Pleased with the size of the room (there were 6 of us), continental breakfast options, and pleasantly surprised with the 2 outdoor fire pits, with seating and smores in the evening, overlooking Lake Superior.

Everything was wonderful!

Someone was either vacuuming at 2:30 am for an hour or we had an extremely loud piece of equipment (ice machine or something) close to our room. So loud it woke my husband and I both up and I couldn’t sleep til it stopped.

Love that we could go out the door and be at the water. Also complimentary bikes to ride for all sizes. The staff were super nice and helpful. Also they had fire pits and pokers for us to make s'mores. Very thought out and well done. Would love to stay here again.

The location was perfect for walking around canal park. Joe at the front desk was very helpful at check in and giving ideas on things to do during our stay.

This is our favorite place to stay when in Duluth. Nice, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, easy parking, great location and wonderful staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff brilliant. The breakfast was okay. Didn't have time for much. Never used the hot tub and or any other amenities. Too busy celebrating with college graduations and family.

Conveniently located, clean, nice rooms, nice common space and patio. Breakfast was not super great. I’ve stayed there before and had better breakfast options at that time.
