The owner was so gracious and it is extremely obvious the pride he takes in his properties. When you first walk through the doors you are first greeted with the scent reminiscent of The Westin’s White Tea, which is very welcoming and soothing, quickly followed by greetings of genuine welcome from the owner (oh, how I wish I asked his name.) the cleanliness of the hotel was obvious from the get go.

The entire hotel smelled of weed. My husband was propositioned by 2 women before making it to the room. Was worried about leaving my car in the parking lot.

The room was clean and the bedding was nice and soft. I didn't like the extra lighting from the foyer. My room did not have and outside view.

The bed hurt to sleep on it was super firm. The other bad thing was the location of the air conditioner, it was a mini split right over the bed and it blows right in your face all night. The other odd thing was when we checked in the guy at the front couldn't/wouldn't help us and we had to wait for a while until a lady came back from wherever she was. It was super awkward.

My room had an odd smell, room was “complete” with what is needed bu very disheveled and beat up, shower didn’t fully close, and toilet was leaking at the base. I was there for 2 nights and had a room with a window but it looked into the hotel - super odd. Stay at the La Quinta next door would be my advice.

The bed was very comfy and the black out curtains were nice for a solid nights rest.

The room had a nasty moldy smell and the room was merky as the ac didn't really work and wouldn't cool. Felt more like a swamp cooler than an ac unit.

We always enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean. The bathrooms are clean. The shuttle service and parking are extremely helpful. I just can't say enough about this hotel. We love it

Excellent service. Conveniently located near Dallas+Love airport with airport shuttle service. There was a lot of strong fragrance used throughout the hotel, but especially in the elevator.

I really liked the little notes such as ‘journal before bed’ that are on the walls in the halls.

Everything was OK, but the hotel is next to a vacant property which makes it seem unsafe. They do have surveillance for the parking area with good lighting and I had no issues with, but I definitely would not stay here again because it. It was basically like a Motel 6 type.

My only complaint was the breakfast was the same every day. The eggs were dry, the only meat was biscuits and gravy, the muffins were always blueberry. Otherwise the hotel was great.

It was all very pleasant. We were so excited to use the service Sleep Inn provides to allow us to lrave our car in a secure location and give us a ride to the airport.

Cleanliness and comfort!

The hotel was fine for my purposes. I had a flight canceled and I thought I was going to have to take a flight out of Dallas Love Field so I booked this hotel since it was near that airport. It turned out that I was able to get on a rebooked flight with the same airline that left out of DFW so the advantages of being near Love Field really didn't come into play. I thought the hotel was clean and safe and for an overnight stay before an early flight it works out fine.

Staff was excellent went above and beyond to make us comfortable everything was spotless from the room's to the dinning area and even outside in the parking lot would recommend everyone stay here close to the hospital where I have been taking my son and places to eat Walmart Cvs All really close to the motel

Close to Love Field, and thankful for the shuttle. Entire staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room door is a little swelled/sticky.

The elevator smelled like a combination of bengay and Pepto Bismol - was not pleasant. Before booking I called the motel to ask about the airport shuttle and was told that it would pick us up at the airport. Hence an airport shuttle. We rented a car that had to be returned the night before as our flight left early the next morning. When we checked into the motel we requested airport shuttle to pick us up after we returned the car to the rental place. The motel staff stated that they would not provide shuttle service for returning the car to the rental place. We explained we would be at the airport to be picked up and they refused to pick us up. They stated we could be picked up at 10 pm as they were picking up others from the airport at that time but would not make a trip to pick us up. We wound up having to Uber after dropping off the rental car $22.00. We suggest that if you want to return your rental car while staying at this motel be sure you drop it off before you check in to the motel if you're wanting to get them to shuttle you to and from the airport. We rented this room because they provided airport shuttle. We were very disappointed in their unwillingness to provide shuttle service for us. We were shuttling from the airport to the motel - otherwise know as airport shuttle! We won't be staying here again and we visit Dallas frequently. Think twice before staying at this motel.

We stayed overnight for a basketball game. It is not close to much. I was worried about my vehicle getting broke in to but that was fine. The gate doesn’t close. But the property is very clean and very comfortable.

The property was in good condition and well maintained. It is a cheap budget hotel so its not super fancy but for the price it was a great place for a fun weekend with friends in dallas. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had with the room was that the air conditioning didnt work great so it was a little muggy / stuffy inside the room but other than that everything else was great.

This little hotel is a real gem! A great price, good breakfast, comfortable room, and super nice staff! We liked it so well that we extended a day just to regroup (do laundry, rest up, reorganize our suitcases, etc.) We will stay here again when traveling through Dallas.

This is a great hotel for a Choice hotel in the area. I've stayed at most of them in the last few years. The elevator hasn't worked here any time I've stayed though which is concerning when you are carrying luggage. This stay the room didn't cool enough for me so I was disappointed. But again, for a budget hotel, this is the best in the area I've found.

