Nice 360 restaurant.

The Radisson is an older building that is conveniently located in downtown Duluth. It’s age is showing but it is definitely the best value and a great location if you want to stay in Duluth.

The room.was clean but nothing special. Our issues were that the area where the room was located stunk of heavy pot. Our room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine didn't work. We ended up.on the 15th floor for ice. We went back up to get more and it was unavailable. When we contacted the desk we were told to try other floor. The ac unit sounded like a plane engine. So either be too hot or listen to that noise. Pretty disappointing for what we paid. I would avoid this hotel.

nice lounge area to view the harbor. interstate was closed on day of departure, but traffic flow still good on detours on Sunday morning

I would stay again and again. The restaurant on the 16th floor was incredible. The food was good and reasonable. The views were spectacular!

We liked the revolving restaurant.

Exceptional

Our room had water damage, the AC didn’t work and the cabinets were broken.. when I brought it up to the front desk they didn’t even offer to give us a new room or to discount our price, very disappointed as this used to be our favorite place to stay in Duluth. Now will be staying elsewhere.

The room was okay but the reception in the television had issues and the bathroom was a bit small and odd. Seemed clean enough. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was great.

No breakfast. Room nice
-
The front desk staff were not too friendly. It seemed like everyone working there hated their job. We got drinks at the bar. The bartender was friendly, but everyone else had a scowl on their face. Margaritas were not good!!

Great location. We just like continental breakfast. Liked security- couldnt get to rooms on elevator without a key
-
The hotel smells like stale weed and cigarettes. Not just the hallways, but the elevator and room as well. The AC was so loud, and barely cooled the room. The shower only produced lukewarm water. The parking lot is sketchy at best. The room doors are so close to each other, you are woken up at all hours by doors slamming etc. The staff doing any sort of cleaning in the lobby, all smell like weed and BO. Very unprofessional.

Restaurant was convenient and excellent breakfast.

The building is old and needs a good makeover
-
The property reeked of marijuana the second you leave your vehicle and through the building. The place is very outdated and not very clean/well maintained as there were dirty plates on the floor up near our room. There was water damage and leaking all over the property and room. We payed a lot of money for the unit and we could not even sleep due to fighting and screaming in the halls at various times past midnight. Not the most family friendly hotel and incredibly disappointed at our stay as is was a birthday trip.

Horrible place.. got to our room, multiple spiders. House cleaning tried to come in at 8:15 am. Was only there 12 hours and our truck tonneau cover was cut and yeti cooler stolen. They have no camera so not able to have anything done about it.
