Free bottled water available at front desk. XL smart TV was nice once you figured out how to find the channels with your kind of programing.

I didn't realize that they gave out free water and can soda. The only way I knew was when we were checking in i saw a guest ask for it. The lobby was very warm it felt like the heat was on.

Bed Mattress's at this property are a joke. Parking was nice and location to the lake was pretty good. Morning breakfast was good. Table and chairs in the room need a refresh and like I mentioned earlier the beds need replacing.

We stayed three nights. The pool was great for the kids. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean, the dining area was clean and the lobby was nice and inviting with fresh cookies, coffee and waters. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and good breakfast. Can walk downtown or along the lake right from hotel. Lobby had nice seating area and complimentary cookies and bottled water.

Our room was spotless and comfortable. I like to be able to open the windows and hear Lake Superior. Lovely breakfast with many food options. I enjoyed the 24/7 beverage bar and the tea assortment. We are returning!

Spotlessly clean, very well maintained hotel. Everything was great with one exception… the tv. No matter what channel I chose it said not connected. Unfortunately that was bad trying to keep a disabled person occupied after a long day . Evening staff said it would be a dish thing, staff isn’t able to do anything

The main breakfast selection was not hot. It was more like lukewarm.

It was very clean. The location is convenient to everything on Canal Park. The staff was very accommodating. I watched them help someone they didn’t have a wheelchair accommodation room available for. The staff booked the next-door hotel, and Hampton paid the difference. Then one of the staff members helped the couple get to that hotel via the Boardwalk.It was just so pleasant to see that happen, and made my stay all the more appreciative. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property