Perfect for a quick stop! Very well priced half way between main airport and downtown. Decent breakfast. Large well equipped rooms. Use the Lyft app to get around was only $20 from airport and $10 into downtown. Perfect stay will definitely stay again at that price range

This hotel is in a very creepy neighborhood with nothing (food, convenience store, etc.) nearby. The room smelled like mold and I had severe allergic reactions in the room. The staff was really indifferent towards everything, and the window is facing an inside conference hall with no outdoors view at all.

Was charged $50 extra for the room which I didn’t expect and no that wasn’t part of the deposit because I paid that as well, then they gave me a key to room 114 when I walked in there was a couple in there already and of course they screamed which was even more embarrassing for me.

It’s a cost effective hotel. Breakfast was good and on time. The inside of the hotel is kinda dark they should let some sunlight in. My room was okay, just what I need and what I don’t need especially visit for kids tournament. It’s an affordable place to jus lay down with very comfy beds

I was not expecting the hotel to be a good stay, but to my surprise it won me over. I almost canceled thinking it was of a less quality hotel. It was hidden close to medical district and close to everything and eatery establishments. I would definingly book again.

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. The only problem was that there was no tv channel menu or instructions that how to work the remote. They did have a gentleman come to me and explained how I worked.

We arrived early and asked to check in if, possible. They only had the second floor rooms ready. We prefer the bottom or first floor and asked ifbit was possible. They complied and said to wait a few more minutes. The place is small but, just right for just the two of us. We will likely use them again in the future!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and welcoming. Lastly, the overall ambiance was beautiful. Loved the pastel spring colors! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe space book with at this location.

Clean. Nice front desk helped me out in a bind. Extended for same rate. Descent full breakfast. For the price and location very convenient to UT Southwestern hospital and Love field.

Everything leading up to the actual room was okay & appeared to nice & clean however once I got into the room the carpet & single chair appeared to be very dirty. The water pressure from the bathroom sink was close to none.

The hotel on the inside looked and smelled clean. In the sleeping area the ac/fan was right over the bed. I think the room needed to be flipped. The beds on the opposite wall, then the tv stand etc on the opposite wall so the ac wouldn't be right over the bed. The breakfast was good overall, but no type of meat (bacon/ sausage).

The location was extremely unsafe. It looks like an abandoned building or a drug house next-door. There was mold in the shower, cracking in the foundation of the walls. While the front desk attendant was kind, I expressed my concerns and requested a refund and was denied $100 plus wasted and I did not sleep in the room. I had to book another hotel.

The bathtub was so slippery, i almost fell, got a huge hematoma on my leg. Couldn't bathe, luckily it was a handicap room, so i had something to grab on to. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

this is always my go to hotel, its comfortable and you cant beat the cost. its close to downtown close to the hospital we travel to. breakfast was lacking compared to some past visits but still saved since it was included.

My family stayed here overnight on our way back from vacation to be closer to the airport. Overall, the staff were very helpful and attentive. They accommodated our toddler with a pack n play, booster seat at breakfast, and a carseat in the shuttle to the airport. These small but meaningfull accommodations made our stay go smoothly!

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast had good eggs, toast & waffles. Some better pastries and bacon would make it so much better. Our one complaint is the elevator smells like sewage. No where else smells like this but while you’re in the elevator you gotta plug your nose, it’s very strong.

I didn’t like that house keeping went into my room while I was gone to put makeup wipes and a few wash cloths in the bathroom but didn’t Vaccum.

The stay was good, just an issue with the vending machine that got stack.

It was a nice property with a stay in a nice, big comfortable room. There weren't any walkable restaurants so I had to Uber but it wasn't terribly far.

Great stay. I was picked up by the shuttle quickly. The driver was very kind and offered me to make any stops if needed for food. The owner is onsite and greeted me, offered water. I can tell he has a hands on approach for his hotel. I admired how courteous his interactions with his staff were. Clean, quiet.

Very pleasant stay - friendly staff, comfortable bed, room was clean. No complaints! This location was very close to Dallas Market and with an icy winter storm, we were close enough to drive safely to and from market for 3 days with no problems.

The shuttle driver was awesome!!

The services were great. My flight was cancelled 3 times due to inclement weather. They offered shuttle service from the hotel and even stopped.for us to pick up a meal. The staff were very courteous and we were very pleased.

The staff was amazing. My flight arrived before noon and I was able to check in early. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver was very courtesy and professional. He offered to stop so my daughter and I could grab lunch. I feel safe and the room clean and neat. The experience has been exceptional 👏 🤣❤️

The pictures are deceiving, when you pull in its a motel. Very disappointed with Expedia giving them a 8.2

This place was clean and staff was very accommodating to my needs. I had a small issue and they took care of it right away. They do a real breakfast in the mornings. I give 5 🌟.

Beds were fine. Doors seemed thin and let a lot of hallway noise in. Bathroom light switch seemed faulty and shocked me, told the front desk.
