I felt safe. Your room key open the hotel entrance. I didn't see random people walking around the building. I will be using that hotel frequent. It smelled great. Most hotels all you smell is garlic.

It had a large fridge and stove, and was air conditioned. It smelt like a smoke pot house. the floors were lanolium and disgusting. the beds and pillows sucked. There was no ice machine, breakfast, room service. It felt super sketchy. If you need something cheap and are a man it would probably work because it had a fridge and stove but for my two girls and I, it didn't feel safe, and was not great. I don't know if there were bed bugs but my whole body itches because it seemed so gross.

Made a reservation for 2 beds and was told I could only get one bed, for 4 ppl! It was already paid and couldn’t really wait on the refund. The man at the desk was so rude! The room was dirty, food on the floor, bathroom had hair in the shower and sink. Asked for a cot was told no, same when asked for a blanket and pillow for someone to sleep on the floor!! The worst place ever!!

The local It was very filthy. Parents were not disciplining their children. People were smoking in the doors ways of the building. The parking lot was crowded with vagrant people. The bed was not clean. The floors were dirty. The bathroom sink and tub was filthy. It was horrible.

Staff was amazing. When we first arrived the tv was not working. I called the front desk, within 10 minutes someone came to check it. He could not get to work so he promtly brought a different bigger tv. Woked great. The building is right next to the freeway and our room was on the freeway side. We could hear every loud vehicle that that went by especially motorcycles. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. Not sure if the rooms on the other side can hear the noise as well.

I should have read the Google reviews before booking this hotel. The whole building smells like cigarettes and weed. Hallway carpets are disgusting. The room tile floors are sticky when walking around. Thin walls. I'm pretty sure most of the building is folks living out of the hotel. The African American lady who checked us in at night was very nice and helpful. Would not recommend.

While certainly “budget friendly” many of the occupants were county funded and the savings on the room were quickly consumed when going out to get what one needed to cover typical hotel amenities. There wasn’t even an ice machine. And finally, the elevator was pretty scary, with bent metal on the door frame as if they had prided the door open to get an occupant out of it. I get budget rates… but even your budget hotels have most of the above amenities available.

My family didn't have breakfast because we had to leave. Nothing the hotel had people standing on the outside at the door way smoking Marijuana and God knows what else. After unloading 5 kids, and luggage just to be disappointed that when we walk in the building the Marijuana scent hit you at the door. We get to the room to find out that the bed was very hard and the room had a very bad odor. So we pack back up and left. The young lady said even though we had just checked in she could refund us. I am very disappointed that the online view is nothing like in person.

Room had a very bad odor. No one came to our room to clean or take trash out the entire time we was there. The beds are harder than the downtown jail ! The elevator looked like you would be risking your life if you stepped on . There was no iron or blow dryer. Very ghetto and needs major repairs and upgrades.

The location wasn't terrible, and the people at the front desk were very polite. Everything else. The beds might as well be a cot. The elevator is sketchy as all hell as it's clearly been pried open at some or multiple points in time.

This hotel is in desperate need of cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs. The elevator door and frame are dented, as if pried open at some point, and the inside is covered in rust. Rust is also visible on in-room fridges, doors, and other fixtures. Beds look like they were salvaged from a prison. The toilet barely flushed, the TV and remote didn’t work, and multiple wall outlets were so damaged that chargers and cords would not stay plugged in. It’s clear maintenance is not being done—hallways smell of musty smoke, the AC in our room barely cooled, and we were given only two towels for a room booked for four people. If staff cannot manage something as simple as stocking towels, it reflects a serious lack of discipline and attention to all other tasks. I would not recommend staying here unless major renovations and proper upkeep are implemented.

The room was very clean, staff nice they also let me check in early which was a plus. However I saw so many roaches in my room I moved the bed from the wall to sleep I ending up checking out early because one roach decided to shower with me and that’s was the last straw for me.

It was horrible the room was dirty it had food under the bed... the hallways smelled like piss and dog and smoke... the elevator was severely damaged... the stairwell had urine... plus they did not give me my security deposit back after i cleaned up the room with no damages... i will never stay there again... horrible

The parking was really small. The WiFi was down but the breakfast was good and it was quiet. Decent area too

The second night I was about to book a room again and there was about 10-15 people partying in the parking lot with open containers. I ended up moving hotels completely

Inside room 310, filthy, microwave was not cleaned out, and tons of roaches of all types of colonies that we had to sleep with the lights on. Water damage to ac unit and bathroom sink that smelled like mildew. The blinds and window were filly with water and mildew stains. Large groups of people congregated near the dumpster at all times of the night making the parking lot appear to be unsafe. We checked out the following morning loosing money on the last night we paid for. Horrible experience!

