Absolutely wonderful

My room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything necessary for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was a great bonus, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. I also appreciated the ample parking and well-kept common areas. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service.

Your company in general is completely insensitive to circumstances guests may be experiencing, your company in general hides the facts regarding fees and then this adding adding them at the last second and your employees are rude and not well trained or held accountable for their indifference. Great place to stay with great space for family of four. We loved using the kitchen during our stay. Lots of outlets for chargers. Closet space, drawers, cabinets, counter space! We had low water pressure in our bathroom sink and the bathroom door would not lock. My only two complaints. Everything else was excellent!

Check in was simple. One of the elevators didn’t work for 3 days out of our 4 night stay, and the hotel was packed!! There was never an available trolly for luggage. The air conditioner worked really well in our room which was excellent, but the beds are worn out! Like extremely worn out to a point where all you can feel the springs and you just sink into them. The pocket door in our room, to the bathroom, did not close properly so it would just slowly slide open as you were showering or sitting on the toilet. Very awkward. When they asked how our stay was going I told them about the door and the beds and they said they could send maintenance out to check the door…. They never did. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t be staying there again.

Hotel was newly redone but the beds weee terrible. Maybe spend another few dollars for new mattresses. It was like something you would find in an old hotel. Kind of defeats the point of remodel if beds are bad.

Everything was great! We had a tornado warning that night and everyone was concerned about where to go and the staff at the front desk told us to stay in our bathrooms, or if we wanted to we could get in the laundry area.

I loved the room, and the hotel. My room just wasn’t clean. There was old toothpaste in the sink, stem clippings on the floor, a coke bottle under the table, gross things in the shower. The room was very nice but I felt they didn’t even vacuum since the last person was in it and that gave me the ick. I asked for a quiet room as I was there post surgery and the woman put me next to the elevator…..

Absolutely lovely hotel. Spotless, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast, gorgeous room - not a single thing to complain about. I will absolutely be coming back!

I love these hotels for size of rooms. The property is in a good location and felt safe. The bathroom had some tile that wasn’t in best shape but overall clean. For a family this is great deal. Sleeps 5-6.

The shower was not clean. Cleaner must have missed it. The rest of the bathroom sparkled. The room was really large with lots of counter space. The room had a curtain that could divide the sleeping area if you were having a meeting in the living room area.

The room was ok, we are just very disappointed b/c our cousin that also booked a room had his car stolen from the parking lot. And the staff wasn't even concerned about it, we had to wait 4 hrs for the police officer to come & make a report. The staff said the videos of the hotel were delayed 24hrs & only the officer could request them. I don't know we just have a feeling that they clerks were in on the car being stolen. It was a 2018 Dodge Challenger. So please be careful when staying here

Spacious clean room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Well stocked and variety of breakfast food Only issue was allowing dogs in the food area at breakfast and the rude fellow guest who made a comment when the dog approached my grandson. It was NO service dog despite the “vest”.

The rooms were excellent . Clean. Pool was great for kids as well. The only complaint is the breakfast was poor. Turkey bacon very hard. No real bacon or sausage . The eggs were obviously pored out of a container. Everything was cheaply made

When I went to the restroom in middle of night there were 2 big roaches crawling on the wall I had to kill them

This location is currently working to update and remodel, which is great, they are working to keep things current. It did get a little loud during the day while I was hanging out in the room trying to get some work done. We will plan to stay here again.

This hotel canceled my reservation with them just hours before we were to check in. My family was out of town because my daughter had a college game to play in. The hotel called me to see if they could switch my 2 queen beds to a king bed. I declined because my family is large. Luckily I found a hotel, last minute after they dropped us. I will be contacting corporate as well as posting to all social sites about this unprofessional and extremely bottom-tier establishment.

Room smelled like wet dog. Fridge smelled like rotten food. Pieces of onion skins left if drawer. Construction dumpster right outside our room caught fire and no one ever alerted us to anything, smoke was being pumped into room via AC unit.

We arrived to the hotel the night before Thanksgiving and there were no available rooms for the type that we had booked, we were put into a room that accommodated us, but was not ideal for the first night. The next morning, Jocelyn did everything she could to make sure that the rest of our stay was ideal. She worked with the manager to accommodate us multiple times until she was finally able to get us into the room that we had booked. Jocelyn was very helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Amanda, the GM, was very helpful after our stay when I reached out to her as well!

My huaband had a kidney transplant at Medical City. I needed a safe place to stay for an extended time. I was warmly welcomed by staff and special accommodations were made for my recovering husband. plenty of restaurants nearby and was very close and convenient to Defender Outdoors where we were attending an event. Room was not very clean with what appeared to be stool on the bathroom door and possible drink spillage on the bedskirt.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in DFW. Every member of the staff was kind and helpful. The room was awesome. Super spacious and the little kitchen was stocked with dishes, which was so cool. Plus it’s in a great location. We will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in town.

