I do realize that this is out of the control of the hotel but construction noise going on around the building was horrible! Even 7am on a Saturday morning. Would not recommend staying until that’s done especially if you have small children that nap (as it was at all hours)or enjoy sleeping in.

My only complaint was how loud the road noise was from 194. Be prepared if you have a room facing this road.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Location was a bit of a challenge due to current construction and not as close to mall as I would have thought. But overall, a great place to stay for the night.

Had a tv problem…highly technical…which was quicklyfixed

Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff but they seemed a bit annoyed because I asked to check in 15 minutes before 3:00. We waited in the lobby and when I heard them checking someone in I went back and then was given a room.

Really nice rooms and friendly staff. The TV in the room even has a personalized welcome. Easy check in and out. I would definitely stay there again. Not the fault of the hotel at all, but the construction and the mediocre road to get in.

Breakfast was the usual hotel stuff - bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage and a pancake maker that wasn't working properly. We did not use it ourselves, but a number of people tried and were having trouble getting it to work. Someone on staff worked on it but it still wasn't fixed when we left. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and hard. Otherwise it was a nice place, decent size room and I nice bathroom with a shower stall. There were not a lot of food options within walking distance. The Photastic restaurant is the closest, and the food was really good.

Cleanliness Construction and ease of getting to the hotel.

The price of the hotel was ridiculous. Over 300$. I was expecting a really nice place. Don't get me wrong. It was clean and modern. We had two rooms and both had pieces of the bathroom that were falling off. And had to fix a toilet and one of the toilet seats was really loose and pinched skin. The beds were very comfy! The breakfast was the bomb....So so good. The staff was amazing and very accommodating and super friendly. The only reason I give it 3 stars is the price. Way way to over priced. No views.and not even on the water. Not worth 300.

Had to leave a different hotel due to uncleanliness. Staff was amazing here, so clean and comfortable room! Pool was great!

It’s a new building so there is not a lot of wear and tear on the facility. The Fitness room was small but pleasant. It’s in the middle of a construction zone. It was loud the entire stay. The construction was so close to the parking lot, I actually thought my car would get damaged. The staff was low energy. The location is terrible. It’s in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing to see or walk to for amenities so it feels like the price is not worth the value of the stay. I later realized I could have stayed at Canal Park for the same price and been surrounded by beautiful views and amenities. I was disappointed because I thought it would be like the experience I had when I stayed at the Tru in Green Bay, which had excellent location, nice views and restaurants within walking distance.
