After a long day if travel it was so nice to arrive at such a clean and cheerful place. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice.

When we got change for the laundry mat, the staff didn’t let us know that they provided soap, so we had to get some ourselves. Only later did they say anything.

I went thru Expedia and when I booked a room in duluth I specifically asked for a ground level room with a walk out patio,verified 3 times a ground level room and a patio,the gentleman who booked my room assured me of that was what I would get. I drove 4 hours went to check in and I had a room on the 11th floor and the hotel had No rooms with patios!!! Very disappointing.

Overall experience was good, generally not much to say- breakfast was fine, staff were helpful and friendly. A pretty unremarkable stay, which was everything I could really ask for in a weekend stay!

Beds were comfortable breakfast was good Texas Roadhouse next to parking lot was nice not much toilet paper in the room. Almost ran out but that's no big deal. I could have asked for more I'm sure.

This is one of our favorite places to stay at in Duluth. It’s close to good shopping and dining.

Arrived with the family over Memorial Day weekend. The staff that greeted us was very friendly and checked us in promptly. The room was clean and comfortable, along with the bed and pillows (down). There were plenty of towels and the housekeeping dropped by to deliver supplies on our second day. The pool was small and cold for the amount of people there but considering how many families were staying there that weekend, I really didn't hear our neighbors and the rooms were well insulated. Breakfast was typical pancake, juice, eggs, and cereal with a few pastries. It was a typical Continental breakfast. I definitely will be returning in the future.

The hot tub has this annoying noise of suction that makes it hard to relax but you just laugh and deal! Our room got very dry throughout the night so we ran the shower to help and I recommend bringing your own pillows, 3 pillows to get the feel of one but soft

Location, staff, food, all great Potholes in parking lot, can hear upstairs neighbors walking too well.

Stayed Fri and Sat. Wasn't too happy about coming back to an uncleaned room on Sat after a day of being out. Told staff that housekeeping didnt even go in our room and was shrugged off. Why am I paying the same rate as everyone else if I have to clean my own room, beds, garbage, towels etc? Oh well. Ill book elsewhere next time.