Professional, and simple. It had everything we needed and nothing flash. The room is bid and the beds comfortable. A curtain between the bed area and the lounge area. Simple and effective. Close to food (walking distance). Breakfast was adequate with a mix and match idea that allows for healthy choices (or not ?). We'll stay here again. Probably longer next time. At the back there's parking lot (not part of the hotel) and some idiot parked out there playing music at concert volume. Bad music too. Other than that we were satisfied.

(1) When I arrived, part of the first floor had basically flooded due to a plumbing issue, and although they had big industrial fans running throughout the relevant hallway, they did not air out the stairway, so it reeked of mold. Even more alarming was the fact that, within 12 hours, they were renting out the flooded rooms to unassuming guests who had no idea that their rooms had flooded just hours before. As someone with mold allergies, this was a serious red flag. (Not to mention that the stairway stench remained.) (2) There were issues with my attempts to extend my stay that not only took a long time to resolve (and required me to check out and back in with the front desk in person each morning) but, even more annoyingly, resulted in my room not being cleaned at all during my time there. I asked the front desk about this multiple times, but the room was still never cleaned. (3) I saw multiple bugs in the room during my stay, and given the previously mentioned flooding and cleaning issues, this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Although I appreciated the full kitchen and affordable price, the cleanliness issues - combined with several other nit-picky issues, like the location not turning out to be as good as it seemed due to the entrance being on a one-way access road, and the fact that the parking was often filled with patrons from nearby restaurants - I would not recommend this hotel and will not return.

We loved this STAY.. This was literally our best stay we have EVER had at a hotel. The kids loved the room and it was HUGE, There are restaurants all around it and an arcade/ bowling alley right behind the hotel. 10/10 stay

One more thing. As you go into the indoor pool area, there is the largest ivy planter I believe I have ever seen. It’s huge and beautiful. Really nice. The point I am making is that they or someone is taking excellent care of this plant. Therefore, they must be taking care of hotel guests as well.

Everything about our 1 night stay was great. We hit a really bad storm with softball size hail as we were getting into town that caused damage to our rental car. We were scared and tired but the gal at the front desk was so kind. At breakfast/check out in the am the gal at the desk again was so kind. She was sweet to our pup telling us we needed to get him breakfast too.

We had a good experience at this hotel. In fact, we will stay here again. It was clean. The only problem was the other guests. People are not very considerate. We were impressed with the amenities.

The receptionist Julie is very unprofessional. Have an attitude for nothing. The manager is no better because it was her daughter so I just canceled my membership with them

I’m not sure if it was mold or residual body odor. The room just did not feel fresh, clean, and sanitary. I am very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. We probably won’t stay here anymore.

Party goers and trash all around outside of premise including condom package, beer containers, general trash and food. Need to consider better patrolling outside premise and not a good look at front of hotel to see this type of lackadaisical attitude about visual impression.

The thing that I didn’t like was the lady that serves breakfast had negative attitude towards me, and I had asked for the people to take out my trashes in the morning before I left and they did not, but the afternoon lady came to take out our trash. But from there it was enjoyable and the pool was so much fun.

The cleaning crew starts cleaning rooms early and were very noisey talking and laughing with each other in the hall,waking me up when I had an opportunity to sleep in and get some extra rest.

This was the largest hotel room that I have ever had. Great in that respect, but the couch, chair and office chair were filthy looking. I can't understand why Hilton has not addressed that problem. I was told that they are planning on an upgrade soon but, clean it now.

Everything except breakfast

The only one that had a good attitude. It was the black lady working Saturday night I asked for towels Sunday morning, and They never brought them to my room. 😡

People were nice, room was clean and comfortable.

Good lodging for an extended stay.

My stay with my 2 dogs was totally uneventful, the staff was cheerful and polite.

This is a great hotel. We will be back.

Overall a very nice stay

Check in was fine, they didn’t have sheets and bedding for the pull out couch in the room, so we had to get that from desk. On check out the counter person tried to tell me my card had declined and I owed them for the room again. That was quickly corrected because I had paid through third-party, but it rubbed me wrong. Overall the hotel was nice in a nice area, my kids watch fireworks from our window

Great location and they allow dogs. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff was great Room was super humid and despite the sign saying they cleaned every two days… it was every three days and the entire week I was there my room was only tended to once which was disappointing.

I had reserved my handicapped mobility accessible room 3 weeks in advance with a credit card. I get there on Wednesday the 25th to check in and was told "no rooms are available that it is first come-first serve". I said what, I had a reservation with a credit card. She then said, " we give it to who is here at the counter because we don't know if you will show up or not" i was just shocked. I am a Hilton Honors member and this is so unusual for Hilton.

