Location Corners of room have not been sweep or vacuumed. Dropped wallet under nightstand, that’s how noticed.

It was clean and housekeeping was great. Friday night people where in the lobby lights on tv on, music on and just socializing. Me and the kids had a good time. Saturday night by 09:30 everything was off even the lights. Only light on was at the reception we couldn’t enjoy the game area froze all or pool table. There was a young guy at the reception that turned everything off. Other than that o would stay there again

The room was clean and I loved the "Welcome" banner on the TV. Staff was welcoming as well. We were 25 minutes from the Sun Bowl but it was worth.the drive.

We've stayed here about four or five times over the last three years. It's a cheerful place to stay. We'll stay there again.

I have stayed several nights in the last 6 weeks. It is very conveniently close to the hospital my parents were airlifted to. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They knew I was there for medical reasons and more than once I had to call and update my reservations. They took great care of me. Someday I hope to be able to stay there for fun and take advantage of all their extras! Absolutely felt safe there. I do not have any complaints. Parking lot can be a little challenging in a larger truck when the lot is full, but still got it done.

Just weird my kids ate on a bench under the tv and there is no drawers in the whole room maybe good for a one person overnight stay but certainly not a family trying to enjoy an event like monster jam and the breakfast literally the ceiling is dripping water all over the breakfast nook where all the food was both days and day 2 my son found hairs in his biscuit and gravy and bring your own coffee the 24 hour coffee is a joke it was cold and I poured some in my insulated cup an could literally see the bottom and they only had decaf pods for the rooms and the cleanliness was we found food wrapper and couple of someone’s fake nails that had popped off in the bathroom behind the stacks of towels and last thing no ice buckets in the room a unsanitary stack down in the lobby that anyone can touch or do whatever with no thanks we had to buy ziplocks

We enjoyed the room, breakfast, and the soft drinks! Tru by Hilton off Edgemere exit located in East El Paso was fantastic! The price was just right!

Location Hard to get in to parking lot unless you know where you are going We did not have hot water until around 9:30am the next morning even after several calls to the front desk. The chair in the room was filthy and stained.

The room was very comfortable and we highly recommend. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We got back to the hotel one night from our event pretty late. We had to park on the other side of the building and the 2 of the doors did not work with our key card.

This place was surprisingly good. I liked the way families were there in the common area, enjoying the pool table and the foozball table. I liked the small but adequate gym. The staff was extremely helpful though as is typical these days, overly taxed with too many duties for one person. The rooms were clean and large. There were good bathrooms- not smelly, not old, good water pressure. The price was just right for this little treasure. Thank you!

My only real complaint for the hotel was that our room didn’t have a closet. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel without a closet, and it definitely made the stay for our family a three trickier than it needed to be.

We've stayed here three times in the past year and really like everything about it. It's conveniently located near all the places we needed to visit, some of which we could walk to.

Check in was a breeze, got to room and didnt have a renote, when back down to front desk, they found one, went back to room and had no channels went back down to front desk and told them but they said there maintenance are gone for the day and couldnt do anything for it till morning. Other than that beds comfy, so are pillows, room was clean, no trash bags though in trash cans.

Visited with a friend for two nights for some great hiking in the area. Hotel was perfect for us: nice vibe, new, clean, comfortable, and all the nice touches. Staff encountered were great. Breakfast was perfect to get younstarted. Location good for us as we had to head east towards the Guadalupe Mountains. We ate at the BBQ place and Mexican restaurants within walking distance. Only minor issue which isn't really the hotel's fault, is all the road construction in area which made us drive in circles trying to find the parking lot a couple of times. But I would definitely stay there again!

Fresh baked cookies on arrival and cool, modern entry fruit very welcoming. Room was clean and had everything one needed for a good night's sleep. Free breakfast was pretty decent and convenient to enable us to be on our way first thing in the morning. Would stay here again for sure.

I really liked the breakfast , I didn't like that it didn't have a microwave in room , had a big party with us , and had to wait in line for the microwave till everyone had their turn ... Staff was great ... Rooms were awesome ... Didn't get to use , but had a pool table , foose table , and a air hockey table ... I was traveling alone as my father was admitted to a hospital near by. As a women the fear of traveling alone is valid, front desk clerk made accommodations for me to stay on the 1st floor and feel safe.

There were 2 things that kept me from giving a total 5 star rating…housekeeping cleans room every other day and they will give you extra towels whenever requested which is ok with me. But on the day of housekeeping we returned from a long outing to find our room had not been cleaned which was disappointing. It was already too late in the day to request housekeeping. We did however report it to the front desk. Secondly, the evening front desk clerk was the most unfriendliest person. Never saw her smile, acted like she wished she wasn’t there, and didn’t want to be bothered. I might possibly stay there again but I would have to give it a lot of thought. After having said this…I must give kudos to the morning front desk clerk. She was professional, friendly, and made you feel like you mattered.

The bed was HARD AS A ROCK so were the pillows there was NO grass to take my dog out to go to the bathroom on The empty lot next door was covered in broken glass and there was a dead Mummified Chihuahua laying there for the world to see TV didn't WORK lady at the front desk was nice coffee sucked Breakfast. Stunk so bad we didnt even eat will Never stay at A TRU HILTON Again

I like that the property was centrally located and clean. The staff were all friendly but not what I would call laser focused on customer care. There were some language barriers with housekeeping staff which made it difficult to get fresh linens and attention to the room. However, overall I was comfortable with our stay.

Front desk woman was not very nice. Bed was hard. Breakfast was not ready at 6 am and meager at best. Pancake machine was working but not well. Blow dryer was broken. Doesn’t your cleaning staff check them? This was our 2nd time staying at that facility. We will not be back and will not recommend to anyone!

The hotel is tucked behind the frontage road. It’s tricky to get to the hotel even though it is visible from the main road. Look at the map before getting there and know which turns to make to reach the hotel. (Especially if you arrive at night without a good GPS system). The facility seems new and it’s well kept and clean. Friendly staff. Nice room, like any other Tru hotel’s. I personally don’t like soft polyester bed sheets. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast didn't have much of a selection and the sausage was undercooked. The bathroom in our room had urine drops on the toilet seat... the morning that we were about to leave I moved the trash can to throw some trash in it and there was a condom under it. Disgusting. The hotel housekeepers need to do a better job at cleaning and disenfecting.

It was a nice quiet and not far from places to eat. I would stay again, It just needed to be cleaned a little better, the floors & behind the beds was dusty & dirty since it sits on a platform behind the mattresses need to be cleaned.

We had an amazing stay. We had an emergency and had to quickly find a hotel room for 2 adults and a child. The room was clean and amazing but best of all was the people. Garret made all the difference! He made a tough night so much better for my family. He was kind, thoughtful and very very helpful. Thank you Garret for making a rough day brighter!

The hotel room floor was not clean. After our showers, just the walk to the bed and our feet were a solid color of grey/black. Who knows when the floors have been mopped last. The hotel seemed newer but holes had obviously been patched in the wall next to the shower. Overall, the hotel seemed run down.

I liked how close it was to my destination and the airport. It was very quiet during my stay. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers are a great addition in the bathroom. I would stay again.

I had to extend my stay. John at the front desk was very helpful with adding a day to my reservation.