I will never stay at this place again. The pictures online are very misleading. We had roaches in our room, there was mildew/mold on the wall above the AC, it was dirty (especially under the beds and above the kitchen area), the fridge was so loud every time it turned off that we thought someone was coming in the room, starting at about 6am every morning there was banging on the walls or furniture being moved or you could hear people walking down the hall, you could get a second hand contact high in the halls because there was so much weed being smoked in the rooms, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and didn’t drain fast, we had to put a piece of clothing in the part of the blinds that were broken because you could see in our room from the outside, and different minor stuff just needed to be fixed. Also, when you come in the back door, the AC unit above the door drips water on you. They didn’t have a Do Not Disturb sign and the cleaning people came in when we were gone and while we do appreciate giving us new towels and changing out the trash bags, we do not like people coming in our room while we are not there. However, the beds were comfortable and the lady working the front desk in the morning was very nice. You can tell they do clean the toilet and beds, but it was the other things mentioned above that made it nasty, especially the roaches and the mildew/mold.

Only thing clean was the refrigerator. No microwave, cook top didn’t work. Room smelled like pet urine. House keeping didn’t do good cleaning prior to check in. Human hair was all over the comforter, countertop, toilet and vanity. Normally no issues but this was my last time staying.

Sheets had cigarette burns, but it was a non-smoking motel! They had PLENTY of roaches. One got in my bag and came out at my NEW PLACE! We have been homeless since March and that was the second worse motel we stayed in.... And everytime I went out to smoke, my whole floor smelled of MARIJUANA!!!

The conditions were bad, and that's ok. Because the door lock worked when I needed it most. This room kept me from being attacked in my sleep. Better than the street for sure.

When we first got to the hotel we was sent to the first room and the hallways smell was terrible, we asked for a different room on an different floor, when we got to the second room it was nowhere clean, smell also terrible. We went through 3 rooms before settling down in the fourth one.

Was totally deceived from the pictures. The room looked nothing like the picture or even close to the picture. Rooms need serious ungraded. I checked in went to my room and went checked right back out. I couldn’t stay there!

I was "made" to pay a $10 late payment fee on a night I wasn't even there(I intend to dispute with the credit card company). $10 is nothing, but the principle involved is/was outrageous. I wish there was a 0 star option, the place is a $hithole. You're better off sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot.

When they gave us our room my wife opened the door and there was a big dog inside which meant that they gave us someones elses room or they didnt even clean it. Then they gave us another room and it was infested with roaches.

The first room I booked was not ready . The next room was dirty and full of flies. I settled for a full bed. This room was dirty also but Not as dirty as the first. Also had roaches.

The first room I booked was not ready . The next room was dirty and full of flies. I settled for a full bed. This room was dirty also but Not as dirty as the first. Also had roaches.

Do not go to this hotel. They close at 10pm. Yet have a sign saying call a number for check in, then dont answer the phone after you call a million times. Finally call back just to say the closed & dont do check ins after 10, but have a sign saying different. Even customer service tried calling them. Hotel.com need to take them off the list. Unprofessional at its finest.

We had made a reservation on Tuesday upon arrival on Friday I was told there was no room and our reservation was not going to be honored. My wife called from our vehicle to speak to a manager she was told the person on the phone was the manager. She asked to have our reservation honored the gentleman was rude she asked for a district manager phone number he not available and hung up on her. Very disappointed with your service will not recommend it reserve there again.

Didn’t even get to stay. Called and stated it would be a late check in also made a note of the late check in. Got there and nobody was available in the office to even get us checked in it said the office closed at 10. Had to drive around late at night to try to find another hotel. Very very unhappy

The elevator does not work. The inside of facility has a bad smell. The room did not have a comfortable feel.

The area where the property is located is not a good area alot of unsafe outside activity. I ended up leaving and going to another hotel down the street

I was not even able to check in. I had my small child with me and her father. The window was shut closed. Regardless of them saying 10pm is cut off that’s the point of a hotel, immediately housing if needed. You can’t just do people like this and then it was cold and raining. I spent my free night redeem on this place and it was wasted I would like a refund or to speak to a higher manager this is not going to work. I paid lost of money and then EARNED my redeemable night to just be turned away

Reserved a room through third party. When I got to the motel, the office was closed. They stole my money by accepting my reservation then never letting me check in. Have notified the Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney General. Its also possible I was turned away because of skin color.

