffee, the rooms had lots of traffic noise, desk lamp didn’t even have a lightbulb in it.

Nothing Breakfast was beyond sparse. Only shampoo and conditioner and a bar of soap available. Old hotel. Not even any tissue in the tissue holder in the bathroom. Terrible strong smells on towels and in hallway.

The cleanliness and the politeness of the staff was exceptional. The breakfast could have been a much better breakfast then what was served not something that I would present to anyone actually. The fruit , oranges were not fresh , there was no protein as in sausage or bacon, it was just not the type of breakfast I've been used to at Quality Inn's including this one. We ended up going to waffle house across the street for breakfast.

check in process was sketchy, I booked for multiple days, and didnt arrive until the second day. they first told me my check-in was invalid, and i needed to re-book. then told me "oh wait, actually we will honor your old reservation, and we're not going to refund that first day. Got 2 rooms one room had outdated tv with super small bathroom other room had newer tv with jets in a tub but took the knob for the control the jets, also had a weird access panel cut out held with tape. But this room had the bigger bathroom. Doors rattled excessively, one room smell old and bad other room was okay smelling. The hotel severely lacked basic maintenance. Overall with the comparison I had for both rooms was probably a good overall general of the rest of the hotel. Extremely outdated, check in process through app made difficult, could be cleaner, decoration outdated. Seemed like the owner of the hotel and his family were staying right in the rooms by the front desk. Stayed at the Hampton last time I was in the area and looks like I’ll go back. Definitely a joke.

It took 3 rooms to get it ok. The shower was broken in the first, AC not working in the second. The third room was ok, but the AC stopped working on the last night of a few day trip and when I took a look at it, there was what appeared to be spores all in the AC unit vent.

I read so many reviews saying this place was nice. It is clean, but that’s it. Our TV remote did not work - nor did the 2 replacements. The ice machine was broken. There was no freezer section in our fridge. The shower curtain rod was installed at an angle so the curtain did not stay closed. Completely regret staying and would have changed our hotel if I hadn’t prepaid. Nice people, but not a great place to stay.

This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning for my health. I expected better accountability and cleanliness from a hotel that represents the Choice Hotels brand. I do not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.

This is a scary motel, not up to Quality Inn's reputation nationwide. The hotel staff stays behind bullet proof glass and the hotel charges an additional $75...leading me to believe the patrons are less than desireable. We walked the room and it smelled of mold, so that was just the final "straw". I left and went to Hampton Inn next door.

The location was perfect for our purpose. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast, although not extensive in options, was very good and we liked everything we ate there. We were really pleased with everything. One recommendation would be to extend breakfast time by at least 1 hour for those who get up later. Another suggestion would be to have bottles of water in the rooms, either included or for sale.

The check in process was easy, but long. The attendant was nice. Upon entering one of our rooms (we had 2), roaches were crawling up the wall. The hotel isn’t up to date. Very old rooms, and they have a smell. It worked for the night, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The deposit was $75 per room, which is definitely not worth it.

When staying at this hotel no matter how you reserved it just know there is a $75 deposit. When I went to checkout it took them about 15 minutes to help me checkout. They also do not allow other guest not staying at this hotel.

We stayed overnight minimally while in town for a boxing title fight. It’s an older hotel but it seems like they try to keep it kept. It was very clean and the rooms were spacious

Spacious room. Close for what I needed. Denny's next door. Reasonably priced. 3 night stay. Has pool but was not open, perhaps still too cold. Told by housekeeping they do not clean the rooms on multiple night stays. Had to request bathroom cleaning after first night. Has breakfast.

The front desk assistant was extremely friendly. Check in was easy. Overall pretty great. Only mild complaint was the AC. I’m not really a fan of the cold anyways, but I don’t think the room ever dropped below 75, even with AC on full blast. Definitely not pleasant for hot sleepers like my boyfriend. Other than that, all good!

The room was clean, and the service was good. Our room faced the interstate and there was some traffic noise, but it wasn't too bad. Beds very comfortable and the price was fair.

They need to upgrade their rooms. The bathroom layout needs to be reconfigured. I had to stand over the toilet so my husband could brush his teeth. The pictures and mirrors in the room were hung crooked and couldn’t be straightened. It looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the chair was stained.

The room was advertised as 2 queen beds. The beds were size full NOT queen. They had coffee and tea for guests but no drinking water at all in the rooms to make coffee or tea or to drink. The front desk lady was kind at night check in but The lobby was empty for when I needed help in the morning.

This was the perfect location for visiting Dallas, Fort Worth, AT&T stadium and the State Fair. We were kind of in the middle of everything. The hotel was very clean and always had fruit infused water available at the desk. They also have Texas shaped waffles for breakfast along with many other delicious food (bacon, sausage). Perfect hotel and an even more perfect rate!

Have stayed here several times and it is our favorite place when we are in Fort Worth. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly and helpful. It is located close to the highway for ease of traveling to Dallas, Six Flags, colleges or ballparks. Restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing stay! Stayed here twice for Fort Worth livestock show. First stay was 5 days and second was just an overnight trip. We will stay here again next year!

My room was fine but my sister's toilet flooded as did my friend's toilet. Both room had a musty smell and the bathroom door wouldn't stay locked.

Toilet would not flush. Had to change rooms. Not super clean. Bed not comfortable.

The lobby was renovated and was very nice, however the rooms were not. Our sheets were dirty and everything had a musty smell. Also there are many people living there, like it’s an extended stay. The side door didn’t even need a key to get in, so basically anyone could walk inside.
