Love this place. We did the Circle Tour and stayed here for our first two nights. We liked it so well that we cancelled our hotel for our last night of the tour and returned to Pier B Resort.

Love the view...clean...everyone very kind... no complaints... blankets for outside a nice touch... bar window is cool to order drinks.....nice umbrellas at enterance .......beautiful flowers.... pretty expensive...someone should wipe off outside chairs after it rains.......

Everything was very good, the front desk, the servers, but then it fell short. There were seaman stains on the bed post that I asked them clean. The housekeepers told the front desk they did clean it and our room. They did not, so the manager went to check and sure enough, the room still had the seaman stain on the headboard and nothing but the garbage was dumped. Nothing was touched. So we had to leave the room so housekeeping could finally get the job done

Loved our stay! Our room looked over the harbor- directly at the Duluth, Lift Bridge. The grounds are beautiful perfect distance to walking to Canal Park. Food at the restaurant was great. We will be back.

Nice resort and convenient location to the DECC. Rooms were nice Front office staff were horrible. They didn’t care about my needs they kept referring to a canned statement of guarantee check in of 4:00 and when we came back at 3:00 they then said they had a hazardous spill. I again said my concert starts at 4:00. Don’t you have a single room open?!? No. You can use the public restroom to change and get ready. Unacceptable!!

The views were beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful. The restaurant was delicious and there were plenty of other options within a few miles from the hotel. There were so many amenities that we didn’t get to do it all but we plan on going back anytime that we are in Duluth!

Loved this hotel. Location was perfect, breakfast was good, and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would love to spend more time here.

My husband surprised me for my birthday which was so nice as I love Pier B. Unfortunately,, next door there was a mom and three kids that even at 11:00 were outside the room screaming and yelling, slamming their door and it was very annoying! Hard to sleep as first thing early doors were slamming! Was frustrating!

For us, this hotel was definitely on the pricey end, however it was clean and very well kept. The staff were all amazing and very helpful. We were there for a memorial and it was easy to get together as a family and enjoy time together.

An absolutely beautiful location, with tons of amenities! They have free bikes to explore on, and blankets and smores for around the campfire, room was clean and staff was available and kind, would love to get back!
