    Quiet. Not a bad place to sleep through the night. Found 2 live roaches (little ones, so they're breeding). A cleaning lady pressed a floor button, while on the elevator, so we would get off on the wrong floor. The front staff were pleasant, however. The faucet was leaking.

    I loved the service upon checking in and out. Betty was a wonderful & very sweet lady. Our room was also very cold and I was in heaven. Plus a laundry facility was available which made the stay a lot more comfortable. I didn't like how slow the elevator was. One major dislike was more towards Booking.com. Having to pay a deposit and pet fee was a shocker and I'm glad I wasn't on too much of a limited budget.

    There wasn’t anything that I really liked, except parking was close enough. No ice maker, charged an extra $12.00 that contradicts the welcome email I received prior to arriving. No front desk clerk at front desk at check out unless I wanted to pick up a house phone and wait. Would have preferred a hard copy of my folio. No breakfast offered. No shampoo in bathroom, room definitely looks old.

    When we got to the Hotel and checked in, we were given keys to a room that was dirty, dirty sheets dirty bath tub. We had to go back down and ask for a new room. We also used the steps instead of the elevator because we were told that it was acting up

    I can’t really review this because the hotel was double booked and I did not get a room. I was told my room was canceled after I had driven nearly 9 hours to get there. However, I believe that the staff was really kind and it wasn’t on them. It was more on the management and the owners which aren’t local so that cost a big problem I had called earlier to confirm my late check-in and the management who I’m not sure where they’re at had told me that I was gonna be OK, but once I arrived, the staff told me that they weren’t even aware and they had just been told to hold off on telling everybody that their room was canceled. I think that the staff was really really kind, and I wish I could’ve stayed there too. Give them a better review of the actual amenities, but besides that it was just a little hiccup in my trip.

    when we got to the hotel. they canceled all of our reservations so they could quadruple the prices, thats not right hotels should honor the reservations, but corporate greed won. Almost a 1000 people lost their reservations due to greed.me and my party ended up sleeping in a cramped little car for 3 nights don't overbook your rooms and don't cancel reservations because you want to raise rates for another event

    It was a difficult time since many people were arriving to the city due to BTS concert and even when Expedia rebooked the hotel, the personal was super empathic and helps us to get a room, 3 hours late than the check in but they gave us the room and I really appreciate their support and service! 20/10 the hotel.

    People were crowding the counter and cutting the line, and there was no system in place to manage anything. One front desk employee (on his first day) was polite and trying, but management completely failed. A staff member named “Betty,” who appeared to be in charge, was dismissive and patronizing—telling guests to “calm down” when people were simply asking valid questions. Even worse, she made inappropriate “jokes” about harming guests, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. She also admitted this had been happening for days, meaning the hotel knew about the issue and still chose to be unprepared. Although I did eventually get a room, the entire experience was chaotic and stressful. This is not acceptable for any hotel. I would not stay here again.

    Some negative aspects were that our microwave oven did not have a glass plate (I don't know if it was intentional), and the room wasn't really that soundproof, so there were moments you could hear people coming in and out of their rooms or the elevator. I expressed this to the staff, who apologized and said they were aware of the situation. Overall, it was a nice stay at a very convenient location and reasonable price (although, be aware of a 100 dollars deposit you need to pay to ensure you don't destroy the room, it is refundable, but they have had incidents in the past)

    Staying just quick overnight was fine. Price was cheaper than the 4 others in that stretch. We need to stay in that area when we come thru EP. The rooms were boring. The bedding was awful cheap polyester, made me way too hot. AC makes a horrible noise, some of the lights didn’t work, thin walls, just small & weird.

Kitchen sink, spouting water from base if not holding correctly, bathroom counter chipping along the edges. fridge was really loud going on and off. but overall, the room was clean and functional, and the bed was very comfortable. The person at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The laundry facilities are a high point, as all of the machines seem new and clean and easy to operate with the cashless payment. I would rate it higher if some of those little room details were taken care of. overall, it is a good value for the money.

