Great location, Clean and comfortable rooms, filling breakfast. Close access to roads and airport, Plus lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Well lite parking and I felt very safe. There were a few repairs being done but it didn't take away from the overall appearance. Definitely plan to stay here again.

We were woken up the second night by the people next door partying with loud music and screaming. I think the room we were in had a conjoined door so we could hear everything.

Very new hotel. Breakfast is typical Holiday inn but was good! Love the pancake machine! Have a great Costa Coffee machine. The staff was great. Laundry a little pricey $2.00 a machine.

This location is about a 30 minute drive from the airport and UTEP. We did not use the pool since it is outdoor and it was cold while we were there but is was clean and well kept. The exercise room was nice and not just an afterthought. They have 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 rowing machines and a stationary bike, dumbbells and a medicine ball along with a wall of mirrors. They also have a laundry room. I would definitely stay here again!

Fitness gym only one kettlebell but otherwise full rack of dumbbells up to 45 lbs. 2/3 treadmills operational. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with healthy options - turkey sausage patties, egg white veggie omelette, fruit, oatmeal with fixings, oinks Greek yogurt as well as traditional options cheese omelette, pork sausage links, cereals, bagels with cream cheese, toast, butter, pancakes, cinnamon rolls. Beverages include coffee, tea bags (but no hot water spout), juices, regular milk and chocolate milk. Came during super busy time for BTS concert. Hope this helps someone.

I did run into a few issues during my stay. I booked two rooms with two queen beds through Expedia. At check‑in, I confirmed with the front desk that both rooms would have two queens, and I was told, “yes, I think so.” When I got to the rooms, both had a king bed with a pullout instead of the two queens I reserved. When I went back to the front desk, I was told the hotel was sold out and no rooms with two queens were available. The only compensation offered was $20 off per room, which essentially just matched the price difference for the king rooms I was given. Additionally, the room I stayed in (317) had no toilet lid, which added to the feeling that the property needs better maintenance and updating. The stay was manageable for a quick trip, but the room type issue, lack of clear communication, and maintenance concerns were disappointing. This hotel works for a short stay, but be aware that room types may not be guaranteed and the property could benefit from improvements.

Breakfast The location was loud, the electronic blinds would turn on and off in the middle of night scaring us and waking us up. I booked two queen beds and got only one with a sofa bed. I called the front desk and all they said was sorry we had nothing else. Needless to say the sofa bed was so uncomfterble and for the money we paid we felt ripped off.

Really friendly admin. The bed was very lumpy and lopsided. It was hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. It was also very squeaky when changing sleep positions. I did not sleep well here, unfortunately. Otherwise the stay was nice. Breakfast was good, and excellent hospitality.

We were told it would be awhile so the guy working the front desk spoke to someone in the back office and they told him for us to grab something from the items they had for sell in their little store. We really appreciate that kind gesture. We only took a water and a candy bar. WE will certainly return to your Hotel. Thank you!

I was very disappointed !! My room 104 had a horrible smell with stains all over the carpet. Also the bottom of the pool was not clean properly. For a Holiday Inn I was very disappointed. Sadly I do not plan on staying there again.

We did notify the front desk who said their onsite technicians would look into it once we were checked out.

Waking into the room it smelled amazing, perfectly cleaned, we felt home for the night

It was a nice place to stay and was easy to find. Only thing that was bad was we called multiple times for extra towels and they never brought them then they just told us if you need towels then come to the front desk and get them. They asked us if we wanted stay over service and we said yes and they didn’t service the room. We called the next day for more towels and they said they would bring towels but never did then they said we can go to the front desk to get some towels again. The staff made it seem like we were an inconvenience to them.

Place was clean but first night shift manager was rude when having issues finding Expedia reservation. Not sure if it was Expedias fault or Hotel but it was not handled with professionalism at Hotel. Second night staff was great but key didn't work second night. Fire alarm went off at 2am. No fire. Lots of construction going on next door as well. Place was clean though.

Felt like service could have been a little more better. Stayed for 4 nights and no room service offered to clean our room and restock on supplies needed. Had to ask a housekeeper lady that was cleaning the room next to us for extra toilet paper and clean towels etc. Front desk wasn't that much of a help when asked for a latter check out cause our flight leaves at 7pm and was hoping to get a late check out like around 1pm or 2pm. The swimming pool was dirty and closed the entire time. Wouldn't recommend to anyone or stay here again.

I was sent to a place 14 min away. This was after driving over 500 miles. Fortunately, the manager at the first HI Express paid for my room. That was gracious of him/her. It is a shame that I was inconvenienced.

Im in handicap room as requested. No staff offered help to unload Chirp in smoke detector No one available to fix No other suite room available I climbed on furniture to get to it. Called desk to ask for battery Brought to door, I climbed back up to install. Carpet very dirty. Especially in front of refrigerator. 3 hand sanitizer in lobby all empty One elevator out of service at check in. Sunday both elevators not working. We are stranded at lobby with handicapped senior citizen, two children and temperature sensitive groceries. Our room is on top floor. Sunday evening 8 PM- Excessive noise in room next door. Called front desk several times. Noise was really troubling one of the grandchildren I had in my room, so much so that her father had to come pick her up at 9:00 because she couldn’t sleep. At 10:00 the front desk stopped answering calls. At 10:30 the noise was still so bad. I finally reached someone and asked if I checked out could I get a refund. She said……UM, I’d have to talk to my manager, then hung up and then not answering calls. 12:15 finally reached front desk again. She says if I check out I can not get a refund.
