The internet does not connect to apple products, staff doesn’t care. Breakfast was pretty awful. The room was okay but the shower soap was empty

Location. It was nice to not have to pay for parking while visiting Canal Park.

Hotel was clean. Nice location, close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly.

Everything about the hotel was efficient and the staffs were amazing. I will definitely try it again my next trip to Duluth.

Besides Bonnie and another individual, the room wasn’t ready fully. The next day we noticed no hair dryer and no back up toiletries. Besides Bonnie? and another individual I would of given this stay a 1 Star. Thank you to you Bonnie and the other individual who help get our room ready.

First off, parking was not very convenient unless you’re handicapped and then was allowed to park in the parking lot in the back. The hotel and rooms were very clean, well maintained, and orderly. The Wi-Fi situation was terrible, if you own Apple products the Wi-Fi wouldn’t connect to them at all, only Android products connected to the Wi-Fi. The beds were a little noisy and uncomfortable. The location was alright for the busiest area during tourist season, although construction made it a little harder to navigate. We never ate breakfast which was free if you had the voucher, so make sure not to lose your food vouchers. Overall a decent stay would give another shot during the off season though.

I would stay again. Helpful staff. Love the kitchen so we can make our allergy free food. Parking is free but a bit of a pain across the busy street. Great location. Great breakfast too! Dog friendly and most of the shops in Duluth are dog friendly too! Many restaurants around in walking distance.

Nice bed, not so nice pillows. Great generous spacious room, but no windows and a HVAC system that ran 24/7. Funky interior room location, but quiet for sleeping. Not sure I would return here, but clean and spacious.

This hotel is right in the center of Canal Park so convenient to everything. It is very affordable in the winter. There's a good bar and grill right across the street that stays open until 2 AM in the morning which is a big plus if you're arriving late.

The property is very clean, my only concern was that the room was not available on time. Although the staff was very courteous, we had to wait almost an hour for our room.

A few things could be better—hotel hallways had small bits of garbage on the floor, during the 2 days we were there. Rooms could use a bit more decor. It was spacious but not very comfortable/cozy feeling.

I would suggest not allowing barking dogs in rooms. Can hear several rooms away.

Was close to AMSOIL Arena, good food choices near by. Pool/ hot tub great! Close to pier for a walk with a coffee!
