Me gustó mucho el trato que tienen para los consumidores en la reservación muy amable y de muy buena calidad y disponibilidad sobre todo amabilidad y los cuartos estaban muy limpios la cocina no se diga una limpieza total todo está muy limpio y la reservación muy pero muy amable gracias por ser así me la pasé muy bien con esta experiencia

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items as well as juice and coffee/tea/cocoa. .Room was clean but overcrowded with furniture. A few of the gym machines were dirty. The water refill machine was lit up red for needing a filter, but was never replaced during the week we were there. The pool towels might as well have been hand towels, they were so small. Pool was refreshing tho. During our stay we had requested for our room to be cleaned, but they never came. Overall not a bad place to stay, they just need better maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.

Room was clean, but the see through shade on the window was not good. After checking in at 1 am having the room bright as the sun came up woke me up way before I was ready. Then I went down to coffee at 7 am only to find the one regular coffee pot empty. When I checked out at 9:30 there was no regular coffee again

I have stayed there twice now and both times the AC did not cool the room. It read 75 but would not go lower and it felt much warmer then 75. maybe 78

NO SLEEP.. PEOPLE WERE IN HALLWAY LAUGHING YELLING CUSSING, SOUND AS IF THEY WERE DRUNK. HAD TROUBLE WITH TV, NO SIGNAL, FRONT DESK WOULD NOT ANSWER.. NEVER AGAIN!

No me gustó el baño la tasa estaba sucia necesitan limpiar la parte de abajo tenía miados secos y los ruidos del cuarto de enseguida son muy claros se escuchaba los ronquidos del otro cuarto el personal fue amable

I would recommend looking at other properties. Hotel itself was clean enough, staff were friendly however my room was dirty and filled with hair in the bed (sheets, pillows, etc) and hair in all my towels. My floor had dirt marks everywhere and bathroom had half roll of toilet paper - all signs that it wasn’t cleaned. The pool had garbage, towels and other garbage including leaves etc. cleanliness is bare minimum. I’m not picky nor did I have high expectations but this was gross and wouldn’t stay here again.
