Pool on 3rd floor was freezing!

It is a great place to stay while in Duluth. I was there during the weekend, so some o the skyway walk was closed. But it was open for the event happenig at the expo that weekend. The shuttle actcually gave our group to meet up with other friends that were also in town. Unfortunately, it only runs until 10 p.m. But, we found our way back to the hotel. But that was our decision to stay past when they would come and get us. otherwise its a great place to stay

The only disappointment we had was trying to change the thermostat and the a/c unit is very loud when it turns on and off.

I work nights sleep in day. The blackout curtain was broke. Morning sun made temp in room 80 and cant sleep when sun up and hot room

Not super great. The room was below average. There was a lot of very weird things going on in the parking garage that you have to use for the hotel stay. Drunk kids and strange people all over in there. Maybe it is just the downtown area there is a lot of drugs and homeless.

This hotel is the best. The shuttle driver and staff are very accommodating. The free parking is definitely a plus.

Very nice hotel and people. Will stay here again.. just a different room lol.. I was right in front of the pool. Parents had thier kids swimming at 8am and I had gotten in at midnight from a long day flying. I could have had my room alot colder . But the hotel was great

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

The room itself was very nice. Upper pool area was nice. Lower pool area wasn't working. One of the three elevators was broken and the wait was often VERY long, because elevators were often full when they arrived at your floor. They also really advertise that kids eat free, but that's not true at the Greenery. As the website describes the two dining options, it says "kids under 12 eat free" at the end, but it's really only at The Lyric, which is deceiving.

Booked a stay on Saturday night, check in staff were great and got us an early check in. However, the room is outdated, furnace only blows cold air and was incredibly noisy. The shower was absolutely terrible with very poor water pressure. The window has a draft making the room cold. The checkout staff did not bother to even ask how the stay was. There was also a shooting right outside the hotel making me question the safety of the area. Will most likely not be staying here again, for $360USD I expected a lot better of a stay.

The room had issues like the refrigerator not working and the ac not working properly. Staff was great to deal with considering how busy they were. 10 boys and girls soccer teams and University graduation happening.