Worst experience ever. Totally unacceptable facility. Did not even resemble the reservation site. The attendant only tried to get me to“look “ at the room and get me cancel the “non refundable” reservation. I could not contact Expedia at the time and had to find another hotel.😪

Went to check in and was told there were no rooms available, haven't gotten my money back. Reached out to Expedia for refund , they reached out to hotel with no amswer, went to hotel and they said they wrote a note for when they are called again by expedia. Hoping Expedia with call again, id like my 100 bucks back

This place is so unprofessional I never got to even check in because there was NOBODY ON DUTY!!!! I called the agents from hotels.com called and no answer!!!! I want my $92 back before I call the BBB on this property and report them!!!! That's ridiculous!!!!! And a coupon doesn't settle it!!!! I made my reservation at 8pm yesterday and got to the hotel around 8:10pm and there was NOBODY THERE!!!! AVAILABILITY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE UNTIL 10PM

I didn’t have pillows nor did the front desk have any available, I had to ask for toiletries. The shower was horrible experience the water drainage was very slow. No bath floor mats.

Obviously Choice Hotels Mgmt has never been to this place. From the outside looked okay inside was a different story. You walk in and.and 10 different smells hit you. You could hear dogs barking ,yelling . Our room han no towels,toliet paper. The elevator was hung up it,the inspection date was dated July21,2021which is out of compliance with regulations. Later that night when we decidedto get another room the front desk was locked up with a hand written note to call a cell number. Its horrible i dont get it. No attempt to even.spray air freshener, could smell body odors. I demand a full refund i have used suite comfort suites for years aftsr this stay i will just go with some other chain. Totall disgusted

Booked a room here and when I arrived at 10:30pm. I walked in to see the office area closed off and a sticky note to call a # written on it. And get this…. It was for lock outs only! WTH?!?? I called to get no answer to see some movement behind the closed partition of the office window. Suddenly a man comes out and states that the office is closed and to come back in the morning: I stated that I booked a room for the night for a reason and not to wait. He turned and walked away and shut the door. NOT COOL! After almost an hour Hotels.com booked me a room at another location within a mile and covered all additional expenses. Horrible experience, but very thankful it was handled. Wouldn’t try this place ever again and hopefully saved someone this beyond ridiculous experience.

This hotel is terrifying. There is no cleaning service I think they all quit because they couldn’t keep up with the roaches . Yes roaches and a lot of them . The beds were nasty pulled back the covers and long black hair everywhere

For $120 a night I expected a lot more. The pictures on the site were probably taken the day they opened. It reeks of weed, it’s full of drug users, and it is very dirty and dated. We had no pillows, no towels, no shampoo nothing! I went back downstairs, the system was down to complete check in, but paid cash. Waited about 40 min to check in completely and she got me 2 towels, a bar of soap and a shampoo and told me she would take me the pillows. She took me one pillow and a sham and told me they had no more pillows and she would bring me another one if she could find one. As I was leaving for the evening I asked her about the pillow and she said they were washing and she would take one to my room as they close at 10. I came back from my event and no pillow! Electric plugs didn’t work. The toilet was black where they didn’t scrub and there was hair in the tub. There was nothing I could do. Everyone was booked up for that night around that area. I almost opted to sleep in my truck at another parking lot.

Room had dirty carpet, small bugs on the dresser, I couldn’t get front desk bc the metal blinder was down. I had two beds and only 2 pillows. One bed had dark red stains on the 2nd bed. Water took longer than normal to warm up (3+ Mins)

After paying for the room, we were told there were none available. We drove 3.5 hours just to find ourselves with nowhere to stay.

Upon arrival, i was met with a rolling security gate at the front desk. I was then greeted by a not so welcoming male front desk agent who informed me that they dont actually have the room available that i had booked and paid for, which was a double bed. It was an emergency situation for myself & family so i took what was available, also asking about the difference in prices. He assured me that there was one. I was given a key to check the room because there are no refunds. looking at the room, it looked clean, but upon actually getting in the room with my family we quiclky discovered its grime, mold/mildew and ROACHES!!! Big Roaches, baby roaches, dead roaches, roaches in the bathtub ect. I quickly took all my food and stuffed it in the fridge and took all of our clothing & luggage back out to my truck. We sat up all night the 1st night killing roaches so they wouldnt get on my children. The pictures online do not look like what we received and i will never stay here again or recommend that anyone else stay here as well. I would rather sleep in my truck. It was hair and dust behind and under the bed.The bed frame had debri, cigarette ashes, dirt, hair & food crumbs inside of it. Hair, roaches & dust was under the bed & baseboards. The floor was filthy i used a towel from my truck & cleanser to mop the floor it was black when i was done. My kids bumped the bed & a used condom wrapper fell on the floor lifted the mattress & it was another one there. im calling the health dept