    The check on process was fast and easy and the woman was very nice. The problem is nobody told me any information about facility. The tv didn't work, they don't come in everyday for housekeeping. The next morning i accidently ran across a woman who realized something wasn't right and told me everything and fixed all of our problems, but not until after I spent money I didn't need to doing laundry I didn't need to do. And to many it may seem stupid but as a dog owner who chose the place specifically because they allow dogs, they don't have a good place to take the dogs for outside stuff (pooping). They have one but it's gravel and pavement, way too hot for dogs paws, they need a little grass to walk on to take care of business. Vending machines didn't work, elevator is iffy but staff was very nice. Overall clean, quiet mostly, nice staff, on site laundry and honestly now that I know more about the property I would probably stay again, but plan on better places for my dogs to do their business.

    We enjoyed that the room had a full kitchen even though we did not use it, we now know where to stay if we ever come back to el paso. there was hairs in the tub and wall, the bed was not comfortable at all. the walls are too thin and you can hear everything from the rooms next door

    The staff is not very welcoming. Their approach emphasizes what they lack instead of focused on the services that are available to guests. The room was clean but had a very strong bleach smell. It is a convenient location on the far east if you are passing through or only expecting to use it to rest your head at night. There is nothing fancy or relaxing about the rooms. They are basic and the decor is cold and uninviting.

    While I didn’t have any bad experiences here, I have stayed at better places for this price point in El Paso. The room was on the low end of average. I didn’t like the blankets on the bed. Waiting at the front desk to check in takes awhile. No breakfast or coffee area. They need more staff. I recommend Palace Inn instead of this place.

    I booked ahead and they told me if i wasnt here by 11:59 they had to cancel my stay or they would just charge the room. I called to let them know what time id arrive and they said they couldnt help me. Now i have no room. How embarrassing is that? Scare in the middle of no where. Thanks for the help

    Showed up to check in at 12:55am. No attendant was available and had to contact corporate to get someone to come to the front desk. Attendant finally came down at 1:15 am and informed us we couldn’t check in because computer automatically does an audit at 1am and cancels reservations that have not checked in.

    I stayed at this property while attending a funeral. The property seems newer than your location a few miles west, but for convenience on and off the highway, funeral home, church and cemetery close by. No batteries on the remote, shower curtain rod about to come off, constant bugs coming out of the bathroom baseboards. I was reminded that I could not extend due to property already booked for future nights. No place to leave keys, asked a worker who asked me to leave them in my room

    Upon arrival, they were requested a $100 deposit, to which they offered to pay in cash because they did not have a credit card . They did told them the deposit was CARD ONLY. Because I was not with them, I called the property and offered to pay through phone, or even send pictures of my credit card so they could use it. I was told that was not possible, that I had to be there. Cancellation /refund was not an option either. I was told if the stay was over 7 days they could of taken cash for that deposit. (So the option is there, they just decided it is not worth it for one night). After almost two hours and a transfer made to my nephews debit card, they were able to stay. Also, refund of that deposit would be between 5 to 7 days. I wish I did not sound like a Karen, but it was extremely ridiculous experience to check in into a hotel

    I put down that there were going to be 4 people staying in the room. When we got there, there was only 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. When we called the front desk they stated that we didn't get on the linen service, but we have 4 people staying in the room, so I want to make sure that we don't get charge for pink towels and baths cloths for this service fee. Which I think is really unprofessional. When I was checking out yesterday, I went to the front desk and no one was there, I tried calling the phone and left a voice mail, but yet to hear back from them as of today.

    Small snafu with the room we booked vs the room we were given, a quick trip to the front desk and the error was corrected. Room was good. The only issue I had was the hotel didn’t serve the breakfast that’s listed on the website because of Covid, not even coffee in the lobby.

    There are two doors to even get in the hotel to get to your room, there is no dedicated staff 24 hours, everything felt like I was in a prison, and if they had a pool then the water would have been chained/bolted down.