Parking is tight but otherwise a good place to stay for sports tournaments in Ft. Worth.

Great stay for me and the kids

Water didn't seem to drain in the kitchen, and the switch for garbage disposal didn't work. I didn't need to use it but thought switch on to see if it made it drain down..so drain in kitchen very slow draining must of made toilet not flush well either. Otherwise, everything else was good. Parking wasn't the best as they were busy had someone place a card for a gentlemen club from the bar nearby. I did not realize the close distance to that when booking room I had other factors I had considered.

Daily breakfast was nice, but coffee was very weak. Otherwise, our stay was great for the purpose of our trip.

Bedbugs! I took photos of everything and they claimed it wasn't from the property! No refund no nothing from them.

Wouldn’t switch us rooms either.

I was very impressed. I typically avoid extended stay hotels but I was very please! Great value for the money!

The stay was good. Staff was friendly and assisted with all needs. The establishment next door did make it difficult to sleep in the evening with the loud music and car's doing burn outs in front of the hotel on the feeder road. No law enforcement presence at all when this went on.

The room was great, with all the amenities. However, it was difficult to get to that wasn’t from the freeway. We had to drive behind the Costco and a Main Event in order to get to a main road that was not the freeway. Only one waffle maker at breakfast. Several people waiting in line.

Whenever I’m in the FW area I always book here ❤️ it’s always clean and front desk receptionist are always quick to help. Only problem I had this stay was only that our room had items from previous guests. We were about to check out and looking everywhere to make sure nothing was left and we ended up finding an earring and a child’s croc under near the bed that wasn’t ours as no children were brought on our trip. Other than that, everything was good! Cbat what he back!

Wonderful experience. Room was above our expectations. Facility had everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Had a good variety of foods to chose from. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice little suite with fridge, microwave, and dishes/utensils. Clean and quiet. Indoor pool was very nice. For the money, i would say an exceptional value.

I loved how close this place was to everything! The front desk staff was very welcoming during check-in and made it quick and easy! The suite kitchenette was convenient and had all the dishware I needed. Will definitely consider this place when I'm back in the Fort Worth area :)

We checked in late Friday night and discovered that our refrigerator didn’t work. It was too late to repair it. So, the next morning, they moved us to another room. In this room, the cushions on the sofa bed were torn. When, we let the sofa bed out for our grandson, we discovered a blood stained mattress. Two people from the front desk came to retrieve it, but didn’t replace it. Other than an apology that night, there was no further response from the hotel. We don’t recommend this property.

It was my second time staying here and I enjoyed it! I like how there’s stores around too incase you need anything. I plan to comeback :)

Great place to stay while visiting family in the area!

The breakfast was limited. The room was spacious and comfortable overall. As with a number of hotels, the king sized bed sagged in the middle, which lends to discomfort during the night.

The pool was so gross and murky we couldn’t see our feet…or our hands. What was that about?? The breakfast so very ok. I have come to expect a bit more from Home2Suites.

Front desk staff finally showed up and offered zero apologies for keeping us waiting. Just are you checking in? WiFi connectivity issues. Couldn’t reach the front desk when we called. I’m glad we were only there for one night.

Big spacious rooms

The beds need a bigger blanket and the pillows was awful they need to be updated. Breakfast Sunday they had no meat like bacon or ham or sausage they had chicken strips and the worker lady said fish patties? For breakfast?? It could of been better,

This property is very convenient to the freeway, shopping, dining, and hospitals. Very clean, accommodating, and professional.

Great mid-tier property located in Fort Worth. Nice, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, good workspace (love the moveable worktable on wheels), and quiet. Staff were friendly and prompt with service, and the breakfast was strong enough to not feel like I needed to stop off somewhere else to get food. Would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to get to and plenty of places in the area to eat.

I’ve stayed here before staff is always not around and you have to wait till they get to the desk. I do like staying here though because of everything around it shopping and entertainment wise.

Was only really there to sleep and stay close to work to avoid the potential ice storm. Was acceptably clean and has good facilities.

Good breakfast options. Rooms and shared areas were clean. Overall the hotel is dated and in the 3 days we were there we witness a big fight outside the property, another fight/altercation out back (backs up to a restaurant/bar) a semi parked off to the side of the parking lot for 2 days.

Beds weee not as comfortable as we are used to for this hotel chain. There were also a few cleanliness issues from dogs on the property. Overall a good value.

I will not stay at that property again it appeared the front desk lady made judgment on if I could stay there. I actually made reservations with Expedia but she changed it or would have to charge more money but I still couldn’t get a room until 4 the next day it was two in the morning
